Abstract

Abstrak Ada beberapa aspek yang perlu perhatian lebih di lingkungan rumah sakit ialah stres kerja, karena dapat menimbulkan masalah-masalah tertentu, sehingga bisa menjadi faktor penghambat di rumah sakit, salah satu masalah yang akan muncul yaitu turnover intention. Turnover merupakan salah satu aspek yang menghambat efektifitas dan produktifitas kinerja pegawai, menurunnya pelayanan kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan, serta membawa dampak negatif bagi rumah sakit. sehingga saya ingin melakukan penelitian tentang turnover intention pada pegawai keperawatan di rumah sakit tersebut. Karena menurut penulis pegawai keperawatan berperan penting bagi perkembangan suatu rumah sakit, karena pegawai keperawatan berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien, sehingga perlu diperhatikan kenapa terjadinya turnover intention pada pegawai keperawatan. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, serta metode analisis deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel 55 responden. Menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana hasil penelitian yaitu stress kerja terhadap turnover intention adanya hubungan yang positif. Menunjukan bahwa nilai sig. ialah 0,000 < 0,05 serta adanya pengaruh 99,4%. Sedangkan nilai korelasi 0,994 artinya bernilai positif dengan nilai korelasi sempurna. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention, Rumah Sakit Abstract There are several aspects that need more attention in the hospital environment, namely work stress, because it can cause certain problems, so that it can become an inhibiting factor in the hospital. One of the problems that will arise is turnover intention. Turnover is one aspect that hinders the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance, decreases the quality of health services, and has a negative impact on the hospital. so I want to do research on turnover intentions in nursing employees at the hospital. According to the author, nursing employees play an important role in the development of a hospital, because nursing employees interact directly with patients, so it is necessary to pay attention to why turnover intentions occur in nursing employees. This study uses quantitative methods, as well as descriptive analysis methods, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Using the simple linear regression method, the results of the study are job stress on turnover intention, there is a positive relationship. Shows that the sig. value is 0.000

Abstract

Promises ethics in service triangle context on higher education can be met if performance improves superior performance and be given the implications for competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine promising ethics in service marketing triangle and competitive advantage of higher education. The research method used is survey method, namely descriptive and explanatory. The number of respondents in the study is 330 students of the polytechnic in West Java, which is determined by sampling technique, which is cluster proportional random sampling. The hypothesis testing was done using a multivariate statistical test of the Partial Least Square (PLS). The data processing was done with smartPLS 2.0 programs and Statistical Programs of Social Science (SPSS) for Windows. The results show that: The promising ethics in service triangle context and competitive advantage influence as well but not quite good. The promising ethics in service marketing triangle context can be met also if performance improves international collaboration on higher education as well, so that promises ethics can be achieved optimally and be given the implications for competitive advantage of higher education. The goal of internationalization of higher education are: 1) improve the quality of education; 2) improve the quality of research; 3) improve the competence and capacity of academic staff and researchers; 4) improve the competence and capacity of graduates; 5) enhance the college's reputation in the eyes of the international and financial gain; and 6) respond to the demands of the labor market of qualified internationally. There are five (5) general principles of corporate governance known as good corporate governance (GCG). Those are: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Fairness and Indepandency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi dengan mengkhususkan pada sistem informasi kepegawaian terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan bidang sumber daya manusia di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung. Bertambah luasnya wilayah kerja dan tingginya tingkat kunjungan pasien maka jumlah pegawai semakin meningkat. Pencatatatan data kepegawaian  yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak tercatat baik dalam sebuah sistem akan kesulitan dalam pencarian dan pembuatan rekapitulasi data pegawai, hal tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien yang menyebabkan beban waktu kerja bertambah, untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini  menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode analisis data menggunakan teknis analisis uji regresi linear sederhana dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian dari 20 responden menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana koefisien regresi pada variabel X memperoleh sebesar 0,769. Koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah positif. Dan berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) memperoleh R square sebesar 0,723 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel X memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72,3 % terhadap variabel Y. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas kerja. Penerapan sistem informasi kepegawaian diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi para pekerja di bidang sumber daya manusia dalam mengolah data kepegawaian. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Efektivitas Kerja, SDM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the percentage increase in hospital facilities in Bandung from 2023 to May 2024 implemented by the Bandung City Health Office. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used by researchers is a Focus Group Discussion of the coaching and supervision activities of Bandung City hospitals by the Bandung City Health Office 2024. The results showed that in 2023, the average number of facilities in 43 hospitals was 61.7 while 78.6. So there is an increase in the average value of hospital facilities in Bandung city from 2023 to 2024 this May by 16.93%. In addition, the infrastructure in hospitals from 2023 to 2024 has also increased. In 2023 itself, the average number of hospital infrastructure in Bandung city was 67.5 then increased to 80.9 in May 2024. So there was an increase in the percentage of hospital infrastructure in Bandung from 2023 to May 2024 by 13.4%. Furthermore, regarding medical devices, the increase that occurred in the results of the completeness of medical devices in Bandung city hospitals from 2023 was 12.1%. This can be seen from the average number of medical devices in 2023 Bandung City hospitals of 53.8 and 2024 until this May 65.9 so the implementation of hospital supervision and guidance activities has a significant impact on the process of developing hospital facilities in Bandung City.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach using interview and survey data collection techniques that aim to gain an in-depth understanding of the patient experience in online hospital registration. The research participants included staff, patients, and patients' families who used the online registration system at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The results of this study show that patients' experiences with the online registration system include phenomenological aspects. Patients described changes to registration, including ease of access, flexibility of scheduling, and ease of registration through the application or hospital website. It was stated that patients could register online at any time if they wanted to visit. In addition, some patients experienced difficulties in using the online registration system. For example, the clinic you want to visit has a limited quota, the doctor's schedule is not updated, or other obstacles. The use of an online registration system also has benefits in reducing queues at the hospital. Patients said they could avoid long queues and shorten waiting times by registering themselves online. The study concluded that patients' experiences with online registration involved changes in access, control, and waiting time. Although there were some challenges, patients found solutions and benefits in the online registration system. This study highlights the importance of continuously improving technical, interface, and user experience improvements to provide patients with a better experience when using the online registration system.

Abstract

The importance of implementing ergonomics in a hospital environment to improve the occupational safety and health of service workers. Service workers at Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung work in an environment that is not ergonomic, they are more vulnerable to health problems such as fatigue, muscle and joint injuries, and even the risk of accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine ergonomic risk control on occupational safety of service personnel at the Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research techniques were interviews and observations to service officers of the information unit, outpatient registration, and logistics. The results showed that service officers at the Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital experienced complaints at work due to facilities that were not ergonomic, such as chairs, tables, narrow rooms, and leaking roofs. To reduce the risk of work accidents, hospital management checks the facilities in each room unit every 3 (three) months and conducts training on ergonomic risk control so that officers are more aware and understand the importance of ergonomics to health.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) has brought significant changes to the healthcare industry. The programme provides financial protection to Indonesians to meet their basic health needs. In the JKN era, hospitals are also faced with challenges and intense competition, so they need to improve service quality and implement effective marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyse the application of the marketing mix in the marketing strategy implementation process as well as the selected marketing strategy in the JKN era at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. This study used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, which involved interviews with the head of the marketing unit and the hospital's marketing executive staff. The results showed that well-targeted marketing strategies can strengthen the hospital's image, increase visibility and public awareness of the hospital's healthcare offerings, thus helping to reach more potential patients, and improve patient satisfaction. The implications of this study emphasise the important role of effective marketing strategies in improving healthcare services at Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung in the era of the National Health Insurance (JKN).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procurement of non-medical logistics related to the availability of goods at Hospital X Bandung. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews and direct observation. The findings show that the non-medical logistics procurement process involves several stages and parties, including the Head of Non-Medical Logistics Department, Logistics Manager, Director, Finance Department, and Business Actors. The accumulation of goods in the logistics department is caused by overstocking and inadequate storage space conditions. To address these issues, it is recommended to improve the inventory management system, provide training to staff, optimize storage space, improve coordination between parties, and conduct regular evaluations. This study emphasizes the importance of effective and efficient logistics management in supporting hospital operations and improving the quality of health services.

Abstract

Occupational accidents in the hospital environment are very complex and high-risk. So the K3RS program must be implemented to protect the safety and health of staff, patients, and visitors. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Hospital Occupational Safety and Health Program (K3RS) using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method at Al-Ihsan Hospital, West Java. The technique used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research informants were selected using purposive sampling, involving individuals with authority and relevant knowledge regarding OHSRS at Al-Ihsan Hospital West Java. The informants came from various positions, including the Head of Hospital Occupational Safety and Health Installation, the Head of the Disaster Prevention and Control Unit, and the Head of the Occupational Safety and Health Unit. Through the PDCA method, the OHSRS program is evaluated and improved on an ongoing basis, from planning preventive measures, implementing safety measures, and examining effectiveness, to corrective action and improvement. The results showed that the implementation of PDCA in the OHSRS program had a significant positive impact on fire prevention and suppression efforts, as well as improving the safety of staff, patients, and visitors. This study also presents suggestions for further optimization of the PDCA program to improve the management of all risks in the hospital environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how expertise of cleaning service personnel affects the handling of solid medical waste at Bhayangkara Hospital TK II Sartika Asih Bandung. A quantitative research strategy with a descriptive focus was adopted. Techniques for gathering data, include distribution of surveys, observation, and literature review. Total population of 30 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used the Spearman rank correlation test and the T hypothesis test. The results of the study concluded that the effect of cleaning service staff knowledge on medical waste management used the Spearman rank correlation test of 81.9%, which means that it has a very close and positive relationship. Hypothesis T test results tcount 7.848 > ttable 2.052 and sign. 0.000 < 0,05. The study's finding is that the management of solid medical waste Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK II Sartika Asih Bandung is influenced by the expertise of cleaning service personnel.
