Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine empirically the relationship between achievement motivation and academic stress with acadeic flow in boarding school student. The population in this study were students at a boarding school, while the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 subjects. Data collection tools are achievement motivation scale, academic stress scale and academic flow scale with four alternative answers. The data analysis method used is regression of two predictors. The results of the major hypothesis obtained rx12y coefficient of 0.772 with p 0.000 (p < 0.001) which means that there is a very significant relationship between achievement motivation and academic stress with academic flow with an effective contribution of 59,5% so that the major hypothesis is accepted. The results of the first minor hypothesis are accepted because the coefficient between rx1y is 0.638 with a significance level of p of 0.000 (p <0.01) meaning that there is a very significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and academic flow with an effective contribution of 40,7%. The second minor hypothesis  is also accepted because it shows the magnitude of the coefficient between rx2y of -0.705 with a significance of p of 0.000 (p <0.01) so that there is a very significant negative relationship between academic stress and academic flow and has an effective contribution of 49,7%. Based on the results of the study, it shows that achievement motivation and academic stress affect academic flow in students and become a reference for schools to improve students' academic abilities in learning.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Academic Stress, Academic Flow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku narsisme pada pengguna tik-tok: tinjauan harga diri dan loneliness. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 175 remaja dan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive dimana sampel berjumlah 175 remaja. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala perilaku narsisme, skala harga diri, dan skala loneliness. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi dua prediktor (hipotesis mayor). Hasil hipotesis mayor diperoleh koefisien rx12y sebesar 0,570 dengan p 0,003 (p < 0,001) artinya ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara harga diri dan loneliness dengan perilaku narsisme dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 32,5% sehingga hipotesis mayor diterima. Hasil hipotesis minor pertama dinyatakan diterima karena besarnya koefisien antara rx1y sebesar –0,299 dengan tingkat signifikansi p sebesar 0,045 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan negatif antara harga diri dengan perilaku narsisme dengan sumbangan efektif -29,9%. Hipotesis minor kedua juga dinyatakan diterima karena menunjukkan besarnya koefisien antara rx2y sebesar 0,449 dengan tingkat signifikansi p sebesar 0,004 (p<0,01) sehingga terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara loneliness dengan perilaku narsisme serta memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 44,9%.

Abstract

The increasing number of working wives created new dynamics in marital life, particularly in emotional aspects and communication, which could affect husbands' sexual satisfaction. The dual role of wives as workers and partners in the household posed challenges in maintaining a balance between work demands and personal relationships. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotion regulation and interpersonal communication on the sexual satisfaction of husbands with working wives. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Participants consisted of husbands with working wives, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using emotion regulation scales, interpersonal communication scales, and sexual satisfaction scales. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicated that emotion regulation and interpersonal communication had a significant relationship with husbands' sexual satisfaction. Interpersonal communication had a greater influence than emotion regulation in explaining variations in sexual satisfaction. These findings provided implications for psychological interventions and marital counseling by emphasizing the importance of communication skills in enhancing relationship quality. Training in interpersonal communication and emotional management could be an effective strategy in maintaining marital satisfaction, particularly for couples where the wife was employed. Peningkatan jumlah istri yang bekerja menciptakan dinamika baru dalam kehidupan pernikahan terutama dalam aspek emosional dan komunikasi yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan seksual suami. Peran ganda istri sebagai pekerja dan pasangan dalam rumah tangga menimbulkan tantangan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan hubungan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh regulasi emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan seksual suami yang memiliki istri bekerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan terdiri dari suami yang memiliki istri bekerja dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala regulasi emosi skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala kepuasan seksual. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan seksual suami. Komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan regulasi emosi dalam menjelaskan variasi kepuasan seksual. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi intervensi psikologis dan konseling pernikahan dengan menekankan pentingnya keterampilan komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hubungan pasangan. Pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal dan pengelolaan emosi dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menjaga kepuasan dalam pernikahan terutama bagi pasangan dengan istri bekerja.

This study uses a quantitative method. Participants in this study were 122 students of class XII of vocational high school with a sampling technique using quota sampling. The scales used were the parent attachment scale, self-concept scale, and decision-making scale. The correlation coefficient of the three variables rx12y is 0.423 (p <0.01) so there is a very significant relationship between parent attachment and self-concept with decision-making with an effective contribution of 17.9%. Therefore, the major hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between parent attachment and self-concept with decision-making is accepted. The results of the analysis of the parent attachment variable with decision-making show rx1y of 0.381 (p > 0.01) and an effective contribution of 14.5%. Therefore, there is a positive relationship between parent attachment and decision-making, the first hypothesis is accepted. While the results of the analysis of the self-concept variable with decision-making show rx2y of 0.327 (p <0.01) with an effective contribution of 10.7%. So there is a positive relationship between self-concept and decision making, the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic anxiety and parental attachment with suicidal ideation in out-of-town students. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 125 out-of-town students who were taken using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. The results of the major hypothesis show a significant relationship between academic anxiety and parental attachment with suicidal ideation with an r value of 0.919 and p of 0.000 (p <0.01), which means that there is a very significant relationship between academic anxiety and parental attachment with suicidal ideation with an effective contribution of 84.4%. The majority of students have high levels of academic anxiety and suicidal ideation. This study emphasizes the need for counseling services to reduce academic anxiety and strengthen family support as an effort to improve the mental health of out-of-town students.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk aspek psikologis yang sering kali belum mendapatkan perhatian memadai dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya kepatuhan sebagian wajib pajak yang tidak hanya disebabkan oleh persoalan administratif, tetapi juga oleh persepsi, pengetahuan, pengalaman layanan, kondisi emosional, dan tingkat trust terhadap pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana faktor psikologis membentuk perilaku kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima informan yang dipilih secara purposive, serta observasi untuk memperkuat interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mengenai manfaat pajak, pengalaman positif terhadap layanan online, pengetahuan yang memadai, dan pengaruh sosial berkontribusi pada kepatuhan yang stabil, sementara pengalaman layanan yang buruk, stres finansial, dan rendahnya trust dapat menurunkan motivasi dan menyebabkan kepatuhan yang fluktuatif atau reaktif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis perilaku dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan stigma publik dengan help seeking behavior pada siswa broken home. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 siswa SMP Negeri 2 Bae Kudus dari kelas VII sampai kelas IX yang berasal dari keluarga broken home, yaitu siswa dengan orang tua bercerai atau ditinggalkan oleh salah satu orang tua. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari skala help seeking behavior, skala self-efficacy, dan skala stigma publik dengan format skala Likert 4 pilihan respons. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan model signifikan dengan nilai p < 0,001 (p < 0,05) serta koefisien R = 0,598 dan R² = 0,357, sehingga hipotesis mayor diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis minor menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap help seeking behavior dengan nilai β = -0,096 dan p = 0,448 (p > 0,05), sehingga hipotesis minor 1 ditolak. Sementara itu, stigma publik menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang sangat signifikan terhadap help seeking behavior dengan nilai β = -0,597 dan p < 0,001, sehingga hipotesis minor 2 diterima. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi stigma publik maka semakin rendah help seeking behavior, dengan sumbangan efektif (kontribusi unik) stigma publik sebesar 35,4% (sr² = 0,354). Temuan ini menegaskan peran faktor sosial (stigma publik) yang lebih dominan dibanding faktor personal (self-efficacy) dalam menjelaskan help seeking behavior pada siswa broken home.
