Abstract

Raising patient happiness is one of the objectives for raising the bar for healthcare services. It has been demonstrated that people who are happy with the medical care they receive are more likely to heed advice, stay faithful, or stick to treatment regimens. The goal of research at RSUD Kota Padang is to ascertain how competency, interpersonal communication, and service quality affect the happiness of BPJS patients. Associative and descriptive thinking were combined in the quantitative methods employed for this investigation. A purposive sampling procedure yielded a sample size of 100 individuals, and SPSS was utilized as an analysis tool to do multiple linear regression. The results of research indicate that: (1) Patient satisfaction is impacted by competence. (2) Interpersonal communication has a major impact on patient satisfaction. (3) The standard of care greatly affects patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing transfers and promotions and their role in improving performance. Obstacles are faced and efforts are made to overcome obstacles that arise within the UIN Imam Bonjol Padang environment. The research design is descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from research sources, consisting of employees who carried out job transfers and promotions. Secondary data is data related to research problems obtained from related agencies through activity reports, documentation studies, etc.  Presentation of data in the form of tables, pictures, graphs, and results of direct interviews with research sources. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. The research results show that the transfer and promotion processes carried out are by following the institutional SOP. Transfers are carried out based on suitability between ASN employee competencies and position requirements, position classification, and career patterns, taking into account the principle of prohibiting conflicts of interest. Meanwhile, one of the job promotion processes begins with a Competency Assessment, aimed at mapping civil servants based on position competencies to create superior human resources. The transfer and promotion process plays a role in improving performance by achieving institutional work targets. There are still obstacles in the transfer and promotion process within UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that organizations continue to improve employee capabilities through skills training provided periodically. For this reason, it is necessary to allocate funds from institutions to develop quality human resources for the future progress of UIN Imam Bonjol. Keywords: transfer, promotion, performance, ASN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Siberut Barat Daya. Kemudian secara simultan melihat pengaruh Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja. Desain penelitian adalah; penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru. Seadangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling (sampel keseluruhan (Sugiyono, 2021). Berdasarkan jumlah populasi maka diambil sebanyak 34 guru sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ; Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja. Selanjutnya Pengawasan, Disiplin kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Untuk meningkatkan Kinerja, Pengawasan dilakukan secara terencana, terstruktur, dan mendukung. Peningkatan Disiplin Kerja dicapai dengan membentuk budaya kerja yang kuat melalui aturan yang jelas dan konsisten serta pemberian penghargaan kepada guru yang menunjukkan kedisiplinan tinggi. Lingkungan Kerja yang kondusif memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru. Sekolah perlu meningkatkan fasilitas fisik, seperti menyediakan ruang kerja yang nyaman, alat bantu pembelajaran yang memadai, serta memastikan lingkungan yang bersih dan aman.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide insights, learning experiences, and business opportunities for students and provide lecturers with a perspective on MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) activities. The production of healthy tofu is the choice of location for service because tofu is a source of nutritious food needed by all levels of society. The demand for tofu in the market is a demand that continues to repeat every day. Various variants derived from tofu can also be developed as a source of business income. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with tofu factory owners, the process of making healthy tofu can be explained. Various necessary equipment, quality raw materials, and production results are presented descriptively and supplemented by photos taken during the service process. The process of making healthy tofu begins with soybean soaking, grinding, filtering, and printing healthy tofu. Then the tofu produced is processed into various variants, such as tofu stuffed meatballs, soy milk, and stuffed tofu. The service activities carried out have gone according to plan and have provided entrepreneurial insights for students as one of the ideas in doing business.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan, pengalaman belajar dan peluang berusaha bagi mahasiswa dan memberikan dosen prespektif tentang aktivitas UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) dan merupakan sumber bahan pembelajaran bagi mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sulitnya lapangan pekerjaan di sector formal merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi sebagai lembaga yang turut bertanggung jawab bagi lulusannya. Pembuatan tahu sehat menjadi pilihan lokasi untuk pengabdian karena tahu merupakan sumber makanan yang bergizi yang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Permintaan tahu dipasaran merupakan permintaan yang terus berulang setiap harinya. Berbagai varian yang berasal dari tahu juga bisa dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pemilik pabrik tahu dapat dijelaskan proses pembuatan tahu sehat. Berbagai peralatan yang diperlukan, bahan baku yang berkualitas, hasil produksi dipaparkan secara deskriptif dan ditambah dengan foto-foto yang diambil selama proses pengabdian dilakukan. Proses pembuatan tahu sehat dimulai dengan perendaman kedelai, penggilingan, penyaringan, pencetakan tahu sehat. Kemudian tahu yang dihasilkan diolah menjadi berbagai varian, seperti tahu isi bakso, susu kedelai dan tahu isi. Pemasaran tahu sehat meliputi berbagai hotel, café, rumah makan dan warga masyarakat yang langsung datang membeli tahu ke pabrik. Karena tahu sehat tidak dijual di pasar seperti tahu lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan telah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan telah memberikan wawasan berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa sebagai salah satu ide dalam berusaha. Dosen dapat menambah wawasan tentang aktivitas UMKM dan menjadi bahan ajar pada matakuliah kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang City from an economic perspective. The variables analyzed include business capital, education level, and digital technology as the main determinants of income. In addition, digital technology is also positioned as a mediating variable that links the effects of business capital and education on income. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis and mediation testing through the Sobel test. Data were collected from 200 MSME actors in Padang City using questionnaires. The results show that business capital and education have a positive and significant effect on income. Digital technology is also proven to have a significant influence and acts as a mediator in the relationship. The findings indicate that the increase in MSME income is not only determined by traditional economic factors but also by the level of digital technology utilization. Therefore, improving digital literacy and access to technology is an important aspect in strengthening MSME competitiveness.
