Abstract

Rizkia Innaya Putri, 037118110, Development of Digital Comic Flipbook-Based Media, Theme 6: My Aspiration, Sub-theme 1: My Learning Aspiration and I, 1. Learning media are essential for getting students' attention in teaching and learning activities. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning media. This research intended to develop a digital comic learning media product based on flipbook Theme 6: My Aspiration, Sub-theme 1: My Learning Aspiration and I 1. This study employed Research and Development (R&D) method, applying the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. This research started with a necessities analysis to determine the initial necessary, design learning media, develop learning media and conduct validation tests on media experts, linguists and material experts; subsequently, the implementation conducted a limited basis to 35 class IV students. The study's findings indicated that the developed Digital Comic Flipbook-Based Media had a highly feasible category. This was based on the percentage of media experts at 92%, linguists at 100%, material experts at 86% and student responses with an average acquisition at 98%. Based on the results of this study, it can be summarised that the Digital Comic Flipbook-Based Media developed was feasible to be utilised as a learning aid instrument. Abstract

THE EFFECT OF HABIT LEARNING TOWARD MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach conducted on fourth grade students of Sukasari State Elementary School, Bogor City, 2020/2021 school years. The populations are 93 student and sample 48 student. The data in this study were obtained throungh an instrument in the for learning habits variables and a test instrument in the form multiple choice questions for variable mathematics learning outcomes. This is based on statistical analysis which produces path coefficients (r_xy) in the amount of 0,335 and the pattern Ŷ = 43,85 + 0,236x. From the level of influence is low and obtained t_count 2,713 greater than t_table1,990 the real level 0,05  significant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the learning habits on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade student.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan merupakan hal krusial yang perlu dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang memperhatikan seluruh komponen sumber daya organisasi. Supervisi pendidikan yang dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan berkesinambungan dapat menjadi modal untuk mengangkat citra sekolah di masyarakat. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi supervisi pendidikan ditinjau dari elemen objek, subjek, tujuan dan waktu pelaksanaan supervisi yang tentu menggunakan berbagai macam teknik-teknik supervisi pendidikan. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum serta satu orang guru dan sumber data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen bukti pelaksanaan supervisi. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta analisis dokumentasi. Validasi data dilakukan dengan cara triangulasi dan member check. Penelitian diawali dengan menentukan fokus utama, sub fokus, pencarian data, reduktsi data, interpretasi data serta pengambilan kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SD Pertiwi Kota Bogor sudah menjalankan rangkaian kegiatan supervisi secara sitematis, terencana , dan terstruktur dengan mengimplementasikan teknik supervisi individu maupun kelompok melalui berbagai kegiatan  sehingga hal tersebut menjadi modal dasar SD Pertiwi sebagai salah satu SD yang memiliki citra positif di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Project Based Learning model to the learning outcomes of fourth grade students on theme 9 Kayanya Negeriku, subtheme 3 Preservation of Natural Resource Wealth in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative in the form of a quasi-experimental design with two groups. This research was conducted at Ciapus 01 Public Elementary School, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency. The research population was all students of grades IV A and IV B of Ciapus 01 Public Elementary School, totaling 61 students. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that there was an effect of applying the Project Based Learning model to student learning outcomes in subtheme 3 of preserving natural resource wealth in Indonesia. This can be seen from the N-Gain value in the experimental class group of 67, while in the control group it is 44. As well as the results of testing the hypothesis that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount (4.71) > ttable (2.01). Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of subtheme 3 preservation of natural resource wealth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digolongkan dalam penelitian korelasional yang terdiri atas dua variabel bebas yaitu motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan emosional serta satu variabel terikat yaitu komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada guru yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil di SMK Negeri se-Kota Depok dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi linier ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan komitmen terhadap organisasi yang ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,973 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 43,746+0,694X1. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan komitmen terhadap organisasi yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,985 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 88,642+0,417X2. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan komitmen terhadap organisasi yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry12= 0,970 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 80,718+0,118X1+0,348X2. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, implikasi hasil penelitian adalah komitmen terhadap organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan emosional.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to increase students' interest and skills using the Group Assignment learning method through micro-scale practicums in Science courses. The study was conducted on Chemistry study subjects. The research subjects were 209 students of Elementary Teacher Education, Pakuan University . During the learning process, observations about student cooperation during the practicum were carried out. The results of observations of each cycle are evaluated as reflection material in the next cycle to improve students' skills and interests in accordance with the set targets. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative. Science practicum material is material in the Chemistry Study course on a micro scale. From the results of the T-test, there are significant differences. This means that the understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills increases after prospective teacher students experience the learning process of group assignments on Chemistry Study material on a micro scale. The results of understanding concepts, the average value increased from 62.42 to 86.68 and the science process skills increased the average value from 56.19 to 87.86. 94% students responded positively, namely agreed and strongly agreed that the process of science lectures with group assignments and micro-scale practicum. This can improve science process skills and understanding of materials in science courses at PGSD students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is: (1) to learn the process of applying the model of the based learning problem (PBL) to enhance learning in class III.A elementary school Gunung Gede Bogor City. (2) to find an increase in the results of learning the 7 theme "technological development" of class III.A elementary school Gunung Gede Bogor City through the model for problems based learning (pbl). This study is a class action study. The data-collection technique of interviews, observations and tests. The number of subjects in this study is 34 trainees. The analysis technique in this study is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The learning process through the stage (1) orientation on problems (2) organizing learners (3) guiding investigators (4) presents results (5) analyzing and evaluating the problem. On action research this class has seen an increase in learners' pre-cycles 24%, cycles I 56%, and cycles II 85%. In addition, there has been an increase in the performance observation of teachers and learners' activities, in the I cycle the teacher's performance results in 80% and 73% learners' activities. On the II cycle the teacher's performance increased to 91% and 85% learner's activities. Keywords: Learning, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Learning Outcomes ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui proses penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran di Kelas III.A SDN Gunung Gede Kota Bogor. (2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar tema 7 “Perkembangan Teknologi” peserta didik Kelas III SDN Gunung Gede Kota Bogor melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan tes. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 orang peserta didik. teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Proses pembelajaran melalui tahap (1) Orientasi pada masalah (2) Mengorganisir peserta didik (3) Membimbing penyidikan (4) Menyajikan hasil (5) Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi masalah. Pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu pra-siklus 24%, siklus I 56%, dan siklus II 85%. Selain itu terjadi peningkatan pada hasil observasi kinerja guru dan kegiatan peserta didik, pada siklus I hasil kinerja guru memperoleh hasil 80% dan kegiatan peserta didik 73%. Pada siklus II hasil kinerja guru meningkat menjadi 91% dan kegiatan peserta didik 85%. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of the E-LKPD based on the website wizer.me material spatial properties. This study uses an R&D research approach using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of class V A at Julang State Elementary School which consisted of 21 students. In the expert validation, it was declared valid as evidenced by the results of the media validation obtaining a percentage of 100%, language experts obtaining a percentage of 100%, material experts obtaining a percentage of 92%. The development of the E-LKPD based on the website wizer.me material geometrical properties obtained the "Very Eligible" category as a whole the percentage obtained was 97.3% and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 96.52%. So it can be concluded that the development of an E-LKPD based on the website wizer.me material on spatial properties is very feasible to apply in learning at SDN Julang, Bogor City.

Abstract

This paper is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted collaboratively between researchers and collaborators, which aims to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics learning subjects on data processing learning in class VA at SDN Gunung Gede by applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The research subjects involved 38 students, which consist of 16 male and 22 female students. Data collection techniques in the research used five instruments, namely learning implementation assessment, changes in student activity, tests or students’ learning outcomes, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was quantitative and qualitative analyses. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that learning with the PBL model can improve students’ learning outcomes. Learning outcomes in cycle 1 were 66% of the total students who complete and increased in cycle II to 87%. While the average score results of student activity observation in cycle I were 74 and increased in cycle II to 91.4. The quality of the learning process in cycle I likewise was 78% and in cycle II increased to 96%. Thus, the implementation of the PBL model can improve the students’ learning outcomes on mathematics learning subjects in data processing learning in class VA at Gunung Gede Elementary School in Bogor.

Abstract

 Salah satu keterampilan yang wajib dimiliki seorang guru yaitu melakukan pengelolaan kelas. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan akan tercipta ketika guru mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik. Bagian dari pengelolaan kelas yakni guru harus mampu merencanakan pembelajaran yang dituangkan dalam perangkat pembelajaran mulai dari Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Bahan Ajar, Media, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) serta Instrumen Evaluasi. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini yaitu untuk membekali guru melakukan pengelolaan kelas, menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, serta melakukan kalibrasi instrument agar proses penilaian sesuai dengan seharusnya. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan melalui metode seminar, workshop dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan di SMP Dasa Semesta Kec. Bogor Selatan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 26 guru. Hasil kegiatan mendapatkan respon positif dari kepala sekolah maupun seluruh peserta karena dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru. Kegiatan PkM ini akan dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan untuk lebih memberikan pendalaman dalam pengelolaan kelas berbasis assessment bagi guru sehingga dapat membantu mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya.
