Abstract

E-learning requires students to study the material that has been uploaded to Schoology app independently. It also included independent and open discussion among students under the guidance of the lecturer in charge. The purpose of this research is to describe student independence in entrepreneurial learning using integrated entrepreneurship video in Schoology LMS application. It is a qualitative research which describes student independence in terms of learning, answering questions, and peer reviewing. This research was conducted from March to September 2019, involving 26 students as the informants. The data collection method used was participatory; the researchers played a key role as lecturers. The results of the study show that students can download an open the application easily. They did the tasks on time, learned the material (in the form of PowerPoint slide) on new entrepreneurial product ideas, learned the videos, conveyed general ideas, answered psychomotor questions after learning the videos, and conduct peer reviewing independently. In general, students learned entrepreneurship through videos in Schoology LMS application independently.

Abstract

Ecosystem degradation and biodiversity loss in Indonesia are often driven by a lack of public awareness regarding conservation. One species significantly affected is the long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis), whose population is threatened by habitat changes and human interactions. This study aims to compare the conservation awareness of communities in Babakan Subdistrict (Plangon), Cirebon, and Purwasari Village, Kuningan, to support conservation education integration into Biology learning. A quantitative descriptive method with a survey technique was used, collecting data through validated and reliable questionnaires. The respondents consisted of 40 individuals from each research location. Data analysis was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test to examine differences in conservation understanding between the two communities. The findings revealed significant differences, with the Babakan Subdistrict (Plangon) community exhibiting a higher level of conservation awareness than the Purwasari Village community. This difference is likely influenced by Plangon's role as an educational tourism site, which indirectly enhances conservation awareness. The study concludes that conservation understanding can be improved through educational programs integrated into Biology learning and community activities. Therefore, it is recommended to implement more intensive and collaborative conservation education programs at the community, school, and local government levels to enhance environmental awareness

Abstract

 This study critically examines the political economy of regional development in Pasuruan Regency, Indonesia, focusing on twoflagship policies: toll road infrastructure and the agropolitan area program. Using a qualitative case study approach, it reveals how development initiatives—though framed as inclusive are shaped by alliances between state actors, private capital, and regional elites. The analysis shows that while the state maintains a central role, it increasingly functions as a facilitator of market-oriented development, often sidelining local communities and traditional livelihoods. Evidence from interviews, planning documents, andfield observations highlights how technocratic planning, spatial selectivity, and neoliberal rationalities contribute to uneven development outcomes. The study contributes to critical debates on decentralized governance and neoliberalism in Indonesia by exposing how inclusive policy discourses are often undermined by institutional practices that prioritize growth over equity. It calls for more participatory and redistributive approaches to ensure development benefits are equitably shared.

Abstract

The Effect of The Teachers’ Inspirational Behavior on The Students’ Self-Directed Learning. Objectives: This study intends to examine the effect of the teachers’ inspirational behavior on the students’ self-directed learning. Methods: The data analysis use a descriptive approach to describe the teacher’s inspirational behavior and the level of student’s self-directed learning. This study used analysis of variance and regression techniques to examine the relationship between inspirational behavior and self-directed learning. Findings: Several indicators of inspirational behavior that have a dominant influence in forming students’ self-directed learning, namely: the ability of teachers to stimulate students, to create an exciting learning atmosphere, to motivate students, to deliver up to date material, and to carry out learning innovatively and creatively. Conclusion: This study concludes that the teachers’ inspirational behavior has a positive effect on the students’ self-directed learning.Keywords: Inspirational behavior, ability to stimulate, motivation, self-directed learning. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v11.i1.202110

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai kekuatan tarik dari pengaruh presentase serbuk kayu sengon laut dengan campuran plastik jenis HDPE (High Density Polyethtylene), dan diamati dengan uji struktur mikro. Bahan utama penelitian adalah plastik jenis HDPE (High Density Polyethtylene) dan serbuk kayu sengon laut, Xylene dan M.A. Komposit dibuat dengan Hot Plate Stirrer dan mesin suntik plastik. Presentase campuran HDPE (High Density Polyethtylene) adalah 60%, 65%, 70%, dan 80%. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah uji tarik dengan mengacu pada standar ASTM D-638 Tipe II, dan uji struktur mikro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kekuatan tarik presentase campuran pertama yaitu HDPE (High Density Polyethtylene) 60% dengan nilai rata-rata tegangan sebesar 7,86 N/m2, dengan nilai regangan rata-rata 0,42%, dan nilai Modulus elastisitas sebesar 13,52 N/m2. Kemudian Campuran kedua yaitu HDPE 65% dengan nilai rata-rata tegangan sebesar 8,99 N/m2, dengan nilai regangan rata-rata 0,98%, dan nilai Modulus elastisitas sebesar 10,28 N/m2. Campuran ketiga yaitu HDPE 70% dengan nilai rata-rata tegangan sebesar 11,84 N/m2, dengan nilai regangan rata-rata 1,31%, dan nilai Modulus elastisitas sebesar 11,08 N/m2. Campuran keempat yaitu HDPE 80% dengan nilai rata-rata tegangan sebesar 14,57 N/m2, dengan nilai regangan rata-rata 1,93%, dan nilai Modulus elastisitas sebesar 8,51 N/m2. Uji struktur mikro pada spesimen campuran 4 yaitu HDPE 80% terlihat bahwa plastik HDPE mendominasi sebagian besar spesimen, maka dari itu spesimen campuran keempat ini adalah spesimen yang terbaik dan memiliki kekuatan tarik yang paling besar daripada spesimen sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini pertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri tiga Jombang. Metode dekriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi adalah guru MAN tiga Jombang dengan sampel berjumlah seratus guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi R Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, serta komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MAN tiga Jombang.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning by using integrated entrepreneurial film-based media on students' learning achievement. This study employed a quasi-experimental method with one group pre-test-post-test design by comparing the results of pretest and posttest and statistically analyzed the t test formula. The participants involved were 400 students from STKIP PGRI Jombang, STKIP PGRI Tulungagung, STKI PGRI Nganjuk, and UNWAHA Jombang. Findings suggest that there was an average difference of -4.41 with pretest (21.80) and posttest (26.21) results. Meanwhile, the standard deviation was 5.42, and the t value was 16.268. Besides, the probability value or sig (2 tailed) was 0.00 <0.05. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, this study proved that entrepreneurship learning by using integrated entrepreneurial film-based media is effective.

Abstract

This research investigates many factors which influence the effectiveness of training program. The hypothesis of this research are goal orientation, perceived organization support, training motivation, readiness for change, and self confidence would predict the effectiveness of training. Besides, this research also investigates many dimension of the latent variable. By using analyzer statistics, that is structural equation modeling (SEM), this research is successfully identify many dimension of goal orientation, perceived organization support, training motivation, readiness for change, self confidence, and the effectiveness of training. This research also reveals: (1) there is a direct relationship between goal orientation with self confidence and training motivation, (2) there is a direct relationship between perceived organizational support with, training motivation, readiness for change, and the effectiveness of training, (3) by intermediated training motivation and readiness for change, there is an indirect relationship between goal orientation with the effectiveness of training, (4) by intermediated training motivation and readiness for change, there is an indirect relationship between perceived organizational support with self confidence. In short, this research reveals that training program plays the vital role for improvement human resource in an organization.

Abstract

Environmental Literacy is important for every member of society to have environmental knowledge, be responsive and be able to propose solutions to environmental problems. The environmental problem identified is the abundance of inorganic waste or plastic waste, especially glass and bottled drinks that have not been utilized, which has the potential to cause environmental pollution which as a result can have a negative impact on health. The community empowerment activity carried out was conducting training on the use of inorganic waste as a hydroponic medium for residents of Kasturi village. Hydroponics is a planting technique using water as a medium, easy to apply and can utilize equipment from unused waste. The results of this training activity are that the community has the skills to process plastic waste into hydroponic planting media, the community has an understanding of the importance of environmental literacy so that it is sensitive to problems that occur in the environment, the community has the skills to cultivate plants using hydroponic techniques and based on the questionnaire distributed to participants that the community has the will to develop hydroponic cultivation as a new business opportunity. Abstrak Literasi Lingkungan merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap anggota Masyarakat untuk memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan, tanggap dan mampu mengajukan solusi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan. Permasalahan lingkungan yang teridentifikasi adalah melimpahnya limbah anorganik atau limbah plastic terutama gelas dan botol minuman kemasan yang belum dimanfaatkan sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan yang akibatnya dapat berdampak negative bagi Kesehatan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah anorganik sebagai media hidroponik untuk warga desa Kasturi. Hidroponik merupakan Teknik penanaman menggunakan media air, mudah diaplikasikan dan dapat memanfaatkan peralatan dari limbah yang sudah tidak terpakai. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah Masyarakat mempunyai keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah plastic menjadi media tanam hidroponik, Masyarakat mempunyai pemahaman pentingnya literasi lingkungan agar peka terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan, Masyarakat mempunyai keterampilan dalam melakukan budidaya tanaman menggunakan Teknik hidroponik dan berdasarkan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada peserta bahwa Masyarakat mempunyai kemauan untuk mengembangkan budidaya hidroponik sebagai peluang usaha baru.

Abstract

Background: Desa Ranuklindungan memiliki potensi wisata alam, budaya, dan ekonomi kreatif yang cukup beragam, namun potensi belum sepenuhnya tergali dalam konsep pengembangan desa wisata. Hal ini karena belum ada pengelolaan dan pengembangan potensi desa wisata, belum mengenalnya masyarakat terhadap potensi desa sehingga kesulitan dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan potensinya. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan potensi desa menjadi wisata edukasi berbasis Outing Class melalui pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), terdiri tahap: Discovery (pemetaan), Dream (perumusan), Design (perancangan), Define/Deploy (peluncuran), dan Destiny (keberlanjutan). Hasil: keberadaan KIM (Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat) dan Pokdarwis lebih bisa fokus dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola potensi ke arah Desa Wisata Edukasi (DeWE) terintegrasi, pada destinasi digitalisasi Bank Sampah, Budidaya ASMAN TOGA berbasis Eco-Enzyme, Destinasi Peternakan, Destinasi Kampung Budidaya Ikan. Kesimpulan: Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata, memperkuat identitas desa, dan membangun ekosistem wisata edukasi yang berkelanjutan.
