Abstract

The Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) is a work guide for students to make it easier for students to engage in learning activities in electronic form that can be accessed via computers or mobile phones. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) study, with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which aims to produce an innovative electronic student worksheet (E-LKPD) based on Liveworksheet in class IV theme 8 sub-theme 2 learning 1 that deserves to be developed. The research was conducted at Julang Elementary School, Bogor City, with a total of 22 students in the 2022-2023 school year. The research began by analyzing the needs of students' worksheets, observing students working on LKPD, then making product designs. Then develop the product and validate the product with experts in their field which are then tested on a limited basis with respondents. The results of the validation trial stated that the product was very feasible with an average value of 94.5%. The results of the limited trial stated that the Liveworksheet-based E-LKPD was in the very feasible category with an average value of 87.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that the Liveworksheet electronic-based student worksheets are very feasible to use

Abstract

In this study, researchers aim to develop an innovation in video learning media based on Filmora in technology topics for elementary students. This product is developed using the Research and Development (RnD) method, and using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Research begins by finding out what needs the school needs, especially grade 3 by analyzing the curriculum, students, then making product designs, developing the product, then validating the product with experts in their fields, finally conducting limited trials with 29 elemenatry students as respondents. The finished product validated by experts’ states that the feasibility level of the product is very feasible with an average value of 91.67%. When conducting a limited trial with 29 students, video learning media fell into the very good category because it scored with an average of 86.72%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that filmora-based video learning media is suitable for use in elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the implementation of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics-Based Project-Based Learning Model affects the learning outcomes of students in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. The research method used was a quasi-experimental two-group design at Bondongan Public Elementary School in Bogor City. The subjects of this study consist of 63 students of fifth grade. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the STEAM-based project-based learning model had an effect on student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. This is evident from the N-Gain score in the experimental group of 69, while the control group obtained an N-Gain score of 39. The hypothesis testing results state that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because t-count (14.56) is greater than t-table (1.9996). Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the STEAM-based Project-Based Learning Model effectively improves student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of project-based activities and literacy. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide new knowledge about how the implementation of innovative learning models can improve the learning outcomes of students in elementary school.

Abstract

Researchers focused on teacher work productivity as the dependent variable. Organizational culture, visionary leadership, and achievement motivation as independent variables. The unit of analysis in this research is ASN teachers at State Elementary Schools in West Karawang District, Karawang Regency, West Java. This research uses a quantitative research approach, which is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to find information about what we want to know. The method used in this research is a survey method with a path analysis approach. The population in this study were all ASN teachers in state elementary schools in West Karawang District, Karawang Regency, totaling 843 teachers. The total research sample was 271 teachers. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture, Visionary Leadership, and Achievement Motivation on teacher work productivity. Abstract

The research aims to determine the application of developing teaching media by implementing articulatory storylines in learning. Respondents in this study were limited to fourth grade students, the method used was Research and Development by combining the ADDIE model. Feasibility is seen through expert validation, several tests, small group trials, and field trials with indicators of student responses and learning outcomes. The field test was carried out on 40 students. The research results show that digital interactive multimedia and the Articulate Storyline application have great potential for use in learning. Expert validation results obtained an average of 97% with the classification "Very Decent" reinforced by the N-Gain achievement reaching a percentage of 74% in the "High" category, and getting good results with a student response percentage value of 93.1% and response teachers by 94% with the criteria "Very Eligible". Students gave a positive response to interactive multimedia assisted by an articulated and developed storyline application. It can be concluded that digital interactive teaching media is practically used in learning in Theme 9 Subtheme 2 Learning 5 and meets the valid criteria and is very suitable for use in learning in class IV elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between personality, empowerment, and self-efficacy with teachers' innovative work behavior using technical analysis of correlation regression and Sitorem analysis. The research was conducted at private high school (SMA) teachers in Cibinong district. The research population consisted of 218 teachers with a total sample of 141 teachers. Using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. Data collection using a questionnaire. Technical data analysis using correlation regression analysis and SITOREM analysis. The results showed: First, there was a positive relationship between personality and teacher's innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.712 and a significance value of the t test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Second, there is a positive relationship between empowerment and teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.657 and a significance value of the t test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Third, there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.427 and a significance value of the t test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Fourth, there is a positive relationship between personality and empowerment simultaneously with teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.733 and a significance value of the F test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Fifth, there is a positive relationship between personality and self-efficacy simultaneously with teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.734 and a significance value of the F test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Sixth, there is a positive relationship between empowerment and self-efficacy simultaneously with teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.676 and a significance value of the F test = 0.000 (p 0.05). Seventh, there is a positive relationship between personality, empowerment, and self-efficacy simultaneously with teachers' innovative work behavior with a correlation value of 0.746 and a significance value of the F test = 0.000 (p 0.05).

Abstract

Dwi Nola Sumiati, 037118162. The Effect of Application of Problem Based Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes of Single and Mixed Objects in Class V Elementary School. Thesis of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, 2022. This research is a quasi-experimental research. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Problem Based Learning model on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the Bojong Kiharib State Elementary School, Cigombong District, class V A and V B in the even semester of June. The calculation of the N-Gain of the Problem Based Learning model is 63 and the calculation of the N-Gain of the Discovery Learning model is 27. The researcher also conducted a normality test with the Liliefors test for both samples of normal distribution because both samples were smaller than Ltabel. In the Problem Based Learning class group, the value of Lhitung ≤ Ltabel is 0,430 ≤ 0,173, in the Discovery Learning class group Lhitung ≤ Ltabel is 0,336 ≤ 0,173. Then in the homogeneity test the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than Ftabel, the value is 1,42 ≤ 2,01. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, thitung of 53,3 is greater than ttabel of 2,01063, indicating that H0 (zero hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the results of the research above, it can be stated that the application of the Problem Based Learning model has an influence on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that aims to determine the role of the family in fostering children's character and to find out what factors can foster child character. The subjects in this study were children aged 10 years who were still in elementary school. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that children have good character for their age. Through the role of the family that is carried out from an early age, children grow up to have the character of responsibility, independence, and interest. Often families provide examples and show examples to children, indirectly children follow and apply them. Not only that, children also have several achievements in the field of Al-Qur'an hafidz and Taekwondo Championships throughout the Province. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the family has a role in fostering the character of children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of e-modules based on flipbook theme 8 subtheme 3 efforts to preserve the learning environment 1 in class V SDN Cilangkap 3 Depok City and to determine the feasibility of flipbook-based e-modules for the learning process. This research has conducted validation tests on several experts in the media, language, and material fields to develop and perfect e-module products using flipbooks for students. The results of the data from the validation of media experts are 100%, which means that the e-module is very feasible to try out. Language experts obtained 100% results, which means they were declared very feasible and the results from material experts were 100% which were stated to be very feasible for testing. And based on trials that have been carried out on fifth grade students as many as 34 students obtained a proper score for use in the learning process of 97% and trials that have been carried out on teachers of 98% which means that the E-Module product using this flipbook is very feasible for used in the learning process

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the successful implementation of school-based management in Tambilung Elementary School which is one of the small schools in Bogor Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that provides in-depth explanations of data and information related to the implementation of school-based management in terms of three core components namely 1) School Management, 2) Active, Creative and Enjoyable Learning, and 3) Community Participation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of school-based management in Tambilung Elementary School has only reached 83.62% which, if elaborated, the success of each component, namely: the school management component 85.89%, the learning activity component amounted to 76.19% and the component of community participation in the implementation of school-based management is 88.80%.
