Abstract

This research review of the role of insurance against the risk of financing .Research is interesting to be discussed in depth using approach or in depth interviews with employees bmt. To overcome loss arising , people develop a mechanism that at present we know as insurance Hence the institutions of baitul maal wat tamwil need to readiness to at risk of , whether it is the risk of self soul and business risk who traveled. The purpose of this research to know what part insurance against the risk of loans for bmt Mekar Abadi Kota Gajah .The benefits of this research into account and evaluation in their policy for the practitioners of insurance in bmt in solving the about the role of insurance against the risk of financing .This is the kind of research field research ( file risearch ) .The qualitative method was used in the study , a source of primary data in this research is the director , managers and marketing bmt bloom perennial central city an elephant lampung. The result of this research is this insurance Syari’ah on bmt Mekar Abadi was a mutually cooperate ( ta’awun ) and protect ( takafuli ) of the participants insured amelalui the formation of a collection of funds ( funds tabarru’ ) managed in accordance with the principle of worship syari’ah to run the risk of certain. The Insurance in bmt Mekar Abadi for customers that is to guarantee repayment loans / financing as much as plafond initial credit / insured when participants had died sick or accident happened in the insurance (coverage fixed).The Writer advise for cooperatives Mekar Abadi Kota Gajah should improve services that customers feel safe and are satisfied in cooperation with cooperatives Mekar Abadi.

Abstract

This research discusses an inclusive marketing strategy that involves LGBTQ+ in the Kate Spade New York fashion brand. Through a quantitative research method with a literature review approach, this study aims to investigate the building of brand image, the impact that appears, and the public's perception of this initiative. In the background, it is known that fashion has undergone significant changes from time to time. In the early 2000s, fashion was still highly compartmentalized by gender, but this perception has changed over the years. The LGBTQ+ community has also become an important part of the world of fashion and marketing. It can be seen that Kate Spade New York, one of the leading fashion brands, has shown support for the LGBTQ+ community through her Rainbow Shop collections and partnerships with organizations such as The Trevor Project. However, there is no clear information regarding changes in brand perception and sales after Kate Spade New York supports LGBTQ+. Even though this brand has the support of the LGBTQ+ community, there has been negative feedback from some quarters. Therefore, it is important for brands to continue to strengthen their commitment, conduct in-depth market research, and communicate clearly and authentically about their values of inclusion. Abstract

There are a significant number of lexical borrowings from Arabic language to Indonesian language. Among of them are the words jahanam and hijrah. These words are diachronically can be traced and found in literatures and religious texts. This paper seeks to scrutinize the semantic change of jahanam and hijrah. This paper analyses jahanam and hijrah as they are used in both old manuscripts and modern texts. To see their semantic change behaviour, collocation and concordance of their contexts were analysed. The manuscripts employed as the source of research data were taken from the Malay Concordance Project (MCP) which comprises of 165 classical Malay literatures containing some Islamic texts, Corpora Collection Leipzig University, and WebCorp Live Birmingham City University. Using the corpus linguistics method, this research manages to demonstrate how words change semantically through time. The results of this study can be used as material for the preparation of the Indonesian-Arabic etymology dictionary.

Abstract

Indonesian lexicon comprises numerous loanwords which some of them already exist since the 7th century. The large number of loanwords is the reason why many dictionaries of Indonesian etymology available today contain merely the origin of the words. Meanwhile, there are several aspects in a word etymology that can be studied and presented in a dictionary, such as the change in a word form and in its meaning. This article seeks to demonstrate the use of corpora in identifying the etymological information of Malay words from diachronic corpora and to figure out the semantic change of the Malay words undergo from time to time until they turn out to be Indonesian lexicon. More specifically, two selected Malay words were examined: bersiram and peraduan. By exploring data resources from the corpus of Malay Concordance Project and Leipzig Corpora, this study attempts to collect etymological information of Indonesian lexicon originated from Malay by employing a corpus based research. The findings show that the examined words have changed in meaning through generalization and metaphor. However, unlike the word bersiram, the change that the word peraduan happened only occurs in semantic level. This information, ultimately, can be used as informative data for a more comprehensive Indonesian etymology dictionary. Drawing on corpus analysis, this paper addresses the importance use of diachronic corpora in tracing words origin.Keywords: diachronic corpora, etymology, corpus analysis, semantic change, Malay-Indonesian

Abstract

Studi perilaku populasi monyet ekor panjang dilakukan di Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Grojogan Sewu Tawangmangu Karanganyar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari aktifitas harian populasi monyet ekor panjang dengan menggunakan metode scan sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2014. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 150 menit dengan interval waktu 5 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase perilaku harian populasi monyet ekor panjang yang diperoleh yaitu: bergerak (35%), grooming (25%), bermain (15%), inaktif (10%), makan (6.8%), agonistik (3.6%), tidur (2.3%), kawin (0.9%), dan bersuara (0.8%).

Abstract

Antibiotik merupakan obat yang digunakan untuk mengatasi penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri. Namun, di masyarakat masih sering terjadi penyalahgunaan antibiotik seperti pemakaian tanpa indikasi medis yang sesuai, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan kasus resistensi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penggunaan antibiotik secara rasional. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Gunung Jati, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, melalui metode sosialisasi disertai pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis berdasarkan nilai jawaban benar (skor 1) dan salah (skor 0). Hasil pretest menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat tergolong rendah, yaitu sebesar 72,7% dengan 15 responden (68,2%) berada pada kategori kurang. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, ditunjukkan oleh hasil posttest sebesar 95,5%, dengan 14 responden (63,7%) berada pada kategori baik. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan efektivitas metode sosialisasi yang diterapkan kepada masyarakat. Hasil ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa edukasi langsung kepada masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan terkait penggunaan antibiotik yang tepat.
