Abstract

Loyalty programs are designed to encourage and maintain customer loyalty to a brand, company, or product. In these programs, customers are often given incentives, rewards, or special benefits in exchange for repeat purchases or other desired behaviors. The primary goal of loyalty programs is to increase customer retention, strengthen the relationship between the brand and customers, and enhance the customers' lifetime value. To identify loyal customers at Agung Toyota Kuta, a tool is needed to expedite the determination of customer status. In this research, data collection methods through interviews and observations are complemented by conducting literature studies on books, theses, journals, data collection, and references that support this research. The system development method uses the waterfall method, and the program design uses the Laravel framework. The implemented system is expected to help determine loyal customers so that it can provide various types of benefits, such as discounts, access to exclusive offers, or other special treatments to loyal customers. The company can enhance its promotional strategies and communication systems so that customers become more aware of the workshop's loyalty program. By providing accurate information systems regarding customer loyalty programs that are accessible to those concerned.

Abstract

Sistem informasi adalah sebuah sistem yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen dalam sebuah organisasi untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan, yaitu menyajikan informasi. Sistem informasi juga dapat diartikan sebagai sekumpulan komponen yang saling berhubungan yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, memproses, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan pengawasan dalam organisasi. Sudamala Care adalah klinik perawatan luka modern yang beralamat di Jalan Kalah Raya No. 5, Br. Kalah, Batubulan. Sistem pengolahan data pada klinik Sudamala Care masih menggunakan sistem pengolahan data secara manual, dimana perawat melakukan pencatatan secara manual pada kertas untuk penyimpanan data perawat dan pasien, serta stok obat yang tersedia di klinik Sudamala Care. Pengolahan data secara manual pada klinik Sudamala Care mengurangi efisiensi waktu dalam pekerjaan seperti pencarian data pasien, maupun perawat.Rancang bangun sistem informasi pada Klinik Sudamala Care menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to develop the potential of tourist destinations in Apuan village by utilising information technology-based local wisdom, which empowers the potential of the community in increasing family income through increasing creative economic businesses supporting tourist destinations. While the specific target of this service activity, namely in the development of tourism destination promotion. This activity was carried out for 1 (one) month, with several stages of activities in the implementation of this Community Service (PKM), including: (1) initial evaluation; (2) group formation; (3) QR-Code making training; (4) Facebook Marketplace making training; (5) business management assistance; (6) final evaluation, and (7) special monitoring for sustainability. The activities have been implemented, and the village community has begun to utilise Facebook Marketplace as a medium for digital-based tourism promotion.

Abstract

Quizizz training for teachers at SMA PGRI Blahbatuh aims to improve teacher competence in information technology. The training was conducted for one day. Starting from introducing Quzizz in general, making presentations to making quizzes. Based on the training results, trials of using Quizziz independently, and mentoring, teachers have been able to use Quizizz as a learning media.

Abstract

Ketupat is a unique culture and tradition in Bali. Ketupat is often used as a banten offering. This unique procession of the ketupat war is held once a year to coincide with the Purnama Kapat. The ketupat war is a traditional event with participants throwing ketupat at each other. It aims to be grateful for all the gifts that the Creator has given to humans in this world. This tradition has existed since the 1970s with the beginning of its appearance involving two shirtless men. The ketupat war ceremony is part of the yadnya as the basis for the return of the Tri Rna. In today's era of the development of science and technology, people are only focused on meeting material needs, understanding the meaning of rituals and religious events is decreasing, and it is considered an incriminating or even meaningless activity. In this study, a dataset of 90 was used with 18 types of ketupat used, namely: bagia, batu dam-pulan, bracelet, kale, mattress, kedis, kepel, kroso, lepet, pengambean, sai, cow, sari, sirikan, suna, tulud, tumpeng. This study aims to determine the per-formance of Logistic Regression Classifier by using color, HSV, GLCM and shape features. The dataset used is a typical Balinese ketupat type of 90 data. In this test, 4 test scenarios are used: 1) The first test scenario, the dataset input performs the preprocessing process, HSV imagery, and the color feature extraction process where the output results are in the form of hue, saturation and value values in the form of excel files. 2) The second test scenario, the input dataset performs a preprocessing process, grayscale, and performs the GLCM feature extraction process where the output results are in the form of feature values of angle 00, angle 450, angle 900 and angle 1350 in the form of an excel file. 3) The third test scenario, the dataset input performs the preprocessing process, binner, performs the form feature extraction process where the output results are in the form of metric, eccentricity in the form of excel files. 4) The fourth test scenario, from the 3 (three) feature extractions carried out, the new dataset, the next stage is to implement the Logistic Re-gression classifier method to obtain accuracy values. Based on the results of the classification, testing and analysis, the level of accuracy from each of them was obtained with a training accuracy value of 69.84% and a testing accuracy of 22.2%, which means that the classification method was declared ineffective in analyzing the features used in the ketupat classification, so it is necessary to compare it with other methods so that it gets an accuracy result above 90%.
