Abstract

Olahraga lari merupakan kegiatan yang populer dan memiliki manfaat kesehatan yang signifikan. Dalam konteks agama Islam, penting untuk memahami pandangan agama terhadap olahraga lari. Artikel ini membahas pandangan Islam terhadap olahraga lari.Dalam agama Islam, menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran fisik sangat dianjurkan agar seseorang dapat melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik. Pandangan Islam terhadap olahraga lari mencakup beberapa aspek, seperti tujuan yang baik dalam berlari untuk menjaga kesehatan dan memperkuat tubuh. Moderasi dan keseimbangan juga ditekankan, sehingga olahraga lari tidak berlebihan atau terlalu keras. Selain itu, perlindungan aurat juga menjadi perhatian penting dalam olahraga lari. Pria dan wanita Muslim diharapkan untuk menjaga aurat mereka saat berlari dengan mengenakan pakaian yang longgar dan menutupi aurat. Prioritas ibadah juga harus dijaga, sehingga waktu olahraga tidak mengganggu waktu-waktu ibadah yang penting. Etika dan adab juga menjadi bagian integral dalam pandangan Islam terhadap olahraga lari. Umat Muslim diajarkan untuk menjaga sikap sportivitas, menghormati orang lain, dan menghindari perilaku yang merugikan. Dengan memahami pandangan Islam terhadap olahraga lari, umat Muslim dapat melaksanakan kegiatan fisik ini dengan keyakinan dan kesadaran akan prinsip-prinsip agama yang relevan. Olahraga lari menjadi sarana untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh dan memperoleh manfaat fisik serta spiritual yang selaras dengan ajaran agama Islam.

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, there has been a widespread understanding that sports and physical activities play a role in building character and developing moral values. Bung Karno once proposed that sports should be one of the main factors in building nationalism and shaping the character of the nation. In this context, sports activities become dynamic and serve as a tool for the nation's struggle. Through education, we can shape a strong mentality and character. Sports provide many positive aspects to us. In addition to focusing on physical factors, sports also train our attitude and mentality to become leaders. One way to shape the character of the nation is through sports. With sports, we can develop the character of the nation, the spirit of sportsmanship, and strengthen national unity. Therefore, all elements of society must play an active role in advancing national sports. Normatively and generally accepted, the formation of the character of the nation is very important for the younger generation and even determines the future of the nation. Keywords: Sports, Leadership, Building Character of the NationAbstrak: Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, telah ada pemahaman yang luas bahwa olahraga dan aktivitas fisik berperan dalam membangun karakter dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai moral. Bung Karno pernah mengusulkan bahwa olahraga harus menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam membangun rasa nasionalisme dan membentuk karakter bangsa. Dalam konteks ini, kegiatan olahraga menjadi dinamis dan berfungsi sebagai alat perjuangan bagi bangsa. Melalui pendidikan, kita dapat membentuk mental dan karakter yang kuat. Olahraga memberikan banyak hal positif kepada kita. Selain memperhatikan faktor fisik, olahraga juga melatih sikap dan mental kita untuk menjadi pemimpin. Salah satu cara untuk membentuk karakter bangsa adalah melalui olahraga. Dengan olahraga, kita dapat mengembangkan karakter bangsa, semangat sportivitas, dan mempererat persatuan bangsa. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menggali pandangan islam tentang pakaian yang digunakan dalam olahraga renang. Melalui pendekatan kepustakaan (Libarary Reseach) yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah. Instrumen penelitian peneliti itu sendiri (Human Instrument) yang meyelidiki perspektif islam kaitan penutupan aurat dan prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipatuhi dalam pemilihan pakain olahraga renang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan koperatif dan historis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemhaman mendalam tentang bagaimana islam mempengaruhi penilaian pakaian dalam aktivitas olahraga tertentu, khusunya renang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam pengembangan pakaian renang yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah islam dan menfasilitasi umat muslim dalam menjalakan olahraga renang sesuai dengan ajaran islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang lolos program kampus mengajar tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 103 orang, sedangkan sampel di ambil sebanyak 71 mahasiswa. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan angket atau kuisioner. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kategori pedagogik mahasiswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggnakan uji t One-Sample Test dengan value 60. Sebelum melakukan uji t, terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kategori kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa dengan kriteria Sangat tinggi sebesar 27% dan tinggi 73%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 40,805 dan jika dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = n-1 ( 71-1 = 70) sebesar 1,667. Jadi t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan program kampus mengajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima.

Abstract

Objective. The main objective of this research is to investigate the influence of physical education on the growth and development of student's character. This particular teaching methodology aims to shape the individual's personality holistically by promoting physical activity. The positive impact of this approach is not restricted to the mental sphere alone but also extends to the moral and ethical aspects of students' character. This study aims to explore the various ways in which physical education can enhance the overall caliber of students by promoting their physical fitness, mental well-being, and character development. Materials and Methods. Integrating character development with physical education through a character-based education approach can prove to be an effective way to enhance the overall development of an individual. This approach can holistically improve various aspects of an individual's growth, such as cognitive, physical, social-emotional, creative, and spiritual development. The research on this topic has been conducted using qualitative methods that rely on descriptive data obtained through literature studies. Results. Personality denotes a unique configuration of cognitive, affective, and behavioral traits that distinguishes an individual and shapes their interpersonal dynamics within various social units, ranging from the microcosm of the family to the macrocosm of the nation-state. The overarching objective of personality development is to engender individuals who embody values such as fidelity, integrity, physical and psychological well-being, erudition, understanding, originality, self-sufficiency, and civic accountability. In this regard, the domains of physical education and sports assume an instrumental role in fortifying and honing individual character through targeted interventions that address physical fitness, motor skills, psychological resilience, and ethical conduct. Conclusion. Various studies have shown that implementing physical education methodologies in school curricula can positively impact students' psychological and character development. This means that physical activities and exercises can help students not only improve their physical health but also their mental and emotional well-being, as well as their social skills and moral values. Therefore, it is important to recognize the significant role that physical education can play in promoting a holistic and well-rounded education for students.

Abstract

Olahraga merupakan salah satu aktivitas fisik maupun psikis seseorang yang berguna untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan seseorang setelah olahraga. Islam memandang bahwa kesehatan itu sangat penting karena kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia, sesuatu yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia  dikarenakan Islam adalah agama yang sempurna lagi menyeluruh, yang meliputi semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Agama Islam dan olahraga memiliki korelasi atau hubungan  dikarenakan setiap olahraga selalu mengedepankan sportifitas yang tak lain sangat berhubungan erat dengan kejujuran, kejujuran sangat perlu ditanamkan dalam setiap insan olahraga demi menjaga citra sportif dalam setiap pertandingan. Nabi Muhammad SAW, menurut sebuah hadis riwayat Imam Bukhari, menganjurkan para sahabatnya agar mampu menguasai bidang-bidang olahraga. Terutama berkuda, berenang, memanah, memanah, gulat, lari dan menombak atau lempar lembing. Para ulama mempunyai pandangan yang sama tentang hukum olahraga menurut ajaran Islam, bahwa hukum olahraga adalah Sunah atau dianjurkan melakukannya selama pelaksanaannya menurut ajaran Islam. Tetapi apabila dalam pelaksanaannya bertentangan dengan syariat Islam seperti memakai pakaian yang membuka aurat dan menimbulkan nafsu seksual serta menimbulkan perbuatan maksiat, maka hukumnya adalah haram. Tidak ada pertentangan antara olahraga dan agama malah sebaliknya saling mengisi dan mendukung pada masing-masing aktivitas yang berbeda. Kontroversi yang terjadi, bukanlah persoalan nilai dan manfaatnya secara prinsip, melainkan pada media yang dipakai oleh para pelaku olahraga seperti; berbusana, tujuan individu dalam melakukan olahraga.

Abstract

The continuous advancement of technology urges individuals to enhance their intellectual and moral maturity. Education plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that is intelligent and morally upright. Islamic religious education serves as the primary foundation, guiding the pursuit of truth, and becomes an essential need for Indonesian society. This research aims to explore character formation through Islamic religious education in the era of Generation Zet. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on the analysis of literature sources such as books, research journals, and seminar proceedings. From the literature review, it is evident that character education through Islamic religious education is rooted in religious values, Pancasila, culture, and the goals of national education. The implementation of moral values (character) in Islamic Religious Education is carried out through teaching methods, exemplary models, habits, discipline, and consequences to shape students' characters

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of swimming in maintaining a healthy body from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and literature studies. The research participants consisted of swimming athletes, swimming instructors, and participants in swimming sports programs in public places who came from the Muslim community. Research results show that swimming sports can provide great benefits for body health, such as increasing muscle strength, improving the cardiovascular system, and helping to lose weight. In the view of Islam, maintaining a healthy body is a requirement that must be met by every Muslim. However, as a Muslim, it is not enough just to do swimming, but also to pay attention to aspects related to religion, such as maintaining private parts, polite behavior, and avoiding things that can interfere with worship. The conclusion from this study is that swimming can be used as a way to maintain a healthy body and fulfill religious demands. However, in doing swimming sports, it is necessary to pay attention to aspects related to religion and local culture. Therefore, the recommendation from this study is that the government or educational institutions can develop swimming sports programs that are in accordance with Islamic views and local culture. In addition, the Muslim community also needs to choose the type of sport that is in accordance with local religious and cultural views in order to maintain a healthy body and protect religion.

Abstract

The digital era poses significant challenges to character education, where technological advancements have both positive and negative impacts on individual moral development. Religious values, as the foundation of ethics and morality, play a critical role in character education to navigate this era. This study aims to explore the concept of integrating religious values into character education in the digital era, focusing on implementation strategies, challenges, and relevant solutions. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, the findings reveal that the integration of religious values can be facilitated through digital technologies, such as religion-based learning applications, social media for disseminating moral messages, and religious-themed educational games. Additionally, a religious character-based curriculum and the reinforcement of the roles of teachers and parents are crucial to ensuring success. However, this implementation faces challenges, including digital disparities, exposure to harmful content, and a lack of digital literacy among educators. To overcome these issues, strategic measures such as intensive teacher training, the development of moral value-based educational platforms, and cross-sector collaboration among governments, educational institutions, and religious communities are essential. In conclusion, the integration of religious values into character education in the digital era represents a strategic effort to cultivate a generation that is not only intellectually capable but also morally and spiritually resilient

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani  di sekolah tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter positif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana sinergi antara aspek fisik dan moral dalam pendidikan jasmani dapat membangun nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, kerjasama, sportivitas, dan ketangguhan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah menengah di Kecamatan Belo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter secara efektif, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan fasilitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan jasmani dapat berfungsi sebagai media yang efektif untuk membentuk karakter siswa secara holistik. Rekomendasi meliputi penguatan kurikulum berbasis karakter dan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan integrasi nilai-nilai moral dalam pendidikan jasmani. Fostering Positive Character through Physical Education in Schools: A Synergy between Physical and Moral Development Abstract Physical education in schools is not only aimed at improving physical fitness but also plays a crucial role in shaping students' positive character. This study explores how the synergy between physical and moral aspects in physical education can foster values such as discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis in several secondary schools in Belo District. The findings indicate that physical education effectively instills character values, despite challenges such as limited instructional time and inadequate facilities. The study concludes that physical education serves as an effective medium for holistic character development. Recommendations include strengthening character-based curricula and providing teacher training to enhance the integration of moral values in physical education.
