Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the KIP-Kuliah (Smart Indonesia Card for College) Scholarship on the academic performance of students in the 2021 cohort of the Department of Economics Education at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with a sample size of 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The findings indicate that the KIP-Kuliah Scholarship significantly influences students' academic performance in the Department of Economics Education, 2021 cohort. The scholarship's contribution to students' academic achievement is 46.9%, while the remaining 53.1% is attributed to other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model can improve students' learning outcomes in Social Sciences for Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 4 Marisa, Pohuwato Regency. The TGT model is a cooperative learning strategy designed to improve student engagement through educational games and intergroup competitions. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted over two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 23 grade VII students. The instruments used included learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Based on the analysis of mastery learning outcomes, the initial observation showed that 43.38% of students achieved the minimum mastery criteria; this increased to 73.91% in the first cycle and 91.30% in the second cycle, indicating a 17.39% improvement.Based on the identified improvement in learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model assisted by the Quizizz application significantly improves students' learning outcomes. Furthermore, this model promotes active student participation in the learning process, fosters group responsibility, and creates a more enjoyable learning environment. In light of these GT model as findings, it is recommended that Social Sciences teachers TGT an alternative for designing interactive and effective learning experiencesconsidered outcomes. "INFLUENCE OF CAPITAL ON THE INCOME OF SPICE TRADERS AT PASAR SENTRAL (CENTRAL MARKET) GORONTALO” Undergraduate Thesis Study Program of Economics Education, Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The Principal Supervisor is Dr. Radia Hafid, S.Pd., MSi. and the Co-supervisor is Dr. Melizubaida Mahmud, s.Pd., M.Si.The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which capital influences the income of spice traders at Pasar Sentra! Gorontalo. This research used a quantitative approach, with customers as the research subjects and spice traders at Pasar Sentra) Gorontalo as the research objects. The population in this study consisted of 45 respondents, and the sample size was also 45 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis activities involved grouping data based on variables and respondents, presenting the data for each variable studied, and conducting calculations to test the proposed hypotheses.The study findings show that there is a positive and significant influence of capital on the income of spice traders at Pasar Sentral Gorontalo. The analysis also confirms significance, as evidenced by the t-count score being greater than the t-table score. Thus, the hypothesis stating that capital has a positive influence on the income of spice traders at Pasar Sentral Gorontalo is confirmed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes in Social Studies at SMP Negeri 4 Batudaa Pantai. Pedagogical competence refers to a teacher's ability to manage learning processes, including understanding student characteristics, implementing effective teaching strategies, and evaluating learning outcomes. Using a quantitative descriptive method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 43 students. The results show a significant influence of teachers’ pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes, with a determination coefficient of 32.5%. This finding indicates that pedagogical competence contributes meaningfully to student academic achievement. The study recommends efforts to enhance pedagogical skills among teachers to improve student performance.Keywords: Teacher pedagogical competence,student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the Fingerprint Attendance System Influences the Performance of Alfamart Employees in Kaidipang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach method with a sample of 36 Alfamart Employees. the t-count value for the Fingerprint Attendance System variable is 10,284. t-table is calculated with a statistical significance level of 5%. The t-table value obtained is 1.690. The comparison shows that the t-count value of 10,284 1,690 is greater than the t-table value, then the Significant Value of 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. This leads to the rejection of Ho, which implies a positive and significant influence between the Fingerprint Attendance System and Employee Performance. Regression analysis shows a determination coefficient of 0.757, which indicates that 75.7% of Employee Performance is explained by the Fingerprint Attendance System. This indicates a positive relationship between the Fingerprint Attendance System and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penggunaan metode atau model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dan kurang menarik sering membuat proses belajar menjadi monoton. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan variasi model pembelajaran untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih menyenangkan, sehingga siswa tetap antusias dan tidak cepat merasa bosan saat menerima materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam mata pelajaran ilmu sosial terpadu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif talking chips. Peneliti bertindak sebagai guru yang memfasilitasi pelajaran, dibantu oleh seorang guru ilmu sosial terpadu sebagai pengamat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing berlangsung selama dua sesi. Selain itu, setiap siklus melibatkan tahap perencanaan, implementasi, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi pengamatan, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa, dan dokumentasi untuk menilai peningkatan keterlibatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan belajar siswa dari kondisi awal hingga siklus I dan II. Pada siklus II, data aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditentukan sebesar 80% keterlibatan siswa. Sementara itu, data aktivitas guru pada siklus yang sama menunjukkan persentase 82,8% dan 82,3% untuk aktivitas siswa, hasil ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif talking chips.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the literacy programme on student learning outcomes at SMPN 2 Batudaa. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to SMPN 2 Batudaa students who meet the standards set by researchers with a sample in this study of 42 students. The results of this study indicate that the Literacy Program has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMPN 2 Batudaa, which means that the more students routinely implement the Literacy Program, the more student learning outcomes will increase. The research results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination of this study are 58.4%, which means that the literacy program variable can be explained by the student learning outcomes variable by 58.4% and the remaining 41.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1. Perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. 2. Faktor apa yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan metode Kualitatif pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1. Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo berperilaku konsumtif seperti kecenderungan berbelanja yang sedang tren, membeli barang karena kemasan atau iklan yang menarik, membeli barang karena diskon atau promosi, kebiasaan belanja secara berlebihan, menggunakan lebih dari dua produk serupa (dengan merek yang berbeda) dan melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan pengeluaran; 2. Faktor yang yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2021 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Gorontalo meliputi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi faktor motivasi, faktor gaya hidup dan faktor FOMO. Adapun faktor eksternal meliputi faktor teman sebaya, faktor uang saku dan faktor media sosial.

Abstract

Di era digital, teknologi kecerdasan buatan semakin berkembang pesat dan telah merambah berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan. Namun, penerapan teknologi ini masih jarang dikaji dalam konteks penguatan karakter siswa, terutama di tingkat sekolah menengah atas yang menerapkan pembelajaran deep learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan deep learning berdampak pada penguatan karakter siswa di SMAN 1 Tilango Gorontalo. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 60 siswa dari kelas XI dalam satu kelompok pretest-posttest. Knowledge of Morality, Moral Feelings, and Moral Action adalah tiga indikator yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengaruh pembelajaran mendalam terhadap karakter siswa ditentukan melalui analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji sampel t-paired. Hasil uji sampel t-paired menunjukkan nilai signifikansi yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam berpengaruh besar terhadap penguatan karakter siswa di sekolah menengah atas. Model pembelajaran berbasis deep learning dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk karakter positif siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh UMKM Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Torosiaje Kecamatan Popayato, Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Explanatory Research. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada 54 pelaku usaha (UMKM) Desa Torosiaje Kabupaten Pohuwato. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh UMKM Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Torosiaje Kabupaten Pohuwato. Besaran pengaruh UMKM terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat sebesar 18,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.
