Abstract

HD room nurses are health workers who play an active role in managing nursing care starting from assessment, both physically and psychologically. Determine nursing problems that arise in patients based on the results of the assessment, determine interventions, carry out implementation according to the plans that have been determined and evaluate the actions / implementations that have been carried out. In accordance with the problems experienced by these partners, the efforts made include implementing self-healing in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy who experience anxiety. The specific target of this PKM activity is to teach self-healing therapy in the prevention and treatment of anxiety, especially in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Permata Medika Hospital, Semarang. Teaching chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy how to do self-healing. Demonstration of self-healing therapy according to SOP. The result of this service activity is that the level of knowledge of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Permata Medika Hospital in Semarang increases after being given material on self-healing management with five finger hypnosis, besides that the patient is able to carry out a simulation on how to reduce anxiety with five finger hypnosis.

Abstract

Bullying is an intentional aggressive action or behavior, carried out by a group of people repeatedly and from time to time against a victim who cannot defend himself easily or as an abuse of power or strength . Bullying is also a serious problem among teenagers that has a direct impact on the psychological condition of the victim, especially on aspects of self-esteem and psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-esteem and psychological well-being in adolescent victims of bullying in junior high schools . This type of research uses a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional approach that is included in the type of descriptive correlational research with 63 research subjects. Simple sampling in the study used a purposive sampling method calculated by the Slovin formula and produced 54 samples. The instruments used were the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) to measure self-esteem and the Psychological Well-Being Scale for Children (PWB-C) to measure psychological well-being. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test, the results of the study showed a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05) and r = 0.550, which means there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and psychological well-being in adolescent victims of bullying . The higher the adolescent's self-esteem, the better their level of psychological well-being.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the growth of new tissue as a result of the proliferation (excessive growth) of abnormal cells that can attack and damage other tissues causing the growth of new tissue. Breast cancer is also included in the deadly diseases and suffered by most women. Breast cancer treatment has negative side effects in the form of physical impacts such as nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and psychological impacts such as anxiety, stress, and depression. This study is to determine the relationship between quality of life and psychological well-being in breast cancer patients. This study uses a quantitative method with 47 respondents and the criteria are able to communicate verbally, have composmentis awareness and are cooperative and willing to sign informed consent. All analyses use Spearman Rank. With ethical number 068 / Kom.EtikRSWN / VI / 2025. The results show that. According to the results of the Spearman rank statistical test, it shows a significant relationship of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of +0.718, which indicates a positive relationship with strong strength. The better the quality of life received by breast cancer patients, the higher their psychological well-being.
