Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Kota Cimahi. 2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat Indeks Massa Tubuh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan survei. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani dan indeks massa tubuh yaitu : 1) Kebugaran Jasmani menggunakan TKJI untuk usia 16-19 tahun, 2) Indeks Massa Tubuh menggunakan pengukuran IMT. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Kota Cimahi sebayak 341 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X-2 sebanyak 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Kota Cimahi pasca pandemi covid-19 berada pada kategori kurang, sedangkan keadaan indeks massa tubuhnya berada pada kategori normal. Walaupun fasilitas pembelajaran di sekolah dirasakan kurang, dan masa pendemi telah berakhir, diharapkan guru dapat membuat program pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani dan menjaga indeks massa tubuh para siswanya, dan siswa tidak banyak bermain gadet.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas sosialisasi olahraga panahan bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) Sekolah Dasar se-Kecamatan Saguling, Bandung Barat. Sosialisasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman guru mengenai olahraga panahan sebagai alternatif kegiatan olahraga yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pelatihan langsung dan simulasi, diikuti dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 guru olahraga, teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling, jadi sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang guru olahraga, intrumen penelitian ini dengan mengunakan tes keterampilan memanah.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan guru mengenai teknik dasar panahan, peralatan yang digunakan, serta pentingnya aspek keamanan dalam olahraga panahan. Tes awal di dapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 6,71 atau 44,76%. Kemudian tes akhir diperoleh hasil sebesar 8,71 atau 58 %. Maka dari itu di peroleh selisih atau peningkatan atara tes awal dan tes akhir sebesar 13 atau 13,43%. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan Sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan guru PJOK tentang olahraga panahan, para guru memperoleh keterampilan dasar yang diperlukan dalam panahan.

Abstract

Setiap manusia selalu ingin hidup sehat, dengan berbagai cara orang melakukan kegiatan agar tetap dalam kondisi sehat, termasuk melakukan aktivitas berolahraga. Salah satu tujuan olahraga yang kita laksanakan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani dan menjaga kesehatan. Petanque merupakan olahraga prestasi yang harus dikembangkan secara terencana, sistematis, terpadu, berjenjang, dan berkelanjutan melalui kompetisi untuk mencapai prestasi dengan dukungan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi Keolahragaan. Untuk membuat suatu kompetisi tidak lah mudah dilakukan di Kota bandung khusunya kejuaraan petanque ini  hal ini dikarenakan Kurangnya sumberdaya manusia, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu meningkatkan prestasi petanque khusuya pelajar yang ada di kot abandung khususnya dan di luar kota bandung  pada umumnya, adanya suatu wadah untuk mengevalusi program kerja pelatih petanquet dan juga sebagai ajang silaturahmi bagi para atlet pelajar petanque. Hasil Kejuaraan Bandung Pétanque Open Tahun 2023   adalah sebagai berikut: juara umum 1 berasal dari kota cimahi, peringkat ke dua kota cilegon dan peringkat ke tiga bersama dari kab bandung dan joko poleng.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of AI-assisted learning implementation in optimizing biomechanical techniques and decision-making skills of young basketball players. Using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group, the study involved 40 Bandung Regency basketball club athletes (aged 14-17 years) through a total sampling technique. The research instruments used the Biomechanical Assessment Protocol (reliability 0.91) and the Basketball Decision-Making Test (reliability 0.88). The experimental group showed significant improvements in biomechanical techniques from M=64.35 (SD=7.84) to M=82.45 (SD=5.67), t(19)=-15.23, p<0.001, and decision-making skills from M=61.80 (SD=8.92) to M=80.15 (SD=6.34), t(19)=-13.87, p<0.001. The posttest difference between the experimental and control groups was highly significant (p<0.001) with Cohen's d > 1.5. AI-assisted learning was shown to be effective in optimizing the biomechanical technique and decision-making skills of young basketball players with a very large effect size

Abstract

Learning is a systematically designed process intended to facilitate students' acquisition of knowledge and skills. Badminton is a sport that involves the use of rackets and a shuttlecock, played either in singles or doubles format. Enthusiasm refers to a spontaneous emotional response characterized by excitement and eagerness toward a particular activity or event. This study aims to examine the level of students' enthusiasm toward badminton instruction. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 47 Bandung, located in the city of Bandung. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to select a sample of 30 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the primary research instrument. The results of data analysis revealed the following percentages for each sub-variable: enjoyment (40.44%), interest (47.77%), attentiveness (31%), persistence in learning (16.66%), resilience in overcoming challenges (37.88%), concentration during instruction (42.55%), and independent learning (14.66%). These findings indicate that the majority of students who demonstrated enthusiasm in badminton instruction were predominantly categorized under the sub-variable Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of understanding of the members of the STKIP Pasundan Handball Student Activity Unit (UKM) regarding the rules of handball. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 20 active members of the STKIP Pasundan Handball Student Activity Unit. The data collection technique was carried out using a closed questionnaire consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions about the rules of handball. Each correct answer was scored 1 point, so that the total maximum score was 25 points. The results showed that of the 20 respondents, 2 people (10%) had a level of understanding in the Good category, 13 people (65%) in the Sufficient category, and 5 people (25%) in the Poor category. There were no respondents in the Very Poor and Very Good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that the majority of the STKIP Pasundan Handball Student Activity Unit members have a sufficient understanding of the rules of handball. These findings are expected to be used as evaluation material and consideration for UKM administrators and the campus to continue to improve the quality of members' understanding through training or ongoing coaching activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) training on the performance of handball players in the Handball Student Activity Unit (UKM) at STKIP Pasundan Cimahi, particularly in improving speed, agility, and reaction time. The research employed an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 10 participants selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used was the Illinois Agility Test. Data analysis was conducted using the Paired Sample t-Test to compare pretest and posttest results, preceded by a Shapiro-Wilk normality test. If the data were not normally distributed, the Wilcoxon test was used as an alternative. Based on the results, it can be concluded that SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) training had a significant effect on improving the performance of the handball players. This was evidenced by an improvement in the average test scores, from 24.90 seconds in the pretest to 19.764 seconds in the posttest, indicating enhanced performance, as lower scores in the Illinois Agility Test reflect faster times and better ability. Furthermore, the statistical test results showed a significant difference between the two sets of scores (p = 0.000). The majority of participants experienced performance improvement after undergoing SAQ training, proving the effectiveness of this training method in developing speed, agility, and quickness in handball players.
