Abstract

Abstrak— Aset adalah hal penting yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan atau organisasi. Proses manajemen aset yang dilakukan dengan tepat akan membuat aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan atau organisasi lebih optimal. Karena proses manajemen aset belum terlaksana dengan maksimal, maka pada penelitian ini direncanakan sebuah arsitektur enterprise untuk proses manajemen aset untuk kelompok perusahaan PT. Musdalifah Group dengan kerangka kerja Zachman melalui tujuh tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data terkait manajemen aset perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai acuan perencanaan. Tahap kedua adalah inisialisasi perencanaan yang menghasilkan rencana kerja arsitektur perusahaan sesuai ruang lingkup dan kondisi perusahaan. Tahap ketiga, meninjau kondisi enterprise saat ini perusahaan, dengan hasil tinjauan model proses bisnis dan katalog sumber daya perusahaan terkait manajemen aset. Tahap keempat adalah analisis hasil tinjauan enterprise dengan analisis SWOT, sehingga dapat dihasilkan 5 rencana proses bisnis serta usulan sistem dan teknologi terintegrasi. Tahap kelima melakukan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise yaitu arsitektur data dengan hasil 34 kandidat entitas data, arsitektur aplikasi yang menghasilkan 9 kandidat aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dengan hasil 3 kandidat perangkat keras dan platform aplikasi yang terintegrasi. Sedangkan tahap terakhir, perencanaan implementasi hasil penelitian yaitu, rencana pemenuhan komponen, rencana migrasi, dan evaluasi dampak arsitektur. Evaluasi dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa cetak biru arsitektur dapat diterima oleh perusahaan dan dipertimbangkan untuk diimplementasikan beberapa tahun kedepan.Kata Kunci—Perencanaan Arsitektur Perusahaan, Kerangka Kerja Zachman, Manajemen Aset.Abstract— Asset is an important thing that owned by any company or organization. Asset management process aims to manage an organization’s assets optimally. Because of the asset management process has not been implemented maximally, so in this study planned an enterprise architecture for the process of asset management for the group of companies PT. Musdalifah Group using Zachman framework through seven phases. The first phase, data collection, and the results is relevant information of company’s asset management as a design reference. The second phase, planning initialization, generates enterprise architecture work plan according to the scope and conditions of the company. The third phase, reviewing the company's current enterprise conditions, the results of the review are models of business processes and enterprise resource catalog of related asset management. The fourth phase, results review analysis of enterprise with SWOT analysis, so it can produce 5 plan and proposed business processes and technology systems terintegrasi. The fifth phase, enterprise architecture planning of data architecture with the results are 37 data entities candidates, application architecture which produces 9 applications candidate, and technology architecture with the results are 3 hardware and application platform candidates. The last phase, planning the implementation of the research’s result, plan fulfillment component, the migration plan, and evaluating the impact of architecture. Evaluation of the result of research is describing that the architectural blueprints can be received by the company and considered to be implemented next few years.Keywords— Enterprise Architecture Planning, Zachman Framework, Asset Management.

Abstract

Abstrak— Anak-anak pada usia 2 bulan sampai 5 tahun (Balita) lebih rentan terkena penyakit. Lingkungan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan Balita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Balita berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan data dan informasi dari Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dan wawancara dengan Bidan. Dari pengumpulan data dan informasi tersebut ditemukan fakta penyakit, keluhan, gejala dan saran penanganan. Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan rule dengan 18 penyakit. Tahap ketiga adalah implementasi aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis mobile dengan fitur diagnosa penyakit, riwayat diagnosa dan kumpulan penyakit. Aplikasi sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dan memberikan saran penanganan. Hasil evaluasi dari 50 data uji coba menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 82%, dimana 41 hasil diagnosa yang benar dan 9 diagnosa yang salah. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pakar, Forward Chaining, Diagnosa Penyakit, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowladge BaseAbstract— Children at the age of 2 months to 5 years (toddlers) are more susceptible to disease contagious. Environmental condition significantly influences the children health. This  research aimed to create a mobile-based expert system application to diagnose disease in toddlers. This research consist of three stages. The first stage were data and information collection from Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit  (MTBS) and interview with medical staffs. From the first stage, we can discover the disease facts, signs, symptoms and treatment advices. The second stage was the construction of rules for 18 diseases. The third stage was the implementation of mobile-based expert system application with features of disease diagnosis, diagnosis history and collection of disease diagnosis. Expert system application made able to diagnose the disease and provide treatment advice. The results of evaluation using 50 testing data provides the level of accuracy of 82%, where 41 diagnosis result were true and 9 diagnosis were false. Keywords— Expert System, Forward Chaining, Disease Diagnosis, Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit, Knowledge Base

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is used by many organizations to enhance competitive advantage, but many outsource security firms have not used IT in their business processes. In this research, we will design Strategic Management for IT Services for outsourcing security company. We use an outsourcing security company as a case study of IT Strategy Management for IT Services development. The purpose of this study is to create an IT services strategy for security outsourcing companies. The framework used is the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework service strategy in strategy management for IT services process. There are several steps taken in the making of the strategy: (a) Strategic assessment stage to analyzed internal and external factors of the company. (b) Strategy generation by creating the strategic plan. (c) Strategy execution to determine the tactical plan. And (d) strategy measurement and evaluation. This study produced the proposed IT service system that suits the needs of the company in the form of strategic, tactical plans and strategy measurement. This result can be used as the foundations of IT service development in outsourcing security company. In the process of this study, we work closely with stakeholders; every work product has been verified and validated by stakeholders.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah sebuah media online tempat penggunanya untuk berpartisipasi, berbagi, dan menciptakan berbagai konten tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Media sosial dapat diintegrasikan dengan berbagai lini dan digunakan untuk menyebarkan berbagai konten yang relevan sesuai target di masyarakat dan juga untuk kepentingan mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi. Yayasan Perguruan AL-Irsyad (YPAS) merupakan yayasan pendidikan sekolah swasta terbesar yang berada di daerah Surabaya Utara. Jenjang pendidikan yang dinaungi oleh YPAS yaitu pendidikan Play Group, Taman Kanak-kanak, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas, dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan bidang keperawatan. Program-program dan prestasi yang dimiliki oleh YPAS belum optimal dimanfaatkan sebagai bagian dari promosi dan branding sekolah ke masyarakat luas. Pelatihan kualitas konten sebagai sarana promosi dan branding sekolah dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pelatihan meliputi pelatihan konsep dasar branding pada sekolah serta pelatihan pembuatan konten yang menarik dan informatif sebagai sarana branding. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya kenaikan jumlah follower pada akun Instagram dari sekolah-sekolah yang berada di bawah Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad. Selain itu, hasil pelatihan juga meningkatkan keberagaman konten media sosial dari YPAS dan juga meningkatnya jumlah konten yang di upload hingga dua kali lipat. Rekomendasi pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berikutnya adalah optimalisasi penggunaan media sosial sebagai saran branding untuk sekolah mengingat yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah peningkatan kualitas kontennya.

Abstract

The use of credit cards is increasing in today's digital era. This increase has resulted in many cases of fraud which have had a negative impact on credit card owners. To overcome this, many financial institutions have developed credit card fraud detection systems that can identify suspicious transactions. This study uses a classification method, namely random forest and decision tree to identify illegal transactions using a credit card, which then compares the results and attempts to create a model that can be useful for detecting fraud using a credit card that is more accurate and effective. The result of this study is that the accuracy provided by the Decision Tree Classifier is 0.98, while the accuracy provided by the Random Forest Classification is also 0.975. The conclusion obtained that the decision tree has a higher level of accuracy compared to the Random Forest Classification Algorithm, which is 98%. On the other hand, the Random Forest classification algorithm has a slightly lower level of accuracy compared to the Decision Tree classification algorithm, with an accuracy rate of 97.5%

Abstract

Currently, stroke is the second cause of death globally. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), 7.9% of deaths in Indonesia are caused by stroke. Based on these data, analysis of the factors influencing the case growth rate is very useful. This paper analyzes various factors in electronic health records for effective stroke prediction with different machine-learning algorithms including Decision Tree and Neural Networks. This research uses a dataset consisting of 12 features, namely ID, gender, age, history of hypertension, history of heart disease, marital status, type of work, type of residence, average glucose level, BMI (Body Mass Index) number, and status. smoking, and prediction of stroke. These features were analyzed using the Neural Network and Decision Tree methods so that selected features were produced for further analysis using the Neural Network method. The feature selection results consist of 5 features: age, history of hypertension, marital status, average glucose level, and BMI (Body Mass Index) number. The highest accuracy results were obtained using the Neural Network method with a feature selection of 88.75, the second highest was obtained with the neural network method of 87.1875, and the lowest accuracy was obtained with the Decision Tree method which had an accuracy result of 81.25. Based on these accuracy results, it can be obtained that the most optimal results are shown by the Neural Network method with feature selection.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus self-management activities, according to the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists, involve monitoring blood glucose and decreasing risk factors. These two activities can be supported by using the Diary DM application, which helps to record blood glucose levels and determine nutritional status to support the reduction of risk factors. The aim of this community service is to optimize self-management for the prevention and control of diabetes mellitus through self-monitoring practices and the Diary DM application. The methods of this community service include socializing, demonstrating, and direct practice on how to conduct blood glucose self-checks and utilize the Diary DM application. The total number of participants in this community service is 20, with an average productive age of 53.6 years. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis showed an increase in participants' knowledge regarding DM self-examination, with an initial score of 63.88 (pre-test) rising to 86.25 (post-test). Positive attitudes were observed, reflecting participants' awareness and willingness to conduct blood glucose self-checks at home and implement the use of the Diary DM application. The majority of the community service's evaluations indicated "good" and "very good" ratings regarding the speakers, the topics, and the implementation of community service aspects.

Abstract

Neonates are newborns up to 28 days old who undergo organ system changes as a form of adaptation. The immaturity of these organ systems makes neonates vulnerable to health problems, which can lead to death. Causes of neonatal mortality include labor complications, premature birth, congenital abnormalities, sepsis, pneumonia, diarrhea, and tetanus. These are often related to the quality of delivery services, lack of optimal postnatal care in the first days of life, and limited community knowledge about proper newborn care.The aim of this community service program is to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres, with outcome indicators including increased antenatal visits, complete basic immunization, improved newborn care services, and the absence of neonatal deaths. Activities include education on newborn care based on the “My Baby Care” application, demonstrations of app usage and newborn care procedures, and distribution of educational tools and materials. The “My Baby Care” application facilitates newborn care practices among health cadres and mothers. It contains videos and explanations on how to bathe and care for a baby’s skin, umbilical cord care, exclusive breastfeeding, proper breastfeeding techniques, and immunization. This application supports improved maternal and child health outcomes.

Abstract

Darul Ittihad Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren Darul Ittihad), as a traditional educational institution, faces challenges in optimizing the use of information technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), for the development of promotional and instructional content. This community service program (PKM) aims to enhance the pesantren's capacity to utilize AI and digital design applications such as Canva. The activity was conducted in three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the preparation phase, the team conducted a needs assessment survey and developed relevant training materials. The implementation phase consisted of two training sessions, focusing on the creation of AI-based promotional and educational content. Evaluation was carried out by collecting participant feedback through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The evaluation results indicated a high level of participant satisfaction, with an average score of 3.24 out of 4. Additionally, 88% of participants successfully completed the independent assignments provided after the training, demonstrating a significant improvement in skills. This program concludes that the integration of AI into teaching and promotional processes at Darul Ittihad has the potential to enhance communication effectiveness, increase content relevance, and better prepare students to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Berdasarkan beberapa sumber di media massa/elektronik dan badan penanggulangan Penyakit Tidak Menular dan Kesehatan Jiwa Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Blitar, mencatat pada tahun 2022, ada 755 warga yang terdeteksi menderita gangguan mental emosional (GME) khususnya kecemasan emosional dan banyak temuan kasus dari kalangan remaja. Ada beberapa faktor pemicu, diantaranya adalah kondisi keluarga yang broken home, serta pengaruh sosial media yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Kecemasan yang tidak tertangani dapat berkembang menjadi depresi yang berpotensi memicu tindakan bunuh diri, terutama pada individu yang berada di usia produktif. Kelompok usia dengan angka bunuh diri tertinggi berada dalam rentang 15 hingga 29 tahun. Upaya pendeteksian dini terhadap kecemasan emosional khususnya di kalangan remaja menjadi sebuah peluang solusi untuk mencegah generasi muda melakukan bunuh diri melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0 telah melahirkan berbagai inovasi baru yang memberikan dampak signifikan di berbagai sektor kehidupan. Salah satu inovasi yang menonjol adalah teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence). Setiap peluang yang tersedia akan menjadi sia-sia jika tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan memiliki wawasan luas. Generasi muda merupakan sasaran utama yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini, sekelompok masyarakat dengan latar belakang pengetahuan dasar di bidang pemrograman komputer telah memperoleh pembekalan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dalam konteks ini, pelatihan diberikan kepada siswa SMKN 1 Kota Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur, yang memiliki minat di bidang Teknik Komputer dan Informatika (TKI). Kegiatan yang telah  dilakukan tidak hanya dapat bermanfaat dalam penanggulangan kesehatan emosional remaja di beberapa daerah di kota Blitar, tapi juga sebagai  upaya peningkatan mutu siswa berkaitan dengan bidang komputer cerdas agar ketika lulus sekolah mampu bersaing di dunia kerja dan mampu mengembangkan berbagai macam software yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era Industri 4.0. Kegiatan PKM ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu pelatihan pemrograman dasar python dan pengenalan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan untuk deteksi tingkat kecemasan pada remaja. Evaluasi pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan melalui sistem kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti PKM terkait materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Selain itu, masukan dan testimoni dari siswa serta guru SMKN 1 Blitar turut menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan program PKM di masa mendatang. Kegiatan edukasi melalui pelatihan dasar pemrograman phyton dan pengenalan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan untuk deteksi tingkat kecemasan pada remaja sangat bermanfaat dalam penanggulangan kesehatan emosional remaja di beberapa daerah di kota Blitar dan juga sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu siswa berkaitan dengan bidang komputer cerdas agar ketika lulus mampu bersaing di dunia kerja. Metode workshop yang bersifat interaktif melalui penerapan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan aplikasi berbasis Python dan kecerdasan buatan dapat memperkuat minat siswa untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran di kelas. Selain itu, metode ini juga mendukung guru dalam menyampaikan materi kepada siswa dengan lebih mudah.
