Abstract

The increase in the need for housing in the city of Pamulang is in line with the progress of all fields in Indonesia, be it in terms of economy, education, tourism, culture, and telecommunications. So that a boarding house rental business opportunity emerged. To be able to realize the boarding house business in the pamulang area, good project management planning and governance is needed, which is used regularly to complete small or large and complex projects. Project management is the main key to success in implementing and completing a project to be worked on. The main focus of project management is the application of all project goals with all existing constraints, time, price and available budget. The POAC management model (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) is a management model that is commonly used, especially in management that requires more supervision. By using this management model, it can be seen that this business house construction project takes 1 year of work with an investment fund requirement of IDR 574,784.00. Return on Investment 9.8% per year.

Abstract

One way to educate the community is to build a library. However, services at libraries cannot reach all levels of society as well as TBMs that are very close to the community and the development of community reading parks that continue to grow in the South Tangerang area. Based on the results obtained, South Tangerang City, which is expected by the city government to become a Smart, Modern and Religious City, has spread and distributed TBMs in various parts and areas of South Tangerang City. All of these TBMs are programs of the South Tangerang City Library and Archives Department. TBMs have been advertised as very close to community libraries as they target community members, especially in areas where public libraries are difficult to reach. TBMs have organized various activities that arouse children's interest in reading, as well as activities that broaden their horizons. Common obstacles include minor issues such as the location of the building and desynchronization time between TBM service opening hours and children's learning, where most of their schools continue to implement Full Day School teaching.

Abstract

An Angkringan business emerges and becomes a business because of the interaction of social relations between people, especially the middle and lower classes. This research aims to describe an Angkringan business with details to the public space that Akringan is a means of gathering place to build social closeness between the upper and lower middle class. Using descriptive qualitative methods and case studies, collecting data in the form of field observations and literature reviews. The advantages of this business are quite interesting, offering cheap drinks and food at affordable prices, providing a comfortable hangout facility and customers can linger to enjoy the atmosphere and dishes in Angkringan. And with the existence of Angkringan in public space makes a good social interaction relationship in socializing and gathering

This business plan is entitled modern coffee shop. The main purpose of this business planning is to open up great business opportunities with workers to be as creative as possible and provide quality coffee offerings and utilize coffee produced by coffee farmers in Indonesia which is very abundant and diverse in its types. with affordable prices among millennials, because for now coffee lovers are more dominant among millennials and students, before opening a coffee shop business we must survey the coffee lovers who are dominant among millennials and students. From the point of view of entrepreneurs, coffee shops are mostly for socializing centers that provide a place to gather, read and entertain each other in these social groups, besides selling coffee, modern coffee shops also sell various foods and drinks such as martabak, toast, juice, noodles, fried foods and cold drinks.

Abstract

Information technology is growing rapidly, especially in the social and organizational fields. This can be seen from the good use of the internet by the community in order to explore broader knowledge. The impact of this is that the teacher is no longer the only source of learning knowledge. One of the roles of Information Technology in society is to produce various types of learning media, namely interactive learning media. This learning media contains learning materials that are equipped with various content that helps in conveying learning content. The content is in the form of images, illustrations, sounds, videos, or interactive animations. Several studies that have been conducted show that interactive learning media based on Information Technology can be used as the main reference in the learning process because it is more flexible, effective, and efficient. This information must be interpreted properly by the public so that there is no misinformation in the delivery of information to the public. By utilizing Information Technology, these communication symbols can be made in the form of images, illustrations, or animations. The symbols created are packaged in an interactive learning media. With interactive learning media, conceptual errors in learning can be minimized. Based on the demands of the 2013 curriculum, the learning process must use a scientific approach, so the interactive learning media developed must also contain that approach. The scientific approach in question is containing the steps of observing, asking, associating, trying, and communicating. The scientific approach is applied to maintain scientific values in the community so that their scientific attitude continues to develop.

Abstract

Bulan Ramadhan merupakan bulan suci bagi umat Muslim di seluruh dunia. Selama bulan ini, umat Muslim diwajibkan untuk menahan diri dari makan, minum, dan aktivitas seksual dari matahari terbit hingga matahari terbenam. Selain itu, bulan Ramadhan juga dianggap sebagai bulan yang penuh berkah dan keberkahan. Dalam era digital seperti sekarang ini, internet menjadi salah satu sumber informasi yang sangat penting bagi umat Muslim untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaannya pada bulan Ramadhan. Namun, penggunaan internet yang tidak sehat dapat membahayakan kesehatan mental dan spiritual umat Muslim. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya penggunaan internet sehat pada bulan Ramadhan dan bagaimana hal tersebut dapat membantu meningkatkan iman dan takwa umat Muslim. Paper ini akan membahas strategi internet sehat seperti membuat jadwal harian Ramadhan, menonton dan mendengarkan ceramah agama, membaca dan menghafal Al-Quran, serta berpartisipasi dalam komunitas Muslim online. Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan organisasi didukung oleh sistem informasi manajemen (SIM), yang merupakan kumpulan proses untuk mengumpulkan dan menghasilkan data yang dapat dipercaya, relevan, dan teratur. SIM adalah sekelompok prosedur yang secara efektif mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyajikan data untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan.  Untuk membuat pilihan dan mengawasi operasi perusahaan, informasi manajemen disediakan melalui sistem informasi. Sistem ini terdiri dari sekumpulan orang, prosedur, dan teknologi yang terkoordinasi. Misalnya, toko buku memiliki sistem informasi yang menawarkan data penjualan harian dan stok buku yang tersedia. Manajer dapat menggunakan data ini untuk menentukan jumlah buku yang harus dikirimkan serta buku mana yang paling banyak diminati pelanggan. Dibandingkan dengan buku lain, hal ini memungkinkan pengelola menyimpan lebih banyak buku.
