Abstract

Head Master of school / madrasah as a leader in an educational institution which is the most important element in the course of the organization of educational institutions. As educational leaders, head master/madrasah has a number of tasks and responsibilities that difficult to regulate and set policy and determine the attitude and the purpose of educational institutions. To be able to do his responsibilities optimally, the head master of school / madrasah need to apply the appropriate leadership style to perform the task and responsibilities as leader of school / madrasah. In order that, the style of a person lead will greatly affect the organization that he leads, whether the influence is positive or negative, on the organization. The some reasons of the success of a leader are experienced, courage, initiative, assertive, thoughtful, fair, have tenacity, have a great spirit, able and willing to undertake full responsibility, can guarantee his teamwork and control of the issue and has deep sympathy and understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe class management planning, implementation of class management, supervision of class management and supporting factors and inhibiting factors in class management in improving elementary school student learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that classroom management planning was carried out by arranging facilities, teaching management and student management, class management was carried out by applying some class management principles and several approaches, supervision was carried out continuously, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in class management were physical, social environment emotional state and organization.

Abstract

Islamic Education Values ​​through the habituation program in SD / MI. The theories used as a foundation in this research include the theory of character education, routine habituation, and the values ​​of Islamic education. Based on the background of the problem, this research is expected to provide answers to the problem formulation (1). How is the implementation of character education through routine habituation to instill the values ​​of Islamic education in SD / MI students?, (2). How are the effectiveness and benefits of implementing routine habituation to instill the values ​​of Islamic education in SD / MI students? Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to (1). To find out the implementation of character education through routine habituation to instill the values ​​of Islamic education in SD / MI students. (2). This is to determine the level of effectiveness and benefits of routine habituation to instill the values ​​of Islamic education in schools in SD / MI students.

Abstract

The problem of this research is to explain about increasing students' social skills in thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 through the sociodrama method at MI Kelopo Telu, Kapu Village, Merakurak District, 2020/2021 Academic Year. The theories that are used as the basis in the implementation of this research include the theory of students' social skills, the advantages and disadvantages of the sociodrama method, and the learning process using the sociodrama method. Based on the background of the problem, this research is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem (1) How is the process of socializing MI students to improve students' social skills through the sociodrama method on thematic subjects theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 class V students at MI Kelopo Telu academic year 2020 /2021? (2) What are the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the sociodrama method to improve students' social skills through the sociodrama method in thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 class V at MI Kelopo Telu for the 2020/2021 school year? (3) How is the application of the sociodrama method in improving students' social skills through the sociodrama method on thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 for fifth grade students at MI Kelopo Telu Kapu for the 2020/2021 academic year? Based on the formulation of the problem, this researcher aims (1) to find out the socialization process of MI students to improve students' social skills through the sociodrama method on thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 class V at MI Kelopo Telu for the academic year 2020/2021 (2) To find out improvement of students' ability to socialize after the sociodrama method on thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 which is applied in class V MI Kelopo Telu for the academic year 2020/2021. (3) To find out the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the sociodrama method in thematic subjects of theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 3 to improve the social skills of fifth grade students of MI Kelopo Telu for the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

The occurrence of acts and acts of violence lately is a phenomenon that we often witness. In fact it almost always adorns mass media information. One of the causes and perhaps this is the most important cause is due to a moral or moral crisis. Moral crisis occurs because some people no longer want to heed the guidance of religion, which normatively teaches adherents to do good, abandoning immoral acts and evil. The heart is a great gift that is given to humans. With a human heart can recognize, communicate, and even love Robnya. Like a tower, the heart has many doors. Like a mirror, the heart is able to absorb and reflect every image that comes to it. Then the influence, the object will enter the heart, and imprint in it, through the means of birth, namely the five senses or through the means of the mind, namely fantasy, lust, anger, morals formed in a fitrawi. Imagine if everyone then tried to base all their activities on a clean heart. Truly there will be a terrible explosion in changes in a person. The conclusion is that the qolbu management-based moral education innovation is an idea or new method offered by the author to be used in implementing moral education. It is hoped that this new idea or method will be able to improve the quality of moral education which is felt to be declining today.

Abstract

Education outside the family, does not mean relinquishing the responsibility of parents in the world of education, this is done by parents due to the limited knowledge possessed by parents. But there are things that become cloudy in the process of children's learning activities carried out online. Based on the background of the problem, this researcher is expected to provide answers to the formulation of the problem described: 1) What is the role of parents in supporting the learning activities of junior high school children at home during the covid-19 pandemic in Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency. 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors for junior high school children's learning activities at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency. The purpose of this study was 1) To determine the role of parents in supporting learning activities for junior high school children at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency. 2) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for junior high school children's learning activities at home during the covid-19 pandemic in Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency This study used a qualitative descriptive research method which took place in the village of Kumpulrejo. The process of collecting research data using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing or data verification (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of this study can be concluded that the role of parents in supporting the learning activities of junior high school children at home during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kumpulrejo Village, Parengan District, Tuban Regency is very important for their children. Children will be more enthusiastic about online learning which is done at home with the role of parents providing motivation and enthusiasm for children, parents as facilitators, parents supervising children in learning. The role of parents in the learning process at home has been carried out well. Although there were obstacles with the existence of civid-19 this research also went smoothly.

Abstract

Communication within an organization is a common practice for managing relationships between individuals and groups. In an organization is determined by the person's position on the structure and Hierarchy within the organization. Today the organization assigns roles to each member so that the roles are then operationalized into tasks and functions. The process of cooperation in implementing change or acceleration of change within the organization is called "Organizational Communication". Aspects to be known from the group communication is who and how the role of messenger in the group, what messages are exchanged in groups, patterns of interaction that occurs in groups, cohesiveness among members in groups, and what norms should be used in group.

Abstract

In the field of education, the planning process is one of the key factors in the effectiveness of the implementation of education activities to achieve the expected educational objectives for each level and type of education at the national, as well as local level. However, when viewed in reality everyday, elements of the process of education planning is still more used as a complement or elaboration of policy leaders, so often the goal set is not achieved optimally. One of the reasons is that educational planners still lack understanding of planning processes and mechanisms in a more comprehensive context. In addition, the position of the planning field is not a "key factor" of the existence of an educational institution, both at the macro and micro level, so that the contribution of education planning to the achievement of vision, mission, and educational goals has not been felt optimally.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan bimbingan karier berbasis personality type untuk mengatasi permasalahan mental dan kepribadian (rasa takut dan gugup) bagi Komunitas Pengusaha Baru Penerima program kartu prakerja di BLK Ummul Quro Kabupaten Pamekasan. Kegiatan ini menerapkan metode “Pijar”, yaitu Pahami diri, Identifikasi kebutuhan dan harapan, Jelaskan dan evaluasi perilaku saat ini, Arahkan rencana dan solusi dan Realisasi rencana. Hasil dari bimbingan ini menunjukkan bahwa santri sebagai pengusaha baru penerima program kartu prakerja di BLK Ummul Quro Kabupaten Pamekasan mendapatkan kepercayaan diri kembali pasca mengikuti pelatihan dan bimbingan karir berbasis personality type yang berupa penemuan ide usaha dan keberanian dalam mengikuti dan mengambil resiko yang mungkin akan terjadi. Dibuktikan dengan 83% peserta bimbingan merespon secara positif atas pelaksanaan pengabdian ini.

Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini menjelaskan pengembangan media pembelajarankine master di kelas IV MI Manbaul Muttaqin pada mata pelajaran Aswaja materi Riwayat Hidup KH Wahab HasbullahTahunAjaran2021/2022.Teori yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini dijadikan dasar dalam landasan pengembangan media pembelajaran Aswaja berbasis kine master. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, tingkat kepraktisan, dan tingkat keefektifan media pembelajaran Aswaja berbasis kine master padamateri Riwayat Hidup KHWahab Hasbullahuntukmeningkatkanhasilbelajar siswa kelas IV MI Manbaul Muttaqin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancaradan angket dari validator, serta angket hasil belajar siswa.Model pengembangan menggunakan pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Analisis data yang dipaparkan ada data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, bahwa media pembelajaran Aswaja berbasis kine master dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV MI Manbaul Muttaqin Tuban. Presentase data hasil validasi ahli materi mendapat 86%, sedangkan presentase hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan 88%, dengan nilai rata presentase validasi yakni 87%.Dengan demikian penelitian & pengembangan media pembelajaran Aswaja berbasis kine master dikatakan sangat valid dan bisa digunakan pada proses pembelajaran Aswaja di kelas IV MI
