Abstract

This research discusses efforts to increase the competitiveness of "Tarekli" MSMEs through SWOT analysis. The main goal of this analysis is to maximize strengths and opportunities, while reducing weaknesses and threats faced by the business. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, relying on data from scientific journals and online publications. The analysis results show that Tarekli has advantages in the form of product and service quality, but faces challenges such as distribution difficulties and dependence on raw materials with unstable prices. Innovation in packaging and brand strengthening were identified as strategic steps to increase competitiveness. SWOT analysis provides important insights for MSMEs in formulating growth strategies and increasing customer satisfaction..

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be the backbone of a country's economy, because their form of business can revive a declining economy. The method used is to conduct a survey to determine the condition of needs of MSME actors in Salama, Na'e District, then analyze problems that occur among MSMEs and determining programs to overcome existing problems. From the analysis that has been determined, the solution that can be implemented is to provide socialization and assistance in creating NIBs through OSS for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The assistance activity in creating Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for MSMEs in the Salama area, Na'e sub-district, Bima city, succeeded in increasing business actors' understanding of the importance of business legality. Of the MSMEs in Nae Village, especially the Salama Ward, it was recorded that 20 had succeeded in having NIBs where making NIBs through the OSS system can be done easily and quickly. This mentoring activity provides wider access to government assistance and capital.

Abstract

A weakness that is often faced by MSME players is product packaging which can be said to be ordinary or even unattractive. Packaging is one of the weaknesses of MSME products or competing with the products of large manufacturing companies. Several problems such as limited capital, market access and production volume mean that some MSME players do not consider packaging to be an important element of their business. To carry out MSME development in Tarekli MSMEs, we conducted a survey of Tarekli MSME players. Surveys were carried out to collect data and information, survey activities were carried out by visiting Tarekli MSME business locations and interviewing business owners directly with the results of determining the program that would be implemented and the time for implementing the work program. The results of the survey activities we carried out on MSMEs in Nae Village were to provide understanding and implementation of MSME product innovation in Nae Village by delivering material on product innovation and development, designing logos and brands, and providing product manufacturing training.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is based on Pancasila in the foundations of its life. One of the Pancasila precepts is Belief in One Almighty God, which in everyday life religiosity is very evident in the behavior of Indonesian people. One of the reflections of this first sila behavior in everyday life is the consideration of consumers in choosing products to be consumed based on their beliefs. Religiosity is an inner relationship between humans and God that can affect their lives. The inner relationship between humans and God in everyday life such as carrying out worship or prayer rituals (Alfiani, 2013). In relation to worship, in order to meet human needs, especially for women, recently consumer awareness regarding halal and safe cosmetic products has begun to increase. According to Kottler in Abzari, et al (2014) buying interest is consumer behavior where consumers have a desire to choose and consume a product. Purchase intention arises from products and attributes offered to the market for attention, acquisition, use or consumption that might satisfy a want or need. Each cosmetic product offers various advantages such as quality, features and product design. With the increasing number of cosmetic products circulating in Indonesia, it results in various considerations for the public in making purchasing decisions. Purchase decisions arise because of consumer attitudes towards an object or product consumer confidence in product quality. Kottler and Keller (2016) state that product quality is a product's ability to perform its functions, this ability includes durability, reliability, accuracy obtained as a whole. The needs of women are slightly different from men, for women appearance is very important because women always want to look beautiful in front of other people. Apart from the need for food, drink and clothing, cosmetics are a necessity that cannot be ignored for women today. Each cosmetic product offers various advantages such as quality, features and product design. With more and more variants of cosmetic and skin care products circulating in Indonesia, this raises various considerations for the public in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Posyandu Service Satisfaction on Patient Satisfaction at Kumbe Pueskesmas. The population in this study were all people who had received posyandu services. The type of research used in this research is associative. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using statistical calculations through the statistical package application for social sciences (SPSS). The results of this research indicate that the Customer Satisfaction variable influences patient satisfaction at the Kumbe Community Health Center

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to provide training and support to UMKM in order to be able to develop and improve the quality of products and marketing. In KKN activities, there are UMKM selected to obtain construction and support. Several stages in building UMKM through KKN include visits to UMKM, helping to market UMKM products through social media, and optimizing production management and marketing via social media. Through these activities, UMKM is expected to improve product quality, marketing, and business management. This journal provides an overview of how UMKM construction is carried out through Real Work College activities and provides insight into the efforts made to improve the quality and marketing of UMKM products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima, yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), dan tenaga honorer. Jumlah keseluruhan pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima adalah 890 orang, yang terdiri dari 490 orang PNS, 188 orang PPPK, dan 212 orang honorer dengan sampel berjumlah  50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan pada produktivitas kerja pegawai di RSUD Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. FIF Group Cabang Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah penelitian asositif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan tingkat hubungan antara promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kategori kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen pada Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima tidak di ketahui dengan pasti. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 50 orang mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa : (a) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima; (b) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima; dan (c) Kualitas Produk dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Toko Duta Grosir Kota Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and halal labeling on purchasing interest in Wardah lipstick in Bima City. The background of this study stems from the increasing use of lipstick products, which have become a staple in modern society, as well as increasingly fierce competition between brands. Wardah, as a well-known brand, faces challenges in maintaining its brand image, adjusting prices, and maintaining the quality of product features amidst evolving lifestyles. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents selected using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression processed with SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that partially, price, brand image, and halal labeling significantly influenced purchasing interest in Wardah lipstick in Bima City. Similarly, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced purchasing interest. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 14.3% indicates that the variation in purchase intention can be explained by price, brand image, and halal label, while the remaining influence is influenced by other factors outside this research model. The implications of these results indicate the importance of companies focusing on improving features and lifestyle suitability in their marketing strategies.
