Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reading and writing on students' speech abilities. This research was conducted at East Jakarta Private Senior High School. The time of the research was carried out from September to December 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive (expost facto), namely the procedure for solving problems that are currently happening by describing or describing the facts in the field as they really are. The analysis technique used is correlational. These findings indicate that the variable data on reading skills varies quite a bit. The normality test results obtained with the SPSS 17.0 for Windows process variable reading skills (X1) on students' speech abilities (Y) can be seen in the graph or figure 5.4 that the data (dots) spread around the diagonal line and the distri-bution follows the diagonal line which means that regression is feasible to use to predict the reading skill variable (X1) based on the input of the speech ability variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the habit of reading comic books with the writing ability of class X students of SMK PGRI 16 East Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that there is a significant relationship between reading habits of comic books and writing skills of students in class X SMK PGRI 16 East Jakarta. This is because based on the results of the t-test, it is obtained that tcount = 8.219 > ttable = 2.0252. The two variables are strongly correlated. That's because based on the results of the correlation analysis obtained r = 0.80. This relationship is categorized as high/strong because it is in the range between 0.60 – 0.80. The contribution of the habit of reading comic books to the writing ability of students in class XI SMK PGRI 16 East Jakarta is 64%. Keywords: Reading comic book, Writing skill

Abstract

Kegiatan industri rumah tangga merupakan sektor yang penting karena dapat memperluas lapangan kerja sebagai indikator peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha rumah tangga yang produktif.  Seiring dengan upaya pembangunan ekonomi secara menyeluruh, pemberdayaan masyarakat masih sangat diperlukan agar kehidupan perekonomiannya tidak tertinggal dari sebagian masyarakat yang sudah eksis dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi di luar sektor pertanian.  Hasil wawancara tim PKM-PM dengan anggota PKK RW 04 Cilangkap menunjukkan bahwa 79,4% belum memiliki pengalaman menjalankan usaha industri rumah tangga dan 91,2% masyarakat mitra setuju dengan adanya kegiatan mendapatkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang usaha industri rumah tangga.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, unggah konten, edukasi, observasi lahan, pelatihan budidaya rimpang, pengolahan rimpang, praktik pengemasan dan pemasaran produk minuman herbal instan melalui pemasaran digital maupun langsung, serta monitoring evaluasi dan pengaderan.  Hasil dari kegiatan ini ditinjau berdasarkan luaran kegiatan yaitu peran kelompok wanita tani mulai produktif dengan menanam TOGA yang dijadikan bahan baku pembuatan minuman herbal instan dan mampu secara mandiri memproduksi minuman herbal instan yang bisa dijual untuk menunjang perekonomian keluarga anggota PKK RW 04 Cilangkap.

Abstract

This research aims to process and analyze information related to (1) social studies learning and (2) social studies learning principles. This research takes the form of a literature study. The data collection method used is the documentation method for library study procedures, namely topic selection, information exploration, determining research focus, collecting data sources, reading data sources, making research notes, processing research notes, and preparing reports. The data source is bibliographic or comes from various literature, including books, journals, newspapers, personal documents, and so on. The instrument in library research is the researcher himself. The results of social science research integrate social sciences such as geography, economics, history and sociology. The research results show that (1) Social Studies has a close relationship with Social Sciences. The relationship between Social Studies and Social Sciences is that Social Sciences is based on Social Studies. However, learning at school in Social Studies is different from Social Sciences. The location of these differences lies in the level of thinking of students at the level of education. (2) The principles of social Studies learning refer to learning integration, learning interaction, continuity and change in learning material, contextual learning material.

Abstract

There is no independence of a nation without nationalism. The birth of a country and national passion are always built by a strong sense of nationalism. Nationalism will never be obsolete and will remain the identity of every child of the nation and become the pride of the nation whatever "ism" they adhere to. Nationalism that fades will fade identity and weaken national pride. Therefore, it is necessary to have an effective educational format to maintain the spirit and passion of intergenerational nationalism so that we are not careless ideologically and culturally, especially in realizing a "Golden Indonesia" in 2045. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) in Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. This study uses an evaluation method with the CIPP evaluation model approach (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The results of the study prove that: 1) Context, the implementers of the Independent Curriculum Implementation program, all important elements and personnel, namely the principal, educators, education personnel, parents of students and other stakeholders; 2) Input, in designing programs, implementing programs, and the performance of all personnel, especially students as learners as well as “extended output” of the entire process is very good because the support; personnel, budget, facilities, and various media are relatively complete; 3) Process, the implementation of the entire Independent Curriculum Implementation program (IKM) including the Pancasila student profile strengthening program (P5) went very well; 4) Product, performance (appraisal) of students as subjects of dynamics in the entire learning process can be witnessed at events that have been determined by the school very well and varied according to the chosen themes. Thus, the fruits of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) and the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening program (P5) are very impressive and need to be carried out continuously.

Abstract

BKB PAUD Flamboyan Kelurahan Gedong beralamat di Jl. Hj. Taiman Barat, RT.05/02, Gedong, Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Sekolah berdiri di bawah naungan kelurahan dan termasuk dalam program PKK.  Mitra memiliki dua orang guru yang berasal dari anggota PKK dan jumlah peserta didik 16. Rentang usia orang tua peserta didik adalah 30-38 tahun dengan tingkat pendidikan orang tua peserta didik mayoritas lulusan sekolah lanjutan tingkat.  Rerata jumlah anak orang tua peserta didik adalah 3 orang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan mitra, Tim menemukan masih minimnya pengetahuan orang tua siswa mengenai alternatif pola asuh yang sejalan dengan perkembangan otak. Mengingat pentingnya peran pola asuh dalam pembentukan karakter anak sebagai generasi muda penerus bangsa, Tim melaksanakan kegiatan edukasi bagi mitra guna meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai brain-based parenting sebagai antisipasi generasi cemas. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa ceramah dan diskusi secara luring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra mengenai brain-based parenting yang ditunjukkan dengan pemahaman implementasi metode RPM3 berupa Responding, Preventing, Mentoring, Monitoring, dan Modelling.

Abstract

Semangat nasionalisme telah menjadi fondasi utama dalam memperkuat persatuan dan kedaulatan bangsa Indonesia sejak masa kebangkitan nasional hingga mencapai kemerdekaan. Namun, dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, gairah nasionalisme mulai memudar, mengancam identitas dan semangat cinta tanah air generasi muda. Masalah ini menjadi perhatian karena pentingnya revitalisasi nasionalisme sebagai modal utama dalam mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran pendidikan dalam merevitalisasi nasionalisme dan menyediakan rekomendasi strategis untuk memperkuat semangat cinta tanah air di kalangan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (library research), menelaah berbagai sumber literatur terkait nasionalisme, pendidikan, dan sejarah bangsa Indonesia seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen resmi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan memiliki peran sentral dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme melalui karakter, pengetahuan sejarah, dan pembelajaran nilai-nilai Pancasila. Selain itu, pendidikan perlu menumbuhkan kesadaran akan makna keberagaman dan hakikat kedaulatan. Kesimpulan, revitalisasi nasionalisme harus menjadi bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan melalui pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kontekstual. Saran, pentingnya kolaborasi seluruh elemen bangsa dalam menyusun program pendidikan yang mampu membangkitkan semangat cinta tanah air dan nasionalisme secara berkelanjutan.
