Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the services provided by Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism, find out the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism services and know the impact of service quality on visitor satisfaction of Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism. The results of the research on the level of customer satisfaction with the service of the karanganjar coffee shop are very satisfying, we can draw such conclusions because we see from the results of the distribution of quisoners that have been distributed to visitors in the karanganjar coffee shop. Visitors to the karanganjar coffee shop gave a very satisfied assessment of the level of service in the karanganjar coffee shop and karanganjar coffee agrotourism. According to the visitors, giving a very satisfied value is a very suitable assessment given, looking at the level of service that has been provided by employees and baristas who are very responsive and dexterous

Abstract

The concept of entrepreneurship empowerment was explored in depth to highlight its multifaceted nature and its role in fostering economic growth and cultivating a positive community mindset, which in turn spurred the development of essential infrastructure contributing to community empowerment. Service Learning, as a strategy for community entrepreneurship empowerment in the Indonesian culture, was enacted through the collaboration of faculty and university students who were acknowledged for their capacity to deliver authentic learning experiences. It, thereby, facilitated the acquisition of both soft and hard skills. This initiative exemplified the coordinated efforts among universities, such as the local MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Community of processed Parijoto fruit, and its various partners. The execution of this community service program, which was done in Muria, comprised six primary phases: surveying, conducting interviews, gathering data, preparing materials, engaging in focus group discussions, formulating action plans, and conducting evaluations and reflections. The outcomes encompassed the analysis of laboratory products, educational sessions, mentoring activities, and the creation of educational resources. While the assessment of processing parijoto fruit yielded positive impacts from the endeavor,  it was found to have a need to optimize support from businesses to sustain a conducive environment for MSMEs. Such entrepreneurship training initiatives have demonstrated efficacy in empowering communities and generating further prospects for individuals residing in rural areas.

Abstract

Educational evaluation is a crucial element in the learning process that aims to assess the effectiveness and quality of education. In this context, evaluation is not only a measurement of learning outcomes, but also includes a comprehensive analysis of various aspects that affect the educational process. Evaluation can be defined as a systematic process to determine the value of an activity or object based on certain criteria. The evaluation process includes several important stages, including evaluation planning, data collection, data analysis, and report preparation. Evaluation also serves as a tool to identify strengths and weaknesses in the learning process, as well as contributing to the development of curriculum and educational policies. Although evaluation is important, there are still many challenges faced, such as lack of resources and stakeholder resistance. Therefore, strategic solutions are needed to improve the effectiveness of educational evaluation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial characteristics contribute to business success. MSME players in this area show strong positive entrepreneurial characteristics such as self-confidence, initiative, leadership spirit and the courage to take risks. Apart from that, good F&B Service SOPs also contribute to business success. This shows that business actors in Karawang have met customer expectations. Aspects of reliability, responsiveness, guarantees, empathy and physical evidence have an important role in increasing customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneur characteristics on the success of micro businesses in the food and beverage sector in the city of Karawang. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique, taking samples of population members in a random manner without paying attention to the strata contained in the population. Karakteristik kewirausahaan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan usaha. Pelaku UMKM di daerah ini menunjukkan adanya karakteristik kewirausahaan positif yang kuat seperti kepercayaan diri, inisiatif, jiwa kepemimpinan, dan keberanian mengambil risiko. Selain itu, SOP F&B Pelayanan yang baik juga berkontribusi pada keberhasilan usaha. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha di Karawang telah memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Aspek keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik wirausahawan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro pada sektor makanan dan minuman di kota Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dengan cara acak tanpa memerhatikan strata yang terdapat dalam populasi tersebut.

Abstract

Sargassum aquifolium memiliki kandungan protein dan asam glutamat yang tinggi, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan penyedap rasa. Rasa umami dapat dihasilkan oleh peptida taste-active yang berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan rasa umami dan memberikan sensasi rasa kokumi. Meskipun banyak penelitian mengenai peptida umami dan kokumi dalam bahan pangan, namun penelitian sejenis pada rumput laut belum banyak ditemukan. Analisis in silico telah banyak dilakukan untuk memprediksi dan mengidentifikasi peptida dengan taste-active umami dan kokumi pada bahan pangan dan efektif dalam mengevaluasi rasa peptida sebelum dilakukan evaluasi secara in vitro dan in vivo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memprediksi dan mengidentifikasi keberadaan peptida taste-active yang berkontribusi terhadap rasa umami dan kokumi pada rumput laut S. aquifolium dengan analisis in silico. Ekstraksi peptida S. aquifolium menggunakan pelarut air dengan metode reflux dan ultrasound, isolasi dan purifikasi peptida berdasarkan berat molekul. . Peptida hasil isolasi dianalisis berat molekulnya menggunakan Tricine-SDS-PAGE dan aktivitas sensori potensial secara in silico menggunakan database BIOPEP-UWM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis Tricine-SDS-PAGE menemukan 5 pita peptida yaitu 673 Da, 797 Da, 1.019 Da, 1.195 Da, dan 1.408 Da. Analisis in silico menunjukkan sekuen DFVEVPTGSN (1.019 Da) dan DTPDFVEVATESP (1.408 Da) diprediksi sebagai peptida umami yang ditandai adanya residu asam amino aspartat (D), dan asam amino glutamat (E), serta peptida ES, EV, TE, VE. Namun, tidak ditemukan peptida yang menunjukkan potensi kokumi. Pendekatan ekstraksi Water Soluble Extraction (WSE) menggunakan metode reflux dan ultrasound, serta pendekatan dengan in silico berhasil mengidentifikasi peptida taste-active umami, namun kurang efektif dalam mengidentifikasi peptida kokumi dari S. aquifolium .ABSTRACTSargassum aquifolium has high protein and glutamic acid to be used as a flavor enhancer. The umami taste can be produced by taste-active peptides which contribute to enhancing umami taste and providing kokumi taste sensation. Although there has been a lot of research on umami and kokumi peptides, similar research on seaweed has not been widely found. In silico analysis has been carried out to predict and identify taste-active peptides umami and kokumi in food and is effective in evaluating the taste of peptides before in vitro and in vivo evaluation. This research aimed to predict and identify taste-active peptides that contributed to umami and kokumi in S. aquifolium using in silico analysis. This research consisted of extracting S. aquifolium peptides using water with reflux and ultrasound methods, isolating and purifying peptides based on molecular weight. The isolated peptides were analyzed for their molecular weight using Tricine-SDS-PAGE and in silico potential sensory activity analysis using the BIOPEP-UWM database. Based on the Tricine-SDS-PAGE analysis, found 5 peptide bands 673 Da, 797 Da, 1,019 Da, 1,195 Da, and 1,408 Da. In silico analysis showed that the sequences of DFVEVPTGSN (1,019 Da) and DTPDFVEVATESP (1,408 Da) were predicted as umami peptides characterized by the presence of aspartate (D) and glutamic (E) amino acid residues, as well as ES, EV, TE, and VE peptides. However, no peptides were found that showed kokumi potential. The Water Soluble Extraction (WSE) approach using the reflux and ultrasound method, as well as in silico approach, succeeded in identifying the taste-active umami peptide, but was less effective in identifying the taste-active kokumi peptide from S. aquifolium.

Abstract

ABSTRAK TB paru adalah penyebab utama morbiditas dibanyak negara, oleh karena itu pemahaman mengenai dampaknya terhadap keadaan umum dan kepatuhan minum obat dari pasien TB paru. Kualitas hidup merupakan aspek kesehatan yang luas, sehingga kepatuhan bukan satu-satunya faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien TB paru. Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit serius bukan hanya di Indonesia tetapi di Dunia.Kepatuhan minum obat adalah indikator keberhasilan yang sangat penting untuk kesembuhan pasien TB selama 6-9 bulan dimana pasien harus minum obat non stopTuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penularan terjadi ketika penderita TBC paru BTA positif batuk atau bersin dan tanpa disengaja penderita menyebarkan kuman ke udara dalam bentuk percikan dahakenyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan Minum Obat TB, Pengertian TB, Cara Penularan TB. ABSTRACT Pulmonary TB is a major cause of morbidity in many countries, therefore, understanding its impact on the general condition and medication adherence of pulmonary TB patients is crucial. Quality of life is a broad aspect of health, so compliance is not the only factor that can influence the quality of life of pulmonary TB patients. Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious disease not only in Indonesia but also globally. Medication adherence is a crucial indicator of success for TB patients' recovery. Patients must take medication non-stop for 6-9 months, during which patients must take medication. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Transmission occurs when a patient with AFB-positive pulmonary TB coughs or sneezes, accidentally releasing the germs into the air in the form of sputum droplets. Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan pada sebuah instansi, baik pemerintahan maupun swasta. Beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah penilaian kinerja pegawai, persentase kedisiplinan pegawai, serta pemberian insentif kerja pegawai sesuai dengan kinerja pegawai. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan akhir untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari pemberian insentif kerja dan tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Langkat dengan permasalahan utama yaitu pemberian insentif kerja yang tidak merata walaupun persentase kedisiplinan dan kinerja pegawai sudah bagus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 56 orang dan sampel 55 orang. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel insentif kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung (8,687) > t tabel (1,676), serta variabel disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pula terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung (2,342) > t tabel (1,676). Di sisi lain, secara simultan, variabel insentif kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai F hitung (137,226) > F tabel (3,18). Pada uji koefisien determinasi juga menghasilkan R2 sebesar 0,835 dimana berarti sebesar 83,5% variabel kinerja mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel insentif dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan 16,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel diluar variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences elevated blood pressure above normal, resulting in increased morbidity and mortality. A systolic blood pressure reading of 140 mmHg indicates the phase of blood being pumped by the heart, and a diastolic reading of 90 mmHg indicates the phase of blood returning to the heart. One way to prevent and manage hypertension in the elderly is through routine blood pressure monitoring, regular medication intake, and physical activity. This can be achieved through self-management. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of family support and spirituality on self-management in elderly hypertensive patients. Method: A quantitative study involving 25 elderly hypertensive patients. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between family support and spirituality. Results: There was a significant relationship between family support and self-management in patients with hypertension (p-value 0.017) and an odds ratio of 53.22. Conclusion: There was an effective relationship between family support and spirituality on self-management in elderly hypertensive patients.   Keywords: Family Support; Self-management; Spiritual Level; Hypertension.   Pendahuluan: Hipertensi adalah keadaan seseorang yang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah diatas normal sehingga mengakibatkan peningkatan angka morbiditas maupun mortalitas, tekanan darah fase sistolik 140 mmHg menunjukkan fase darah yang sedang dipompa oleh jantung dan fase diastolik 90 mmHg menunjukkan fase darah yang kembali ke jantung. Salah satu upaya pencegahan dan penanganan hipertensi pada lansia yaitu dengan rutin pemantauan tekanan darah, rutin minum obat, dan melakukan aktivitas fisik. Hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan self-management. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui  efektifitas dukungan keluarga dan tingkat spiritual dengan Self Management pada lansia hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 25  responden pasien lansia hipertensi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square untuk menentukan adanya hubungan antara variabel dukungan keluarga dan tingkat spiritual . Hasil: Terdapat efektivitas yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan self management pada penderita hipertensi (p-Value 0.017) dan nilai Odd Ratio (53,22). Simpulan: Terdapat efektivitas dukungan keluarga dan tingkat Spiritual dengan self management pada lansia hipertensi.   Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga; Self- management; Tingkat Spiritual,Hipertensi.
