Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment OCB through commitment and trust in the leader. The population in this study were employees of the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City with a sample of 126 respondents. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire that measured using a scale linkert. Methods of data analysis used in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the research, it was found that there was no influence of transformational leadership on OCB, there is influence between organizational commitment on OCB, there is no influence of trust on the leader of the OCB, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership on OCB, confidence in leaders did not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership on OCB. The conclusion by improving organizational commitment of employees, it can grow OCB employee. Suggestions for the organization to further improve the organizational commitment of every employee and pay more attention to the factors of transformational leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the trust of co-workers and proactive personalities on career satisfaction by exchanging leader-members as mediation on employees of bus assembly companies in the city of Semarang. Career satisfaction is the phase in which employees? long-term career needs are aligned with what they get while working. Employees will always look for opportunities and trust in the organization and people who will help them in achieving career satisfaction. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique in the category of staff and foreman employees who have worked for more than five years with a sample of 160 employees. The analytical data in this study uses descriptive statistical test methods, instinctual tests include validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study, colleague trust cannot directly influence career satisfaction. However, it can be mediated by the exchange of leader members and produce significant influence. For further researchers, they can re-examine the relationship of coworkers? trust with career satisfaction. And can expand the object of research or respondents under study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of authentic leadership towards employees' performance through OCB. The population in this study is nurse with civil servants status at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo. Methods of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a simlpe random sampling. Sample is 109 nurses. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between authentic leadership towards employee performance. There is a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership towards creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour as well as creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour towards employee performance. In addition, research results also show that the creativity and behavior of the organizational citizenship of the employee has a significant positive impact on the employee's performance. The advice for the organization is to strengthen the relationship between leaders and nurses and increasing the information in the field of nursing that can trigger the emergence of creativity in work. For further research it is recommended to increase the number of research samples.

Abstract

The aims of this paper is to analyze the effect of the relationship between knowledge and on green management and its implication on competitive advantage and sustainable performannce. This study used a quantitative research approach that explains the phenomenon by collecting numerical data analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the WarpPLS program application. The population in this study were small or medium business owners (general managers) in the industrial sector in the city of Semarang. Knowledge and green management have a significant effect on competitive advantages and competitive advantages has a significant effect on the sustainability performance. It means that the knowledge and green management simultaneously shows a significant effect on competitive advantages and sustainability performance. The application of green management will also improve sustainability performance. The originality of this study is on the testing of simultaneous relationships between the factors making up the application of green management, namely knowledge as well as the impact of green management implementation on sustainability performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of tourism experience on revisit intention mediated by destination image and satisfaction. Sampling technique using the accidental sampling and purposive sampling with sample of 240 respondents. Respondents were taken from visitors who had been to Sanggaluri Park Purbalingga twice or more and aged 17 years or over. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Smartpls program. The direct test result show the result of tourism experience has a direct effect on destination image, tourism experience has a direct effect on satisfaction, tourism experience has a direct effect on revisit intention.
