Abstract

Jaringan komputer berperan krusial dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan di era digital. Serangan siber dengan sifat anomali mengancam stabilitas sistem, baik dalam dunia bisnis maupun bagi individu. Teknik deteksi anomali diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas mencurigakan yang berpotensi mengganggu operasional sistem. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur sistematis yang membahas penerapan machine learning dalam mendeteksi serangan anomali pada jaringan komputer. Fokus kajian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya kebutuhan keamanan siber di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, keuangan, pendidikan, dan pemerintahan. Machine learning dipilih karena kemampuannya mengenali pola dari data historis, sehingga meningkatkan akurasi dalam deteksi anomali secara adaptif. Hasil tinjauan terhadap penelitian sebelumnya membuktikan bahwa machine learning efektif dalam mengidentifikasi serangan anomali. Beragam algoritma yang telah diterapkan menunjukkan kemampuan dalam menghadapi ancaman keamanan jaringan yang tidak terduga.

Abstract

Manajemen Keamanan Informasi (Information Security Management) adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung organisasi di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas, kesesuaian, dan cakupan masing-masing framework dalam mendukung standar manajemen keamanan informasi. Framework seperti COBIT2019 dan TOGAF menawarkan pendekatan yang berbeda tetapi saling melengkapi untuk penerapan standar keamanan informasi. Analisis tersebut didasarkan pada literatur review, tinjauan teori, dan implementasi di berbagai organisasi. Penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi memilih dan mengintegrasikan framework yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan situasi organisasi. Studi ini juga membantu meningkatkan pemahaman teoritis dan praktis tentang penerapan standar manajemen keamanan informasi berbasis framework.

Abstract

Abstract: Information technology (IT) has experienced rapid development in recent years, significantly impacting various aspects of life, including education and students' emotional development. This study aims to compare the impact of information technology on the emotional intelligence of Junior High School (SMP) students in 2016 and 2024. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 400 junior high school students from the two periods. The findings indicate significant differences in self-awareness, emotion management, empathy, and social skills between the two periods. Although IT has provided benefits in enhancing access to information and communication skills, negative impacts such as reduced direct social interaction and increased digital stress were also identified. This study highlights the importance of adaptive educational strategies to optimize the role of IT in students' emotional intelligence development. Keyword: Information Technology; Emotional Intelligence; Junior High School Students; Comparison of 2016 and 2024 Abstrak: Teknologi informasi (TI) telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan dan perkembangan emosional siswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dampak teknologi informasi terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) pada tahun 2016 dan 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 400 siswa SMP dari dua periode waktu tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam aspek kesadaran diri, manajemen emosi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial siswa antara kedua periode tersebut. Meskipun TI memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan akses informasi dan keterampilan komunikasi, dampak negatif seperti penurunan interaksi sosial langsung dan peningkatan stres digital juga teridentifikasi. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi pendidikan yang adaptif untuk mengoptimalkan peran TI dalam perkembangan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi; Kecerdasan Emosional; Siswa SMP; Perbandingan 2016 dan 2024

Abstract

Abstract: Leave is one of the entitlements provided by companies to employees. Matters related to leave and permissions are also regulated under Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Currently, the leave application process for employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Tebing Tinggi is still conducted manually. Checking remaining leave balances, submitting leave requests, and approving leave are done in a hierarchical manner and still rely on paper-based leave archives. This leave management process has several weaknesses. Employees are unable to check their remaining leave balance, and another drawback is that the leave application process is inefficient and ineffective. The purpose of this study is to address the shortcomings of the current system while simplifying and accelerating the employee leave application process. In designing this leave application, the author uses modeling tools such as flow maps. The system approach method follows an object-oriented methodology, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Deployment Diagrams, along with database system design and user interface design. Keyword: Application; Employee Leave; Ministry of Religious Affairs; Web Abstrak: Cuti merupakan salah satu kewajiban perusahaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Hal mengenai perizinan dan cuti tersebut juga telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Proses aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan Kementerian Agama Tebing Tinggi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, pengecekan sisa cuti, pengajuan cuti dan persetujuan cuti dilakukan secara berjenjang dan masih mengandalkan arsip cuti berupa kertas. Proses pengelolaan cuti tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan. Pegawai tidak bisa mengetahui sisa hak cuti pribadi dan kelemahan yang lain adalah proses pengajuan cuti kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada pada sistem yang berjalan saat ini serta mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengajuan cuti karyawan. Pada perancangan aplikasi cuti ini penulis menggunakan alat pemodelan berupa flow map, metode pendekatan sistem menggunakan metode berorientasi objek yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Deployment Diagram, rancangan sistem basis data dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. Kata kunci: Aplikasi; Cuti Pegawai; Kementerian Agama; Web

Abstract

Abstract: The application of the K-means clustering algorithm as an innovative method for readiness segmentation, enabling the grouping of individuals based on their preparedness in the selection process. With the background issue of the lack of systematic methods to identify individual readiness, this study aims to develop an effective segmentation model using K-Means. The research method involves collecting relevant data and applying the K-Means algorithm to identify optimal clusters. The results show that the K-Means algorithm successfully grouped individuals into clusters according to their selection readiness, providing strategic insights for decision-makers in conducting a more accurate and efficient selection process. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of more targeted and effective selection strategies. Keyword: Selection Strategy; Readiness-Based Grouping; Data Clustering. Abstrak: Penerapan algoritma K-means clustering sebagai metode inovatif untuk segmentasi kesiapan seleksi, yang memungkinkan pengelompokan individu berdasarkan kesiapan mereka dalam proses seleksi. Dengan latar belakang permasalahan kurangnya metode sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan individu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model segmentasi yang efektif menggunakan K-Means. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data relevan dan penerapan algoritma K-Means untuk mengidentifikasi cluster yang optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means berhasil mengelompokkan individu ke dalam cluster yang sesuai dengan kesiapan seleksi mereka, memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pengambil keputusan dalam proses seleksi yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan strategi seleksi yang lebih tepat sasaran dan efektif. Kata kunci: Strategi Seleksi; Pengelompokan Berdasarkan Kesiapan; Klasterisasi Data.

Abstract

The development of science and technology along with the times can support all activities carried out by humans. A computer is a set of electronic devices that are largely composed of hardware and software that work together in processing data provided or entered by the user. Computers have many features, namely being able to process data that are numbers, letters, images, sounds, symbols, and others. With computer technology, data processing will be easier and more efficient so that users do not need a long time to process data. PO. Sriwijaya Bengkulu is one of the service companies engaged in transportation. However, the processing of sales and purchase administration data at PO. Sriwijaya Bengkulu in booking tickets for this company is still using a manual system which makes it difficult for consumers to be able to order tickets so that consumers have to come to PO. Sriwijaya Bengkulu directly to do the ticket booking process. This research aims to create a new booking system that uses PHP software and MySQL database connected to internet technology at PO. Sriwijaya Bengkulu, so that booking tickets is easier and wider. The result of this research is an online sales system that is often called a reservation that can be accessed easily and efficiently.

Abstract

Sebagai masalah yang kompleks di seluruh dunia, penyakit mental membutuhkan solusi inovatif untuk diagnosis dan perawatan yang lebih baik. Salah satu metode yang menguntungkan adalah penggunaan sistem pakar, yaitu jenis kecerdasan buatan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk meniru proses pengambilan keputusan manusia. Melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini, efektivitas dari metode-metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pakar untuk diagnosis penyakit mental. Studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai metode Certainty Factor, Fuzzy Logic dan Tsukamoto, Decision Tree, Teorema Bayes, Dempster Shafer, Forward Chaining, Backward Chaining dan Rule Based System dengan memanfaatkan 12 artikel yang memenuhi Quality Assesment. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode-metode ini mampu memberikan diagnosis yang sangat akurat. Namun, masalah seperti kebutuhan akan data berkualitas tinggi dan interpretabilitas hasil harus diselesaikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan saran peluang pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya seperti mengintegrasikan dua buah untuk meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan aksesibilitas diagnosis penyakit mental.

Abstract

Deteksi tindak kekerasan merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengembangan sistem keamanan berbasis teknologi, khususnya pada pengawasan video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian literatur mengenai keunggulan, kekurangan, dan aplikasi dari berbagai metode kecerdasan buatan, yaitu Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)/Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), 3D Convolutional Neural Network (3D-CNN), dan You Only Look Once (YOLO), dalam mendeteksi tindak kekerasan fisik. CNN dikenal efektif dalam mengenali pola visual statis, sementara RNN/LSTM unggul dalam analisis data sekuensial yang melibatkan aspek temporal. Di sisi lain, 3D-CNN menawarkan kemampuan untuk menangkap pola spasial dan temporal secara bersamaan dalam video, sedangkan YOLO menyediakan pendekatan real-time untuk deteksi objek, yang relevan untuk mendeteksi kekerasan dengan efisiensi tinggi. Studi ini membahas performa keempat metode berdasarkan parameter seperti akurasi, kecepatan, kompleksitas, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap data dunia nyata. Kajian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi pengembang sistem keamanan berbasis video dalam memilih metode yang paling sesuai untuk kebutuhan spesifik dalam mendeteksi tindak kekerasan fisik.

Abstract

Madrasas have a strategic role in producing a generation of the nation that is intellectually intelligent as well as spiritually and emotionally mature, but the quality between madrasas is still uneven, especially in rural areas such as Kerinci Regency. The assessment of the quality of madrasas until now tends to be subjective and has not been based on a measurable, systematic, and widely replicated system. This research aims to develop an objective and structured quality evaluation system for madrasah education using a technology-based approach. The methods used are Fuzzy Logic and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which are combined into Fuzzy AHP. The scope of the research is focused on aliyah madrasas under the coordination of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kerinci Regency. The data was obtained through direct interviews with the Head of the Madrasah Education Section and included eight aliyah madrasas as the object of the research, which were assessed based on nine main criteria: quality of teachers, teaching materials, infrastructure, school governance, learning environment, assessment system, leadership of school principals, parental support, and technology and digitalization. A web-based decision support system was developed to automatically manage Fuzzy AHP calculations, so that it can be used as a continuous evaluation tool. The results of the study show that this model is able to produce consistent, objective, and valid assessments with a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of < 0.1. Madrasah MA2 obtained the highest ranking in the assessment of the quality of education. The Fuzzy AHP approach has proven to be effective in multi-criteria education evaluation and can be the basis for policies that are more responsive to local needs.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era encourages the integration of technology-based solutions in various fields, including higher education. Ibnu Sina University faces challenges in providing informative and accurate access to campus navigation, especially for new students and visitors. The lack of a directional system and the absence of a digital map of the campus cause difficulties in finding service locations such as the rectorate, academic room, or finance department. Conventional technologies such as Google Maps have not been able to provide specific navigation in the campus environment due to the limitations of internal building mapping. This research aims to develop a campus navigation system based on Augmented Reality (AR) and Global Positioning System (GPS) that is optimized with the A* (A-Star) algorithm for the determination of the shortest path. AR technology is used to display visual directions in real-time in a real environment through a smartphone camera. GPS plays a role in determining the user's position, while the A* algorithm calculates the shortest route based on the structure of the campus location graph using a heuristic approach. The development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, interviews with the campus, and recording 14 coordinate points of campus service locations using Google Earth. The system is built using the Unity platform with support from the AR Foundation and ARLocation, as well as the A* implementation in route search. The results of this research are able to provide a more efficient, accurate, and interactive campus navigation solution. This system not only supports the convenience of users in finding a location, but also becomes an innovation in the development of campus services based on digital technology.
