Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance ratios on stock returns by considering the role of labor education costs as a moderating variable in conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2009-2023. The financial performance ratios studied include Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR). The study used a quantitative approach with a moderated regression analysis method on panel data. The findings show that financial performance ratios significantly affect stock returns. In addition, labor education costs proved to be able to moderate the relationship between financial performance ratios and stock returns, indicating the importance of investing in human resource development to improve financial performance and investment attractiveness. This study provides theoretical implications on the development of microeconomic theory and practical recommendations for the management of banking companies and regulators that the cost of labor education is not only recognized as a company expense in the short term. However, the cost of labor education is able to increase operational efficiency which affects the profitability and securities of banking companies in the long term and is considered to be a strategic step for companies in facing future challenges.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much income affects teacher work discipline in all MTS throughout south Bolaang Mongondow, A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing a descriptive quantitative method with a sample size of 38 teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis. The study's results reveal a positive and significant relationship between income and teacher work discipline in all MTS throughout South Bolaang Mongondow. The coefficient of determination obtained from the regression model is 0,587, indicating that 58.7% of the variability in work discipline is explained by income. In other words, higher income correlates with iproved work discipline among teachers. Meanwhile, 41.3% of the variation in teacher word discipline is attributed to other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study examined whether pedagogic competence influences teacher performance in the Az-Zahra Integrated Islamic School, Gorontalo City This study used a descriptive quantitative approach on 30 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the correlation coefficient test results, the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was obtained at 0.728. This indicated a strong relationship between pedagogic competence (X) and teacher performance (Y). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained an R-Square value of 0.530, which indicated that 53% of the variability regarding teacher performance can be explained by pedagogic competence and other unexamined variables influence 47%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle on student learning outcomes in social studies at SMPN 5 Satu Atap Wonosari, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The study employed a quantitative survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 36 students of SMPN 5 Satu Atap Wonosari, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The findings indicated that lifestyle influenced 62% of the students' learning outcomes in social science subject at SMPN 5 Satu Atap Wonosari, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Chany Apriani Lasena NIM 911420002. 2024. ” Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara”. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Jurusan S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Di bawah Bimbingan Ibu Dr. Meyko Panigoro, S.Pd, M.Pd selaku pembimbing I dan Ibu Dr. Radia Hafid, S.Pd.,M.Si selaku pembimbing II. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaru Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunkan angket penelitian guna mengukur pengaruh antara kedua variabel dengan analis regresi sederhana. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Jumlah sampel sebesar 70 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini setelah melakukan uji hipotesis dengan berbantuan IBM SPSS Versi 21.0, dihasilkan bahwa pembelajaran Quantum Learning berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Hal ini di buktikan melalui uji hipotesis (Uji t) yang menunjukan bahwa Variabel Quantum Learning memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05. Sementara itu besaran pengaruh melalui hasil uji r menunjukan bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,269 atau 26,9% yang menunjukan bahwa pengaruh yang ada bersifat moderat. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran Quantum Learning (X) Terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) sebesar 88,5%. Sedangkan sisanya 11,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain variabel independen yang di bahas dalam penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci : Quantum Learning, Hasil Belajar, Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Peran Guru Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Kelas X,XI, İPS SMA Negeri 1 Paleleh Kecamatan Paleleh Kabupaten Buol Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Telmik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan redüksi data,penyajian data,pengecekan keabsahan data,dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Peran Guru Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Siswa Kelas X,XI, IPS. SMA Negeri 1 Paleleh Kecamatan Paleleh Kabupaten Buol Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, Peran guru sangat Vital terkait tumbuh kembangnya peserta didik, peran guru dalam membentuk perilaku disiplin siswa telah efektif, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter karena hırangnya kesadaran siswa. Adapun dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan ini,diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penghayatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai karakter yang disampaikan, ini dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai metode pendekatan yang dapat menarik minat siswaşerta melibatkan kerjasama aktif antara guru,siswa, dan orang tua dalam mcmperkuat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah.serta meminimalisir pengaruh ekstemal yang mungkin mengganggu proses pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the offect of using the Kahoot application on the learning motivation of Social Science students in grade XI studying economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 115 students and a sample of 60 students, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include descriptive and statistical analysis using the SPSS 25 software (2025). The results indicate that the hypothesis testing regarding the Kahoot application’s effect on students’ learning motivation shows a moderately strong, positive, and significant effect, as demonstrated by the correlation coefficient value. The coefficient of determination indicates that the percentage of the efeect is 66.20%, while the remaining percentage is affected by other variables. Therefore, the results of this study empirically prove that the independent variable in this study is the use of the Kahoot application (X), and the dependent variable is the learning motivation of students (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of education level on community welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. This quantitative research used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 56 people in Bube Baru Village. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the analysis, education level influenced the community’s welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. Partially, the level of education significantly influenced the community’s welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. The influence (partial) of the education level variable on the community’s welfare was 63,1%, and unexamined variables influenced 36,9%.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), diperlukan pendekatan yang inovatif dan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis serta keterlibatan aktif siswa. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dipadukan dengan metode Mind Mapping Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi implementasi model Problem Based Learning berbantun metode Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran IPS dan faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi model Problem Based Learning berbantun metode Mind Mapping pada mata pelajaran IPS. Dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan desain penelitian Studi Kasus Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan baik, termasuk penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, pemilihan media pembelajaran, serta pembekalan siswa terhadap konsep dasar Mind Mapping. Dalam tahap pelaksanaan, guru menyesuaikan penerapan metode dengan karakteristik siswa dan materi yang diajarkan, serta menggunakan pendekatan interaktif yang meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui rubrik penilaian yang mencakup aspek partisipasi aktif, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta pemecahan masalah. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dalam penerapan metode ini, yaitu keterbatasan media pembelajaran, kesulitan siswa beradaptasi dalam kelompok, dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup visualisasi konsep abstrak, keterlibatan aktif siswa, serta peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi Problem Based Learning dan Mind Mapping merupakan pendekatan yang inovatif dan efektif dalam pembelajaran IPS.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLiterasi keuangan yang baik di kalangan peta.ni kopra. dapat membantu mereka. mengelola pendapatan yang fluktuatif akibat perubahan harga pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan Petani Kopra, Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Terhadap Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra di Kec. Taopa Kab Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatf deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara Variabel Literasi Keuangan (XI), Pendapatan Petani Kopra (X2) dan Kebijakan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (X3) terhadap variabel Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra (Y). Variabilitas mengenai Variabel Kesejahteraan Petani Kopra dapat diterangkan oleh Variabel Literasi Keuangan, Pendapatan Petani Kopra dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian iniABSTRACTGood financial literacy among copra farmers can help them manage their fluctuating income due to market price changes. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of financial literacy, copra farmer income, and village community empowerment on the welfare of copra farmers in Taopa District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 134 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables of Financial Literacy (XI), Coconut Farmers' Income (X2), and Village Community Empowerment Policies (X3) and the variable of Coconut Farmers' Welfare (Y). The variability in the Coconut Farmer Welfare variable can be explained by the Financial Literacy variable, Coconut Farmer Income, and Village Community Empowerment. The remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
