Abstract

Motivasi diartikan sebagai usaha yang mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan yang diinginkan. Kepuasan kerja diartikan sebagai perasaan positif pada suatu pekerjaan, yang merupakan dampak atau hasil evaluasi dari berbagai aspek pekerjaan ter-sebut.. Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja diperkirakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petani padi di Kabupaten Jember, kinerja dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan produktivitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petani. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional terhadap data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Cluster dan Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Data dianalisis dan diuji dengan metode uji analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Rata-rata tingkat motivasi petani padi Kabupaten Jember sebesar 2,58 atau dalam kategori rendah, (2) Rata-rata tingkat kepuasan kerja petani padi Kabupaten Jember sebesar 3,06 atau dalam kategori cukup tinggi. (3) Secara bersama sama motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas. Secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas sebesar 12,3% dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produktivitas sebesar 12,8%.

Abstract

Lahan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kegiatan usahatani. Status kepemilikan lahan petani secara umum dibagi menjadi lahan milik sendiri, lahan sewa dan lahan bagi hasil, masing-masing pola kepemilikan lahan dapat menghasilkan perbedaan produktivitas usahatani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan pola kepemilikan lahan terhadap produktivitas usahatani padi sawah. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara Purposive methods di Kecamatan Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember dengan pertimbangan bah-wa daerah ini merupakan salah satu penyumbang produksi padi di Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada-lah metode deskriptif komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden 96 orang petani padi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas lahan paling tinggi ditunjukkan oleh lahan sewa sebesar 6.369 kg/ha, selanjutnya diikuti oleh lahan milik sendiri sebesar 5.768 kg/ha dan paling kecil lahan bagi hasil sebesar 5.575 kg/ha.

Abstract

Harga jual produk primer pertanian sering kali rendah dan sering berfluktuasi.Peningkatan harga jual produk primer pertanian dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, salah satunyadengan proses pengolahan untuk memberikan nlai tambah, seperti yang dilakukan oleh usaha agroindustri kopi herbal kapulaga. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis: (1) pen-dapatan petani kopi herbal kapulaga (2) nilai tambah kopi herbal kapulaga di Desa Sumber Pakem, Kecamatan Sumberjambe, Kabupaten Jember . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dan analisis nilai tambah metode Hayami. Hasil penelitain adalah: (1) pendapatan argoindustri kopi herbal kapulaga pada sebesar Rp. 505.084 atau Rp 14.898 /pcs produk kopi herbal kapulaga. (2)Nilai tambah usaha kopi herbal kapulaga sebesar Rp 14.898/kemasan dengan hraga jual Rp 25.000,-/kemasan

Abstract

Ada dua jenis semangka yang dibudidayakan di Kabupaten Jember yaitu semangka panen buah dan semangka panen benih. Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) mengetahui perbedaan biaya produksi, (2) mengetahui perbedaan keuntungan dan (3) menganalisis perbedaan efisiensi biaya semangka panen buah dan semangka panen benih di Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, komparatif dan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ada di 7 desa yaitu 3 desa di Kecamatan Puger, 3 desa di Kecamatan Gumukmas dan 1 desa di Kecamatan Kencong, pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara Purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling untuk semangka panen buah dan Total Sampling untuk semangka panen benih. Total sampel sebanyak 76 terdiri dari 45 petani semangka panen buah dan 31 petani semangka panen benih. Metode analisis adalah uji z beda biaya produksi, keuntungan, dan efisiensi biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) secara statistik terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara biaya produksi semangka panen buah dan semangka panen benih sebesar 0,000; (2) secara statistik terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keuntungan semangka panen buah dan semangka panen benih sebear 0,000; (3) secara statistik terdapat perbedaan efisiensi biaya produksi yang signifikan antara semangka panen buah dan panen benih sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki prospek pengembangan industri sapi perah yang relatif besar. Pertama dilihat dari permintaan potensial susu oleh 250 juta penduduk, permintaan efektif yang terus berkembang sesuai dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian. Koperasi bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota melalui penyediaan lapangan usaha yakni beternak sapi perah. Untuk itu, koperasi (pembentukannya bersifat kebijakan top-down) mendapat dana untuk mengerahkan koperasi antara lain dalam bentuk pengadaan bibit sapi perah impor untuk dibagikan kepada anggota sebagai pinjaman. Tujuan penelitian: (1) Mengidentifikasi peran KUD Argopuro terhadap usahatani sapi perah di Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo. (2) Mengidentifikasi hak dan kewajiban peternak terhadap KUD Argopuro di Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo. (3) Menghitung perbedaan keuntungan usahatani sapi perah antara anggota dengan non anggota Koperasi Argopuro di Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian : (1) Peran KUD Argopuro yaitu sebagai lembaga pembangunan, pengolahan limbah kotoran, lembaga pemasaran, penyedia bahan baku, penyedia fasilitas kesehatan.(2) Hak peternak yaitu mendapatkan fasilitas berupa sentrat dan obat-obatan serta mendapat fasilitas simpan pinjam berupa bantuan modal. Kewajiban peternak terhadap KUD Argopuro yaitu menjual hasil perahnya ke KUD dan menjaga fasilitas susu yang telah disepakati antara peternak dan KUD.(3)Ada perbedaan keuntungan usaha menurut keanggotaannya di Kecamatan Krucil Kabupaten Probolinggo yang berbeda nyata secara statistik pada taraf uji 5%. Keuntungan yang dihasilkan peternak anggota sebesar Rp 11.211.634 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan keuntungan yang dihasilkan peternak non anggota yang nilainya sebesar Rp 6.644.551.

Abstract

Chocolate is a processed food product whose ingredients are a combination of chocolate paste, sugar, cocoa butter and several types of flavor additives. The Covid pandemic is predicted expected to affect the demand and supply of chocolate bars at Doesoen Kakao. The objectives of this research are 1. To find out whether there is a difference in demand for processed chocolate during and after COVID - 19 Doesoen Kakao Glenmore Banyuwangi, 2. To find out whether there is a difference in the supply of processed chocolate during and after COVID - 19 Doesoen Kakao Glenmore Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive and comparative analysis methods for secondary data, the sampling method uses convenience sampling using 6 months of data during the 2021 Covid pandemic and 6 months after the 2022 Covid pandemic. The research results show that: (1) There is an increase in demand for chocolate bars during Covid and after Covid but not significant, except for the White chocolate variant which experienced a decline in demand (2) There was an increase in offers of chocolate bars during Covid and after Covid but not significantly, except for the White chocolate variant which experienced a decline in supply.

Abstract

An agricultural subsector that has potential and is able to develop rapidly in Indonesia is the horticultural subsector, one of the horticultural subsectors is organic dragon fruit. This research aims to: (1) describe the characteristics of consumer behavior towards organic dragon fruit at Naura Farm Jember; (2) analyze the level of consumer satisfaction of organic dragon fruit at Naura Farm Jember . This research was carried out by CV. Naura Farm Agrotourism. This location selection was done randomly intentionally ( purposively ). Type method study Which chosen is descriptive analytical. The sampling method uses total sampling, namely all visitors to Naura Farm on Saturdays and Sundays. Determination size sample calculated with a total of 33 respondents. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research results show that: (1) Consumers of organic dragon fruit are male (61.61%) and age range 18–24 years (30.30%), domiciled in Jember (100%), University or Student (36 .36%), the last level of education they had was Senior High School (SMA) (30.30%); (2) The consumer satisfaction index as measured by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 75.42%, meaning that the majority of consumers are satisfied with the overall performance of organic dragon fruit .

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country consisting of islands and has a vast water area with abundant natural resource potential, including fish. One way to process fish so that it doesn't rot easily is by panning. The reason for carrying out the fish processing process is so that the fish and fishery products have added value. The research method used is the hayami method to calculate added value. The basis for the initial calculation is the variable value for measuring added value for one production process such as output, input, labor, wages, average labor, raw material prices, and costs other than raw materials. The average revenue from products produced by the pindang fish agroindustry in Muncar District is IDR. 13,500/fish with an added value of Rp. 2,726/fish. The resulting value added ratio is 20.19. This means that the pindang fish business in Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency is still profitable.

Abstract

Jember Regency has a local coffee product, namely Kopi Kahyangan. Kahyangan Coffee is a ground and roasted coffee product produced by the Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember with coffee raw materials originating from Perumda's coffee plantations. Production risks can occur if they are not anticipated. The aim of this research is to analyze operational risks arising from processed coffee production activities at Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember and develop efforts to overcome them. The research results show that of the 8 types of risk, 2 risks have an extreme risk level that requires risk management with immediate countermeasures. 4 risks have a high risk level that requires senior management attention in overcoming them. 2 risks have a moderate risk level which requires determining management responsibility for overcoming them.

Abstract

Companies always research buyer behavior to determine consumer desire for their products. This increases consumer satisfaction so that the product is liked and company profits also increase. Nowadays, coffee can be processed into various flavors that can be enjoyed. This phenomenon gave rise to the idea for farmer groups or cooperatives in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency to produce coffee with the distinctive taste of Ketakasi coffee packaged in various designs. The research objectives are (1) Identifying consumer perceptions of the taste of Ketakasi coffee (2) Identifying consumer perceptions of the price of Ketakasi coffee (3) Identifying consumer perceptions of Ketakasi coffee packaging design (4) Analyzing the relationship between taste, price and packaging design with purchase intention Ketakasi coffee consumers. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out purposively on consumers of Kertakasi robusta coffee. The research sample consisted of 33 consumers based on Taro Yamane's formula calculations. The research results show (1) Ketakasi robusta coffee has a strong aroma, strong aftertaste, and delicious taste (2) The price of canned Ketakasi coffee is affordable, the price is in line with product quality and competitive with similar products (3) Robusta coffee packaging design. Kertalasi displays attractive packaging and clear product information (4) The relationship between taste, price, and packaging design on consumers' buying interest in Ketakasi coffee in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency is that taste has a sufficient but not significant correlation, price has a sufficient correlation and significant, and packaging design has a very weak but not significant correlation.
