Abstract

Kinerja adaptif guru merupakan perilaku guru dalam mengantisipasi dan beradaptasi terhadap segala bentuk perubahan situasi kerja yang dinamis, baik perubahan tujuan organisasi, perubahan tugas, maupun perubahan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan apakah terdapat pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung kepribadian dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja adaptif guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS SMA Negeri terakreditasi A di wilayah barat Kabupaten Bogor. Jumlah sampel diperoleh 122 orang guru dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepribadian terhadap kinerja adaptif dengan nilai ?=0.497; terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja adaptif dengan nilai ?=0.332; terdapat pengaruh positif langsung kepribadian terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai ?=0.613; dan terdapat pengaruh positif tidak langsung kepribadian terhadap kinerja adaptif melalui kepuasan kerja dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 0.204. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja adaptif dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepribadian dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin berkembang dibutuhkan kesiapan seluruh komponen untuk dapat beradaptasi menghadapi berbagai perubahan yang terjadi. Guru menjadi unsur penting dalam pendidikan yang wajib memiliki berbagai kompetensi untuk menyiapkan generasi unggul dan berkualitas. Guru bukan sekedar membekali diri dengan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian dan sosial, namun lebih dari itu, guru wajib terus berinovasi. Implementasi pengelolaan kelas berbasis Social Emotional Learning (SEL) menjadi inovasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru. Ditemukan beberapa permasalahan di SDIT Insantama Kota Bogor sebagai mitra PkM yakni pemahaman tentang kompetensi guru yang masih rendah, pengelolaan kelas yang belum maksimal serta belum diimplementasikannya SEL di kelas. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar dilaksanakannya PkM dengan metode seminar dan workshop yang bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan tentang kompetensi guru, pengelolaan kelas yang maksimal serta implementasi pengelolaan kelas berbasis SEL. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan tanggal 22-27 Februari 2025 dan menghasilkan luaran berupa peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui pengelolaan kelas berbasis SEL. Selain itu, dihasilkannya perangkat pembelajaran berbasis SEL sebagai panduan pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PkM menunjukkan kepuasan peserta dengan 70,75% menyatakan sangat baik, 24,65% baik, 4,35% cukup dan sisanya 0,35% kurang. Kegiatan PkM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif yang berdampak bagi kemajuan pembelajaran dan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the outcomes (Level 4) of the Kirkpatrick Model in the implementation of the Guru Penggerak Program in Bogor City State High School/Vocational School. Using a qualitative approach with an evaluative method, data were obtained through documentation studies and interviews with 14 school principals selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman's interactive model, consisting of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Theme frequencies were analyzed and visualized using Python and pandas. This study shows that the Guru Penggerak Program has a varied impact on schools, with the most dominant impact seen on improving student learning outcomes, although the effect is not even at the institutional level. Based on correlation analysis and documentation studies, the impact of programs on schools shows a complex relationship. The correlation of -0.65 between the learning community and the role of the principal and -0.41 between the role of the principal and the learning outcome indicated a lack of managerial support. A correlation of 0.00 between community learning and learning outcomes and 0.11 between community learning and positive impact on school indicates that the impact of the program is limited without structural support. A correlation of -0.54 between student learning outcomes and positive impacts on schools shows an unequal impact, while a correlation of 0.47 between the role of principals and positive impacts on schools confirms the importance of the role of leadership in creating a climate that supports change.

Abstract

The transformation of global education demands the adaptability of teachers, but their adaptive readiness gap affects the quality of learning. The urgency of understanding the quantitative factors driving the adaptive performance of teachers is crucial in the midst of curriculum changes and the integration of digital technology, especially in Indonesia. This quantitative research uses a survey design with path analysis. Data from 122 A-accredited high school civil servant teachers in Bogor were collected via a valid and reliable questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 21, which included tests for normality, homogeneity, and direct and mediated hypothesis testing (Sobel test). It was found that personality and job satisfaction have a direct impact on teachers’ adaptive performance. Organizational culture does not have a direct effect, but it does significantly affect job satisfaction, which in turn mediates its influence on adaptive performance. Job satisfaction also mediates the relationship between personality and adaptive performance. Theoretically, this study enriches the adaptive work behavior model by confirming the mediating role of job satisfaction, addressing the inconsistencies of the literature. The strategic implication is the need for policies to strengthen a work culture that supports satisfaction as a path to adaptive performance.

Abstract

The objective is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and learning organization toward teachers' professional commitment and implemented recommendations for related parties. The population in this study was 141 private high school teachers in the Cibinong District using the Slovin formula. Data collection for each variable was studied using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used the Statistical Program for Social Science SPSS 26. The results showed: (a) There is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and professional commitment. The correlation coefficient value is ry1 = 0.735, (b) There is a positive and meaningful relationship between learning organization and professional responsibility. The correlation coefficient value is ry2 = 0.739, (c). There is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and learning organization in conjunction with professional commitment. The general form of multiple regression used a value of ry12 = 0.784 was obtained. Principal support and convenience in the digitalization era make it possible for teachers to share information. The use of technology by teachers to share teaching methods or techniques with fellow teachers from different organizations is possible without space and time limitations. Self-development achieved by teachers shows professional commitment and will increase competence as professional educators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Bimbingan Teknis Hukum Acara Mahkamah Konstitusi yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Pendidikan Pancasila dan Konstitusi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan program ke depannya. Dalam studi evaluasi ini menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP dengan 4 komponen evaluasi yaitu 1) context, 2) input, 3) process, dan 4) product. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan mixed method antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian atau pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Bidang Program dan Penyelenggaraaan, penyelenggara, dan alumni. Dalam pengambilan kesimpulan, data hasil penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif yang ditemukan di lapangan dikonversi menjadi data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Bimbingan Teknis Hukum Acara Mahkamah Konstitusi telah dijalankan dengan baik dengan memperoleh nilai 71,96 pada kategori Baik dengan catatan perlu perbaikan. Rekomendasi untuk perbaikan program adalah menyusun 1 (satu) dokumen yang resmi seperti blue print, rencana strategis, atau grand design Pusdik MK; menyusun payung hukum tentang pedoman penyelenggaraan program; meningkatkan kualitas penyusunan perencanaan program secara komprehensif; menetapkan syarat calon peserta yang spesifik; memanfaatkan hasil assesmen awal dengan baik; mengembangkan jadwal kegiatan dan metode penyelenggaraan; mendokumentasikan setiap pengawasan yang dilakukan; meningkatkan capaian indikator jumlah peserta; meningkatkan capaian tingkat pemahaman peserta; mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran tingkat pemahaman peserta; mengevaluasi cara mengkonversi nilai hasil pretest-posttest; menetapkan indikator keberhasilan program mengenai tingkat kelulusan peserta bimtek; dan menyusun instrumen untuk mengukur dampak (outcome) program.

Abstract

Researchers focused on teacher work productivity as the dependent variable. Organizational culture, visionary leadership, and achievement motivation as independent variables. The unit of analysis in this research is ASN teachers at State Elementary Schools in West Karawang District, Karawang Regency, West Java. This research uses a quantitative research approach, which is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to find information about what we want to know. The method used in this research is a survey method with a path analysis approach. The population in this study were all ASN teachers in state elementary schools in West Karawang District, Karawang Regency, totaling 843 teachers. The total research sample was 271 teachers. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture, Visionary Leadership, and Achievement Motivation on teacher work productivity. Abstract

The low mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students which are influenced by a lack of curiosity are the background for this research. This research aims to determine the effect of curiosity on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students on the volume of cubes and blocks. This research is quantitative research with a causal approach which aims to determine the effect of curiosity on mathematics learning outcomes. This research was conducted on class V students at Kotabatu 8 State Elementary School, Bogor, with a population of 81 students and a sample of 45 respondents. This research data was obtained through distributing instruments in the form of questionnaires for the curiosity variable and instruments in the form of questions for the mathematics learning outcome variable. The research results show that there is an influence of curiosity on mathematics learning outcomes with a regression coefficient (rxy) of 0.45 and a tcountof 3.32, while the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.2025 or 20.25%. This means that 20.25% of students' mathematics learning outcomes are determined by curiosity through the regression equation Ý = (6.20 +0.55x) while the remaining 79.75% is determined by other factors. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of curiosity on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This paper is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted collaboratively between researchers and collaborators, which aims to improve students’ learning outcomes in mathematics learning subjects on data processing learning in class VA at SDN Gunung Gede by applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The research subjects involved 38 students, which consist of 16 male and 22 female students. Data collection techniques in the research used five instruments, namely learning implementation assessment, changes in student activity, tests or students’ learningoutcomes, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was quantitative and qualitative analyses. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that learning with the PBL model can improve students’ learning outcomes. Learning outcomes in cycle 1 were 66% of the total students who complete and increased in cycle II to 87%. While the average score results of student activity observation in cycle I were 74 and increased in cycle II to 91.4. The quality of the learning process in cycle I likewise was 78% and in cycle II increased to 96%. Thus, theimplementation of the PBL model can improve the students’ learning outcomes on mathematics learning subjects in data processing learning in class VA at Gunung Gede Elementary School in Bogor
