Abstract

The waste problem is a serious problem that affects the environment and human health. Involving young children in waste management is very important because they are the future generation. One effective method for instilling waste disposal behavior in young children is by providing educational games. This literature review aims to find out how to instill waste disposal behavior through games in early childhood. The method used is systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA). Based data obtained from Google Scholar, PubMed/NCBI, UpToDate, Springer, Wiley on Library, ScienceDirect, MedRxiv, DOAJ, MDPI, and JAMA Network. A total of 3,728 journals were found which were then filtered based on related titles and 1,400 journal titles were obtained. Next, selection was carried out based on research variables, where there were 764 journals that were excluded because there were no suitable variables, namely those related to instilling trash throwing behavior in children through games, so that the remaining 636 journals were then filtered based on the research method used. It was found that 444 journals did not use the method cross sectional study, cohort, experimental study, quasi experiment, and field research so that the remaining 192 journals were then filtered again based on journal access and journal indexes to obtain 14 journals.

Abstract

Introduction: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) plays a crucial role in supporting optimal healthcare services in hospitals. SIMRS enables efficient and effective management of information, ranging from patient data to hospital administration. At Madani Regional General Hospital, Palu, the implementation of SIMRS has been carried out; however, operational challenges and user satisfaction issues still need to be evaluated. This study aims to evaluate the utilization of SIMRS at Madani Regional General Hospital, Palu, in 2024, and to analysed the impact of system usage, user satisfaction, information quality, and service quality on the net benefits of SIMRS. Methods: This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study approach and logistic regression analysis. The population of this study includes all employees at Madani Regional General Hospital, Palu. The sample consists of 172 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula Results: The study shows that system usage (p = 0.007), user satisfaction (p = 0.003), information quality (p = 0.002), and service quality (p = 0.006) are associated with the utilization of SIMRS at Madani Regional General Hospital, Palu. Based on Binary Logistic analysis, the variable with the strongest influence is System Usage (Sig = 0.006) Conclusion: This study concludes that the use of SIMRS at Madani Regional General Hospital, Palu, provides significant benefits in terms of hospital service efficiency and effectiveness. System usage is the most dominant factor influencing the utilization of HMIS, followed by user satisfaction, information quality, and service quality. It is recommended to continuously improve the quality of system usage by providing ongoing training for hospital staff.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bidang Kesehatan merupakan acuan bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dalam penyediaan pelayanan Kesehatan yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga secara minimal dengan target SPM wajib 100% setiap tahunnya. Pelaksanaan SPM pada pelayanan penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Kalabbirang yaitu sebanyak 2499 kasus, namun hanya 499 dengan capaian (41,83%) kasus hipertensi yang mendapatkan pelayanan Kesehatan sesuai standar. Tujuan : Untuk mendapatkan Gambaran secara mendalam tentang analisis implementasi kebijakan standar pelayanan minimal penyakit hipertensi di Puskesmas Kalabbirang. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode deskriptif adalah penelitian yang melukiskan, menggambarkan, atau memaparkan keadaan objek yang diteliti sebagai apa adanya, sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi ketika penelitian tersebut dilakukan. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi belum berjalan dengan maksimal, kebijakan SPM hipertensi yang dimuat dalam PMK No. 4 tahun 2019 belum ditransmisikan kepada Masyarakat sebagai sasaran dari kebijakan. Sumber daya manusia masih kurang memadai, disposisi sudah berjalan dengan baik, telah melaksanakan koordinasi dan komitmen melibatkan lintas program dan lintas sektor terkait. Struktur birokrasi sudah berjalan cukup baik. Mekanisme pelaksanaan berjalan sudah berjalan sesuai SOP dengan pedoman peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 4 Tahun 2019. Implementasi SPM pelayanan penyakit hipertensi di Puskesmas kalabbirang sudah berjalan cukup baik. Diharapkan dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten pangkep dan Puskesmas kalabbirang agar meningkatkan aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi dalam pelaksanaannya. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah aspek komunikasi, struktur birokrasi serta disposisi dinilai cukup optimal dalam keberhasilan program Keluarga Berencana di Kab. Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Sedangkan aspek sumber daya belum teraktualisasi dengan baik. Abstract Background: The Family Planning Program aims to plan births in order to improve the welfare of mothers and children and ensure controlled population growth. In Indonesia, the family planning program is based on Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development. Based on data from the DPPKB of Pangkep Regency, there has been a decrease in the number of acceptors in the last 3 years. Objective: To explore the implementation of the family planning program policy in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Method: This type of research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 9 informants. The informant selection technique was purposive sampling. Results: The results of the study showed that the communication aspect was running optimally, as seen from the counseling and promotion of family planning activities that were running well. Although the average family planning acceptor did not participate in counseling because not aware of the activity. In addition, it was found that the human resources aspect was not optimal in terms of quantity, so that family planning counselors had multiple tasks. However, it was considered optimal in terms of quality because all parties had received training. Financial resources and infrastructure are also met because they’re well available. From the disposition aspect, the local government is quite committed because the family planning program can run well, even though this program is not yet based on local regulations, supported by KB officers who are active in the service. Meanwhile, from the aspect of bureaucratic structure, each participants doing the tasks with fragmentation and family planning services have a clear flow according to SOP. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the aspects of communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition are considered quite optimal in the success of the Family Planning program in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Meanwhile, the resource aspect hasn’t been properly actualized.

Abstract

Keberhasilan rumah sakit dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien dan kinerja, memerlukan perawat yang puas dalam pekerjaannya. Perawat yang merasa puas dalam bekerja akan merasa senang terhadap pekerjaanya. Ketidakpuasan perawat dapat dinyatakan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya dengan pengabaian dan kemangkiran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward, insentif, pembagian tugas, dan supervisi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional study.Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 responden. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uii regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Reward (ρ 0,004<α 0,05), Insentif (ρ 0,000<α 0,05), Pembagian tugas (ρ 0,000<α 0,05) terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat. Sedangakan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Supervisi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat (ρ 0,059<α 0,05). Hasil uji regresi logistic menunjukkan bahwa insentif paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat diruang Rawat Inap RS Islam Faisal Makassar Tahun 2018. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara reward, insentif dan pembagian tugas terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara supervisi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat diruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar.
