Abstract

Business companies need in managing factors labor. Problems related to the performance of labor are the low. The factors that can influence the occurrence of performance is motivation, work satisfaction, the level of stress, the physical condition, work, a system of compensation and workplace there are to research performance evaluation of the employee who decline and absentee an increase in the presence of an employee ( alpa and permit ). The purpose of this research to find out the influence of compensation, motivation and workplace work on the performance of an employee of PT. Pelabuhan indonesia III ( persero ) container terminal semarang. Type research used in this research is explanatory research with 64 respondents taken using a technique the sampling method of accidental. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The validity of test data analysis using techniques, a test of reliability, regression analysis as well as simple and double t test and test with the assistance spss 20.0 f. The results of research suggests that compensation effect on employee performance, the motivation of employees and influential work on the performance impact on the performance of employees work environment. Compensation, the motivation of work and work environment jointly effect on employee performance. Compensation, motivation of work and work environment jointly impact on employee performance. It is suggested that PT. Pelabuhan indonesia III ( persero ) container terminal semarang can give overtime wages and benefits that right, position promotion opportunity to all employees, give a kind of intensive training and sustainable, seminar-seminar themes motivation of work, as well as undertaking controlling to his employees about any employee performance already performed and occasional give a kind of briefing ( briefing ) directly to every employee who had a low that the future is expected to reduce the level to make mistakes and to cultivate initiative and improve employees to finish work on time, as well as companies pay more attention to work environment by increasing employment facilities, comfort and security work so can support operating the company.

Abstract

The research aims to determine which advising strategies need to be applied in order to improve competitiveness by looking at internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), external factors (opportunities and threats) and SWOT analysis. This method of research uses a decsriptif approach and interviews. There are 8 respondents in this study, namely the owner, 2 employees, and 5 consumers of Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss.The results showed Siomay and Batagor Si Boss already doing business strategy, but seen from internal factors (Marketing strategic, Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning and competitiveness), external factors (competition, capital, technology, government policy, economy and environment) there are shortcomings that need to be addressed in order to improve competitiveness. Judging by the SWOT matrix of Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss in the quadrant III with the results of the IFAS 2.45 and EFAS 2.70. There are strengths and opportunities in Siomay and Batagor Si Boss, but this company has weaknesses and challenges. The suggestion in this research is to implement a strategy in this company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemsaran yang perlu diterapkan agar mampu meningkatkan daya saing dengan melihat faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan), faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif dan dilakukan wawancara. Terdapat 8 responden pada penelitian ini yaitu pemilik, 2 karyawan, dan 5 konsumen Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss.Hasil penelitian menunjukan Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss sudah melakukan strategi usaha, namun dilihat dari faktor internal (strategi pemasaran, Segmentation, Targeting, dan Positioning dan daya saing), faktor eksternal (persaingan, permodalan, teknologi, kebijakan pemerintah, ekonomi dan lingkungan) terdapat kekurangan yang perlu dibenahi agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Dilihat dari matrik SWOT posisi Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss terdapat pada kuadran III dengan hasil IFAS 2,45 dan EFAS 2,70. Terdapat kekuatan dan peluang pada Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss, namun perusahaan ini memiliki kelemahan dan ancaman. Maka saran pada penelitian ini perlu menerapkan strategi pada perusahaan Siomay dan Batagor Si Boss.

Abstract

Abstract: One type of transportation that fits these criteria is the Indonesian Railroad. PT KAI itself has various types of train levels, such as economy class, business class, and executive class. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-WOM on repurchase intention through e-trust as a mediation for train ticket consumers through KAI Access. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was distributed to 100 KAI Access consumer respondents in Semarang. The analysis technique of this research is using the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results show that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through e-trust mediation. Based on the research results, it is suggested that KAI Access can improve the features of the application system to make it easier for consumers to get information, expand e-money partners so that consumers make payments easier, and improve the quality of the security system on KAI Access to minimize consumer concerns in the event of a server disturbance. Keywords: e-WOM; e-trust; Repurchase Intention Abstrak: Salah satu jenis transportasi yang cocok untuk kriteria tersebut adalah Kereta Api Indonesia. PT.KAI sendiri memiliki berbagai jenis tingkatan kereta, seperti kelas ekonomi, kelas bisnis, dan kelas eksekutif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-WOM terhadap repurchase intention melalui e-trust sebagai mediasi pada konsumen tiket kereta api melalui KAI Access. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden konsumen KAI Access di Semarang. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 16.0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, , e-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-trust, e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui mediasi e-trust. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disarankan supaya KAI Access dapat meningkatkan fitur pada sistem aplikasi untuk memudahkan konsumen mendapatkan informasi, memperluas mitra e-money agar konsumen lebih mudah melakukan pembayaran, dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem keamanan pada KAI Access meminimalisir kekhawatiran konsumen jika terjadi gangguan server.Kata kunci: e-WOM; e-trust; Repurchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract: The competition in transport tightly and complex have been concerned since the expansion of information technology and therefore this competition company or organization conventional transportation with transport online based. The investigation is to analyze absorption of knowledge and capability innovation on kosti semarang taxi. The subject of study are employees and the taxi kosti semarang. The methodology through interviews and observation with type descriptive used a qualitative approach. The result showed that the taxi kosti deteriorating not because to follow of technological development since restricted the ability of human resources owned by taxi kosti semarang. Knowledge possessed by employees and the driver who limited because education levels. So that we can conclude that the knowledge and capability innovation mutual significant in the company. The suggestion that can be given for a taxi kosti semarang is to make the support system decision / decision support a system based on a computer, make a system of measuring key performance index, increased use of intranets for databases organization, collaborated with the experts maker online application, and improving the use of information technology to manage a database organization.Keywords: ability innovation; knowledge absorption; knowledge management; technology Abstrak: Kondisi persaingan di bidang transportasi cukup ketat dan komplek mulai muncul sejak perluasan teknologi informasi sehingga adanya persaingan perusahaan atau organisasi transportasi konvensional dengan transportasi berbasis online. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyerapan pengetahuan dan kemampuan inovasi pada Taksi KOSTI Semarang. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan dan pengurus Taksi KOSTI Semarang. Metode penelitian melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan tipe deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi Taksi KOSTI yang memburuk bukan karena tidak bisa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi karena terbatas kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh Taksi KOSTI Semarang. Pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan dan supir yang terbatas karena tingkat pendidikan yang rendah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyerapan pengetahuan dan kemampuan inovasi saling berpengaruh signifikan dalam kinerja perusahaan. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan untuk Taksi KOSTI Semarang adalah membuat sistem pendukung keputusan/Decision support sistem berbasis komputer, membuat sistem pengukuran Key Performance Index, peningkatan penggunaan intranet untuk database organisasi, berkolaborasi dengan pihak expert pembuat aplikasi online, dan peningkatan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan database organisasi.Kata Kunci : kemampuan inovasi, penyerapan pengatahuan, manajemen pengetahuan, teknologi

Abstract

Abstract: The effect of trust and the quality of electronic service on electronic loyalty were examined in this research in which the satisfaction of Tokopedia users in Semarang City was chosen as an intervening variable. Tokopedia users in Semarang City were selected as the population of this study. The technique of nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling were applied in selecting the sample so that 100 respondents were selected as the sample of this study. This type of research is explanatory research. Likert scale is implemented as the measurement scale. Several tests including the test of regression, convincing, determination, significance and, path analysis was applied to analyse the data with SPSS version 22.0. The findings revealed that e-trust significantly affected e-satisfaction with t-value (6.417)> t-table (1.984), e-service quality significantly affected e-satisfaction with t-count (4.771)> t-table. (1,984), e-trust significantly affected on e-loyalty with a t-count value (7,262)> t-table (1,984), e-service quality significantly affected e-loyalty with a t-count value (6,0002)> t-table (1,984), e-satisfaction significantly affected e-loyalty with a value of t-count (9,057)> t-table (1,984), e-trust significantly affected e-loyalty through e-satisfaction with a total effect of 0.464 and The quality of e-service significantly affected e-loyalty throughout e-satisfaction with a total effect of 0.349.Keywords: E-Trust; E-Service Quality; E-Satisfaction; E-Loyalty Abstrak: Pengaruh e-trust dan e-service quality pada e-loyalty melalui diujikan dalam penelitian ini yang dimana e-satisfaction para pengguna Tokopedia di Kota Semarang dipilih sebagai variabel intervening. Para pengguna Tokopedia di Kota Semarang terpilih sebagai populasi studi. Teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling diaplikasikan dalam memilih sampel sehingga terpilih 100 responden sebagai sampel studi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah explanatory research. Skala Likert diimplementasikan sebagai skala pengukuran. Beberapa pengujian seperti uji regresi, korelasi, determinasi, signifikansi serta analisis jalur diaplikasikan dalam menganalisis data dengan SPSS versi 22.0. Abstract

Abstract: The consumptive lifestyle of today's society encourages many marketplaces to emerge. Bukalapak continues to improve service quality, but the intense competition makes Bukalapak's ranking and visits decrease every year, this indicates a decline in purchasing decisions at Bukalapak. The company's goal in improving service is to provide satisfaction and a good impression on consumers to make purchases, which are shown in several aspects such as promotion and electronic word of mouth. This study aims to determine: (1) the positive effect of promotion on the purchasing decisions at Bukalapak, (2) the positive effect of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions, (3) the positive effect of promotion and electronic word of mouth together on purchasing decisions. The type of the research is explanatory research using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling methods to which only consumers who have made purchases 3 times at Bukalapak in the past year. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire compiled with a Likert Scale via google form then calculated using Microsoft Excel and SPSS for windows version 24 to test validity, reliability, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple regression analysis, regression analysis multiple, significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study are: promotion and electronic word of mouth variabels have a significantly strong and positive effect either partially or simultaneously. Partially, promotions contributed 45.4% to purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth contributed 50.5% to purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously promotion and electronic word of mouth contributed 57.2% to purchasing decisions. It is recommended that Bukalapak increase their intensity of promotions to attract consumers in order to increase purchases. In addition, Bukalapak needs to improve their service quality and their rapid response in handling negative reviews by the consumer. Keywords: Promotion, Electronic Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

The performance of employees the production of eyelashes PT. Cosmoprof Indokarya shown at an average of the results of each employee in the years 2013-2015 tends to fluctuate. The target of production  is set by the company is 1.56 million pairs of eyelashes, but only about 1.4 million pairs of eyelashes can  be produced. To deal with the problem is to determine what factors are causing the employee's performance did not reach the target. The high levels of stress and perceived environmental changes employees will create a sense of  insecurity that can affect the performance degradation. Lack of organizational support received by employees will affect their performance. When employees are participating in the work and do not have a strong desire to survive in the organization will decrease the performance of the employee. This is also shown by the employee turnover rate of 20% by year. This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of job insecurity, employee engagement, organizational support and organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational commitment partially as an  intervening variable. Researchers ask 10 (ten)  hypothesis in this study. This type of research is a quantitative research study classification based on objective being explanatory, where statistics were used to analyze the sample data and results will be generalizable to populations where samples were taken. The population in this study were all employees of  the production PT.Cosmoprof  Indokarya as many as 941 employees and the number of samples 91 employees. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS and use data analysis tools SmartPLS 3.0. The data analyzed comes from distributing questionnaires to employees. Results of testing the coefficient of SEM analysis showed that: (H1) is rejected; (H2) is received; (H3) is received; (H4) is received; (H5) is received; (H6) was rejected; (H7) is received; (H8) is rejected; (H9) was rejected; (H10) is rejected. The results of the study explains there are some weak indicators of each variable job insecurity, employee engagement, organizational support, organizational commitment, and employee performance. It is recommended that companies to review, evaluation, and give motivation and training on employees in order to improve their capabilities.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the fact that many companies today use outsourced labor. One of them is PT. Bank Jateng Semarang. The number of employes’ absence from work, due to illness or other reasons, increases from 2010 to 2011 which indicates the pressence of stress at work and a problem with the physical work environment which in turn will have an impact on employees performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and physical work environment to the performance of outsorcing employees at PT. Bank Jateng Semarang. In this explanatory ​​research, data are collected using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is linear regression. The analysis shows that job stress has no significant effect to the employee's performance. The company is expected to pay more attention to the outsourced employees, so they can improve the performance of the company.

Abstract

The work force in indonesia along the development of the changes. One of the amendments that is an influx of women in the work force. PT Phapros Tbk is one of the companies in Semarang have female employees who in 2013 until 2016 an up and down in attendance or absentee fluctuant. Both are permitted employee performance can be seen from the dual role, job stress and motivation work.The purpose of this research is to find influence the dual role, job stress and motivation work on performance female employees in PT Phapros Tbk Semarang City. Type research is explanatory research, to technique data collection through the questionnaire and interview. The sample techniques used technique purposive sampling. Sample 100 respondents were is an employee women PT. Phapros Tbk Semarang. This data analyzed using regression analysis. This research result indicates that there was a correlation in the category of strong between variables the dual role, job stress, and motivation work of the performance of employees. Variable free third was proven have a positive influence and significantly to employee performance. The researchers suggest PT Phapros tbk. to be able to create a pleasant working environment, manage stress well, pay attention to the quality and quantity of results of work of employees.Angkatan kerja di Indonesia seiring dengan perkembangan perubahan. Salah satu amandemen tersebut adalah masuknya perempuan dalam angkatan kerja. PT Phapros Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan di Semarang yang memiliki karyawan wanita yang pada tahun 2013 hingga 2016 tingkat kehadiran atau absen mengalami fluktuasi. Kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari peran ganda, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran ganda, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di PT. Phapros Tbk Kota Semarang. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel 100 responden adalah karyawan wanita PT. Phapros Tbk Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi kuat antara variabel peran ganda, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel bebas ketiga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peneliti menyarankan PT Phapros tbk. untuk dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan, mengelola stres dengan baik, memperhatikan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kospin Jasa is one of the largest savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia. In 2020 the assets of Kospin Jasa reached Rp9.6 trillion with the number of members in Indonesia reaching 334.092 customers, while the number of members at the Batang Branch Office was 2.222 customers. According to data, the number of members of Kospin Jasa shows a decrease in the number of members every year. This study aims to determine the effect of products, promotions, and services on decisions to use Kospin Jasa Batang services. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling method in this research is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and sampling frame. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews with 96 respondents, members of Kospin Jasa Batang. The data analysis method used is regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 application. The results showed that products, promotions, and services had an effect on purchasing decisions. There are suggestions given to Kospin Jasa based on each aspect, including on product aspects, it is necessary to improve product quality such as improving interest rates on each product and increasing the opening of deposits and loans to be easier. In the promotion aspect, it is necessary to increase the diversity of advertising media so that it is more easily known by the public and increase the knowledge of officers in providing accurate and clear information either to customers or prospective customers. In the service aspect, Kospin Jasa officers need to prioritize the interests of customers, respond to anyone who submits complaints, be able to know, understand, and answer all complaints, and be responsive in providing services and service processes so that customers are satisfied with the services provided by Kospin Jasa, so that creating customer loyalty to Kospin Jasa.
