Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika ditinjau dari gaya berpikir peserta didik. Gaya berpikir yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya berpikir sekuensial konkret, acak konkret, acak abstrak, dan sekuensial abstrak. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelas XI SMKN 5 Jeneponto sebanyak 8 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes gaya berpikir, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika dan wawancara. Instrumen gaya berpikir yang digunakan adalah instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh De Porter yang terdiri dari 15 nomor dengan empat pilihan jawaban. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik berupa instrumen tes. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa peserta didik yang memiliki gaya berpikir sekuensial konkret mempunyai tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis level 3 yaitu kritis, peserta didik yang mempunyai gaya berpikir sekuensial abstrak mempunyai tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis level 2 yaitu cukup kritis, sedangkan peserta didik yang mempunyai gaya berpikir acak konkret mempunyai tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu cukup kritis dan kritis, dan peserta didik yang mempunyai gaya berpikir acak abstrak mempunyai tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis level 3 yaitu kritis. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan berpikir kritis, gaya berpikir, fisika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex post facto yang bersifat korelasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 19 Makassar yang terdiri dari empat kelas dengan jumlah 130 perserta didik. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebagai subjek penelitian diperoleh dengan Teknik simple random sampling dan terpilih dua kelas sampel penelitian yaitu kelas XI MIA 3 dan XI MIA 4 dengan ukuran keseluruhan sampel 60 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan dua kuesioner non tes yang terdiri 40 butir untuk variabel kepercayaan diri dan 30 butir untuk variabel motivasi belajar serta tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari 20 soal. Hubungan kepercayaan diri dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi 0,83 dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 13,23 dan Ftabel 1,671 karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien determinan 68,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan materi fisika peserta didik dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan materi fisika peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 14 Bulukumba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 14 Bulukumba tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 43 peserta didik. Data tingkat kesulitan materi fisika peserta didik diperoleh dari two-tier multiplechoice diagnostic test. Sedangkan data faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan materi fisika, diperoleh dari lembar kuesioner yang diisi oleh peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesulitan materi fisika pada materi pengukuran besaran pada kategori sedang, materi vector pada kategori sedang, materi gerak lurus pada kategori tinggi, materi gerak parabola pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan materi gerak melingkar pada kategori sangat tinggi. Kesulitan belajar materi fisika yang dialami peserta didik disebabkan oleh faktor usaha untuk belajar materi fisika, ketertarikan pada materi fisika, kecakapan dalam mempelajari materi fisika, teman bergaul dan relasi antar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penggunaan bahan ajar fisika berbasis simulasi interaktif dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran fisika. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan meode kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber untuk mengetahui penggunaan simulasi dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran inkuiri serta metode survey untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dikalangan pelajar sehingga diperoleh data untuk bisa mengaplikasikan bahan ajar berbasis simulasi interaktif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil survey kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi komputer telah banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan tahapan penyelidikan dan memberikan dampak yang positif, beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebelum menggunakan simulasi komputer adalah kebenaran simulasi itu dalam menunjukkan fenomena fisis, kemudahan dalam menggunakan dan juga menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa. Berdasarkan survey, secara umum 85% responden setuju dengan penggunaan simulasi komputer dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, data yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan laboratorium masih sangat kurang. Sehingga diharapkan simulasi komputer dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk melakukan pengamatan fenomena fisis

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of guided inquiry with Edmodo-based mobile learning system implementation in physics learning. Edmodo is a learning management system application developed for mobile learning that enables students to access tasks and teaching materials anytime and anywhere. This research was quasi-experimental that used a pretest-posttest control group design with 11th-grade students in SMAN 1 Makassar as a sample, and each class consisted of 33 students who were used as the experimental class and the control class. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a physics learning achievement test in the form of multiple-choice tests. Data were analyzed using the T-test on two samples with test equipment that had gone through expert validation tests and empirical tests. The result of the T-test analysis showed no difference in learning outcomes between experimental and control classes before being treated, this result contradicts the results of the T-test analysis after treatment which shows significant differences in physics learning outcomes in students taught using guided inquiry by applying a learning-based mobile learning system with students taught using guided inquiry without mobile learning system. Based on these two T-test results and by using Cohen-D analysis with the result of 2,980. Therefore, the application of a mobile learning system based on Edmodo is effective in improving physics learning students’ outcomes in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Makassar.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental study that aims to determine the difference in the value of students' critical thinking skills before being taught using the guided inquiry learning model and after being taught using the guided inquiry learning model to students in class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 10 Maros. The independent variable in this study is the guided inquiry learning model, while the dependent variable is students' critical thinking skills. The population in this study were all students in class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 10 Maros, totaling 72 people and divided into 3 classes, while the samples in this study were class XI MIPA 2, totaling 24 people and class XI MIPA 3, totaling 25 people. The research data were obtained by giving tests of critical thinking skills to students in the form of pretest and posttest. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the average score obtained before being given treatment to students was 3.65, while the average score after being given treatment to students was 9.35. The results of the analysis using inferential statistics obtained an n-gain test value of 0.73 which is included in the "High" category, with a percentage of 73% and is included in the "Quite Effective" category.

Abstract

Salak (Salacca zalacca) is a cultivated plant species with development areas spanning more than half of Indonesia's provinces. It is not surprising since salak is a tropical plant native to Indonesia, managed traditionally for generations as an indigenous agricultural system. Learning from experience, around the 1980s, the peak popularity of salak commodities in this area has succeeded in becoming a commodity as a regional icon of Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi, called salak lasape. Although salak lasape is better known for its distinctive aroma, the quantity of production in Pinrang Regency is declining. This research aims to find appropriate strategic programs in ensuring the availability of food, especially fruit, and to restore the popularity of salak lasape as a regional icon in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted through an expert system approach. Data were obtained through resource persons from several institutions/agencies related to the development of horticultural commodities using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis method. The results show that of the 14 sub-elements analyzed, there are nine of them that can be set as strategic programs in restoring the popularity of salak lasape, namely: (1) increasing the commitment of government agencies, (2) developing the marketing sector, (3) rehabilitating/rejuvenating salak plantations, (4) developing processed household products, (5) increasing farmers' knowledge and skills, (6) increasing the role of extension/mentoring, (7) fostering farmer groups/local wisdom, (8) Effectivize the role of the Industry and Trade Office, and (9) increasing the role and responsibility of the Plantation Office. Among the nine programs, two are key programs, namely: increasing the commitment of government agencies and rehabilitating/rejuvenating salak plantations. The increased role of government agencies indicates that the implementation of strategic programs that are the research findings should be under the control of institutional strengthening of horticultural commodities.

Abstract

Type of this research is a pre-experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. This research conducted to determine the improvement of students' science process skills after the implementation of project-based learning physics on static fluid material. The population of this study is all students of grade XI MIPA SMAN 1 Majene for the academic year 2021/2022 with the sample taken from class XI MIPA 1 with a total of 26 students. Science Process Skills of students are measured by using a test instrument. The results of this research indicate that there is an increase in the Science Process Skills of students on the observing indicator with an n-gain score is 0.56 and the planning experiment/project is 0.57 so that both were in the medium category. The indicator asking questions also increased with an n-gain score is 0.76 and the indicator applying concept is 0.84 so that both were in the high category. Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research that aims to determine the physical learning outcomes of students at MAN Balikpapan who are taught using problem based learning. The independent variable in this study is problem based-learning and the variable is the student’s physics learning outcomes on the subject matter of sound waves. The research subject is class XI MIPA 1 MAN Balikpapan which has 33 participants The research data by giving a test of learning outcomes on the subject matter of the wave in the form of a posttest. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis in the form of the average score of learning outcomes, standard deviation and variance. Based on descriptive analysis, the average score of learning result in class XI MIPA 1 is 82,97.
