Abstract

Digital transformation is pushing schools to adopt efficient academic information systems, but many schools in 3T areas including SMK Muhammadiyah Aimas still manage grades manually, making them prone to input errors, data duplication, and slow academic recap and reporting processes. This situation shows how important it is to find a systematic way to make value management more accurate, efficient, and open. This research aims to develop and evaluate a web-based system for managing value, designed to meet the needs of vocational schools in a limited context. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the developed system integrates master data management, daily values, midterm exams, final exams, attendance, and automatic final grade calculation. The test results show that all features function according to specifications, while expert validation places the software aspect in the "very good" category. Usability testing by teachers yielded a score of 93%, indicating a high level of ease of use, satisfaction, and utility. The novel contribution of this research is the creation of a web-based value system that amalgamates value and attendance automation within the framework of 3T schools, a subject that remains infrequently examined. The study's limitations include the absence of API integration and its focus on a single school for evaluation. Nevertheless, this system has important implications for improving teachers' work efficiency and accelerating school digitalization in 3T.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of AI mindset on the pedagogical competence of vocational high school teachers at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools in Sorong Regency. A quantitative research design was applied using a survey approach to examine the relationship between the research variables. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered to 36 teachers who met the predetermined research criteria. The analysis revealed that AI mindset has a positive and statistically significant relationship with teachers’ pedagogical competence. The Pearson correlation analysis generated a correlation coefficient of 0.561 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a moderate positive association between the two variables. Furthermore, the results of the simple linear regression analysis showed a regression coefficient of 0.616, suggesting that higher levels of AI mindset are associated with improved pedagogical competence among teachers. Additionally, the coefficient of determination (R²) was calculated at 0.315, meaning that 31.5% of the variation in teachers’ pedagogical competence can be explained by AI mindset, while the remaining 68.5% is attributed to other variables not included in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of developing teachers’ AI mindset as a strategic factor in strengthening pedagogical competence, particularly within the context of ongoing digital transformation and the increasing integration of artificial intelligence in educational practices.

Abstract

Layanan administrasi kependudukan seperti Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), dan dokumen catatan sipil merupakan bagian penting dari pelayanan publik di Indonesia. Namun, di banyak daerah, layanan tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan inefisiensi, antrean panjang, serta potensi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan berbasis web guna mendukung transformasi digital layanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang mencakup tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi, verifikasi, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL, serta memiliki fitur registrasi, login, pengajuan dokumen, unggah berkas, dan verifikasi admin. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Penerapan sistem ini meningkatkan kemudahan pengguna, efisiensi verifikasi dan pengelolaan data, efektivitas layanan, ketepatan data, serta transparansi administrasi kependudukan di tingkat pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web dengan PHP dan SQL yang mampu mengelola pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yaitu pendaftaran, pengumuman, dan informasi sekolah. Pada penelitian ini juga ditentukan tingkat kelayakan perangkat lunak yang telah dibuat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Waterfall Model. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Skala Likert. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas oleh ahli. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box serta uji kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru berbasis website dikembangkan dengan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, HTML dan CSS. (2) Hasil pengujian aspek kelayakan mendapatkan nilai 91.3% dengan hasil Sangat Layak.   ABSTRACT This research aims to produce Web-based New Student Admissions Information System software with PHP and SQL that is capable of managing the implementation of New Student Admissions, namely registration, announcements and school information. In this research, the level of feasibility of the software that has been created is also determined. This type of research is Research and Development. The software development method uses the Waterfall Model. The measurement scale used for this research is the Likert Scale. Instrument testing is carried out through validity testing by experts. Data collection techniques in research use interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. Testing was carried out using the black box method as well as small group and large group tests. The results of this research are as follows: (1) a website-based new student admission information system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS. (2) The results of the feasibility aspect test obtained a score of 91.3% with Very Feasible results.
