Abstract

The TIJE application is a digital platform that has been specifically developed to provide smartphone users convenient online access to Transjakarta information. In order to use the platform, individuals must first establish an internet connection and then download the TIJE application. In order to evaluate user satisfaction with the TIJE application, it is essential to identify any faults or problems that may be associated with its utilization. One such way for assessment is the use of the PIECES framework. The study utilizes a quantitative research technique, using a survey administered via Google Forms as the principal instrument for data gathering. The data that has been gathered is then subjected to analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 26. The assessment of user satisfaction with the TIJE application may be conducted with the PIECES approach. This approach assesses user satisfaction across many areas. The findings suggest that participants assigned a rating of 4.04 to Performance, 4.23 to Information and Data, 4.25 to Economy, 4.51 to Control and Security, 4.55 to Efficiency, and 4.59 to Service. The ratings achieved for the TIJE application vary from 4.2 to 5, indicating a notable degree of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Mobile BCA atau yang biasa di sebut M-BCA, merupakan sebuah aplikasi perbankan diperuntukan kepada semua nasabah BCA yang memiliki tabungan, namun M-BCA tidak diperuntukan kepada nasabah tahapan tabunganku, karena tahapan tersebut hanya diperuntukan bagi anak-anak. Aplikasi M-BCA dapat diinstal pada smartphone, seperti Android dan IOS. Cukup dengan terhubung internet dan mengakses M-BCA,  maka seluruh urusan perbankan selesai dalam hitungan menit.Ada banyak menu yang disediakan pada aplikasi M-BCA seperti m-info, BagiBagi, Flazz, m-Info, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, Cardless (khusus OS Android dan IOS), QR, m-Admin, Aktivasi BCA Keyboard. Dengan adanya aplikasi M-BCA perlu dilakukan identifikasi masalah untuk mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna terhadap aplikasi M-BCA. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasinya adalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). Berdasarkan metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan terhadap pengguna aplikasi m-BCA dapat dilihat tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari masing-masing domain, dimana Performance memperoleh nilai 4.23, Information memperoleh nilai 4.44, Economy memperoleh nilai 4.60, Control memperoleh nilai 4.59, Efficiency memperoleh nilai 4.62, dan Service  memperoleh nilai 4.65. Karena masing-masing nilai berada di 3.4 - 4.91, yang berarti pengguna merasa PUAS terhadap aplikasi m-BCA.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are increasing over time, the use of the internet has become a daily thing that is often done. All kinds of activities that take place every day some use an internet connection for the process. PT Neptus Teknologi Indonesia currently needs protection for the company's website to improve performance and avoid hacker attacks. Website security protection using Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) at PT Neptus Teknologi Indonesia is used to improve website performance which is not currently implemented. Currently, the performance of the company's website still gets insufficient marks in the criteria for a good website in testing using Pingdom Tools and GTMetrix and is not yet protected for security. The stages carried out start from making observations, preparing tools and materials, determining testing tools, installing and configuring the Cloud Web Application Firewall WAF and carrying out testing and data analysis. The results of the analysis that has been carried out show that the use of Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) for the performance of the neptus.co.id website is very beneficial because implementing cloud WAF can change the performance load and prevent attacks from hackers

Pentingnya evaluasi usability dalam mengukur kepuasan pengguna sangatlah besar untuk meningkatkan pengalaman mereka saat menggunakan situs web seperti https://seller.tokopedia.com/. Evaluasi usability bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi oleh pengguna ketika berinteraksi dengan situs web tersebut. Dengan melakukan evaluasi usability, kita dapat mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan efektivitas penggunaan situs web tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode webuse. Menurut evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan metode WEBUSE, semua bagian dari situs web https://seller.tokopedia.com/ dinilai memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan memenuhi standar umum untuk aplikasi situs web.

Abstract

Rawa Buntu Indonesia Commuter Train Station has its own qualifications in selecting employees, as well as in determining employees who excel. This study aims to give awards to employees who excel. Through this award every employee is expected to be motivated to become better and improve quality. The problem faced is the difficulty in determining who is chosen to be an outstanding employee with subjective criteria. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is designed for the selection of outstanding employees using the SAW Method. By using 5 different variables, namely Integrity, Cooperation, Communication, Quality of Work and Work Discipline. By applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the process of selecting employee performance is more efficient so that the station can make decisions more quickly for employees who excel. Decision making system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has helped the station in determining the selection of employee performance.

Abstract

Dengan adanya sistem komputerisasi yang melayani pelanggan dalam memesan makanan di chicken bonchon indonesia selain membantu meningkatkan produktivitas juga membantu melakukan efektifitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Sehingga antrian yang panjang dalam memesan makanan bisa terhindarkan. Oleh karena itu untuk mempercepat proses pemesanan makanan dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang baru untuk dapat mengatasi kelemahan-kelemahan sistem informasi yang ada, yaitu program aplikasi Sistem pemesanan menu makanan yang terkomputerisasi agar pelayanan dapat diberikan lebih cepat, tepat dan aktual sehingga mencapai hasil yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang menggunakan pengetahuan, fakta dan tehnik penalaran dalam memecahkan masalah yang biasanya hanya dapat dipecahkan oleh seorang pakar dalam bidang tertentu. Sistem pakar memberikan nilai tambah pada teknologi untuk membantu dalam menangani era informasi yang semakin canggih. Kehamilan adalah suatu fenomena fisiologis yang dimulai dengan pembuahan dan diakhiri dengan proses persalinan. Selama kehamilan, ibu dan janin adalah unit fungsi yang tak terpisahkan. Meskipun terlihat dengan kondisi kehamilan yang sehat bukan berarti ibu dan janin dalam keadaan baik – baik saja. Namun kurangnya informasi atau sosialisasi tentang penyakit kehamilan akan menyebabkan mereka baru mengetahui adanya penyakit yang menyertai kehamilannya setelah stadium lanjut. Aplikasi Sistem Pakar ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa kemungkinan penyakit kehamilan yang diderita berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh user. Sistem ini menggunakan metode penelusuran kedepan (Forward Chaining) untuk menemukan solusi atau kemungkinan penyakit yang diderita oleh user.

Abstract

Evolusi teknologi dan layanan sistem informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara pandang masyarakat, khususnya di bidang pendidikan dengan adopsi e-learning. E-learning, kombinasi dari electronic dan learning, adalah pembelajaran yang menggunakan perangkat elektronik dan internet. Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika memanfaatkan platform e-learning MY – BEST, yang menyediakan berbagai fitur pembelajaran seperti materi, tugas, forum diskusi, ujian online, dan absensi. Namun, beberapa dosen dan mahasiswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini mengukur efektivitas MY – BEST menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap website e-learning MY – BEST, pengaruh dari variabel-variabel EUCS terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika untuk meningkatkan kualitas website e-learning MY – BEST berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata kepuasan pengguna 3.91, mengindikasikan kepuasan yang baik. Dimensi isi mendapat nilai 4.06, keakuratan 4.04, format 3.56, kemudahan penggunaan 4.07, dan ketepatan waktu 3.85, semuanya menunjukkan korelasi positif. Berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi, MY – BEST dianggap berhasil dalam kecepatan dan penyampaian informasi. Pengguna merasa puas dengan nilai rata-rata 3.91 dan tidak merasa kesulitan menggunakan platform ini dengan nilai kemudahan penggunaan sebesar 4.07. Kesimpulannya, MY – BEST efektif mendukung pembelajaran dan memberikan layanan memuaskan bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Determining suppliers is important to support company performance, because determining the wrong supplier can cause harm to the company. Then the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is considered appropriate and appropriate for research related to problems in determining or selecting suppliers. By determining the right and optimal supplier using this AHP method, the company can select and evaluate suppliers so that the company can determine the appropriate criteria and alternative suppliers. Then the results are obtained that Arasari is considered the most appropriate to be a supplier with the highest weight gain priority of 0.427 or 42.7%, the second Lavanda Brownies of 0.291 or 29.1% and the third is Durian Orchid of 0.282 or 28.2%. While the results obtained through calculations using expert choice, explained that Arasari remained in first place with a value of 45.9% then Lavanda Brownies with a value of 29.7% and there was only a slight difference with Durian Orchid who obtained a percentage value of 24 4%. So based on these results, it can be seen that there is no difference in the order of global priorities for the total ranking goals obtained between manual data processing with the help of expert choice
