Abstract

The health center has a very important role because it can help care for and care for people who are sick and provide emergency room services (UGD). for immigrants in the West Jakarta area who still have not seen where the health center is and have to go through which route is closer to where they are. There are several algorithms that can be used to determine the shortest path, one of which is using the Dijkstra algorithm. Search for the shortest distance to the hospital in the West Jakarta area using the Dijkstra method. The problem of finding the shortest path on the graph is one of the optimization problems. The graph used in the search for the shortest path is a wighted graph, which is a graph where each side is given a value or weight. In determining the shortest path, Dijkstra's algorithm starts from the initial node to the destination node. Where each node has a predetermined distance value. The results of this study indicate that Dijkstra's Algorithm is the right method to produce the shortest route for finding the path to hospitals in the West Jakarta area.

Abstract

Telkomsel is an operator mobile phone company that provides services for mobile phone users. The mobile phone Operator creates a small SIM card for the customer by means of having to be inserted into each phone to get access to the service. One of the most used mobile operators and belongs to the largest category in Indonesia is Telkomsel. In This study implemented algorithm method C. 45 in deciding customer satisfaction against the use of prepaid Telkomsel cards. This type of research is to implement data mining concept by involving as many as 100 user data of prepaid Telkomsel card through the dissemination of questionnaires. There is an attribute in each variable that affects customer satisfaction including: price, promotion, product quality and service quality. Based on manual calculation results and with the help of the RapidMiner studio 9.7 software is known to be the root is a variable quality service with the highest gain value of 0.266396957 and results classification accuracy value of 0.9655 so that belongs to the classification category is very good

Abstract

Almost all Asian countries experience the Korean Wave phenomenon. Asian countries such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and others. With such a phenomenon, it can be observed that if someone likes something from abroad, most people are interested in learning the language. However, it is still difficult for them to find Korean language learning solutions. And one solution is to use appropriate learning media to support learning. The simple additive weight (SAW) method, also known as the weight sum method, will be applied in this study. The SAW method can select the best alternative from several available alternatives because it is ranked after determining the weight of each feature. The results showed that alternative or mobile learning at A2 is the best learning media for Korean and the simple additive weight (SAW) method can determine the best choice of Korean language learning environment. Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting, learning media, Korean language

Abstract

Promotion plays an important role for every employee in the workplace, because promotion can offer changes in social status, authority, responsibility and increase in income to every employee who is given the opportunity. In the process of promotion to the position of the DKI Jakarta Province Population and Civil Registry Service, criteria are needed in making a decision. Promotion decisions require different considerations of many different factors and suggestions must be made objectively, if the wrong decision is taken during the promotion process, it will have a negative impact on employees and the Agency. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to examine the effect of each criterion in determining promotions to obtain accurate results in determining the best and most appropriate criteria. The results showed that the "Employee educational background" criterion was the most important criterion for promotion. The results of processing survey data using the AHP method and the Expert Choice survey are not much different from one another. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method can determine promotion selection.

Abstract

Jakone Mobile Merchant is a financial service application that allows to make transactions for daily needs at merchants that collaborate with Bank DKI, such as transaction information at merchants and electronic money transfers to Bank DKI savings accounts. One of the keys to success is providing excellent service to customers when using the Jakone Mobile Merchant application. In order to understand the level of satisfaction of application users. This measurement uses the Servqual method with five service quality dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. This measurement makes it possible to provide recommendations on the level of user satisfaction. Results based on measuring five dimensions of service quality show that the two dimensions that influence service quality, namely the empathy dimension, have a result of -0.82. This means that this aspect of service needs to receive attention and become a priority for evaluation and assessment. Further improvement of service quality should be carried out by PT Bank DKI as the owner of the Jakone merchant mobile application

Abstract

Determining suppliers is important to support company performance, because determining the wrong supplier can cause harm to the company. Then the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is considered appropriate and appropriate for research related to problems in determining or selecting suppliers. By determining the right and optimal supplier using this AHP method, the company can select and evaluate suppliers so that the company can determine the appropriate criteria and alternative suppliers. Then the results are obtained that Arasari is considered the most appropriate to be a supplier with the highest weight gain priority of 0.427 or 42.7%, the second Lavanda Brownies of 0.291 or 29.1% and the third is Durian Orchid of 0.282 or 28.2%. While the results obtained through calculations using expert choice, explained that Arasari remained in first place with a value of 45.9% then Lavanda Brownies with a value of 29.7% and there was only a slight difference with Durian Orchid who obtained a percentage value of 24 4%. So based on these results, it can be seen that there is no difference in the order of global priorities for the total ranking goals obtained between manual data processing with the help of expert choice
