Abstract

This study aims to explore how leadership culture oriented towards sustainability can be implemented across various organizations. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this research examines articles discussing various leadership models that support sustainability, including CSR leadership, transformational leadership, collaborative leadership, and experience-based leadership. Out of 155 articles found, 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed to uncover their contribution to the development of a leadership culture that supports sustainability goals. The main findings show that CSR leadership, which integrates sustainability into organizational strategy, can enhance organizational learning and the adoption of green technologies. Additionally, transformational and collaborative leadership have proven effective in motivating employees and strengthening organizational commitment to long-term goals. This study also highlights the importance of gender equality in leadership, which can accelerate organizational sustainability. In conclusion, various inclusive, CSR-based, and transformational leadership models are highly relevant in supporting a sustainability culture in organizations. This research contributes to the understanding of how organizations can develop more sustainable leadership.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the indigenous people of Ternate in the process of the 2024 North Maluku Governor Election. The focus of the research is directed at how customary structures, genealogical relationships, cultural values, and the role of indigenous leaders affect political orientation and voting behavior. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study show that the indigenous people of Ternate play a significant role in shaping the map of political contestation through customary mechanisms, kinship solidarity, and the use of local identity symbols. Political support is not only built on rational considerations, but is also related to emotional and historical ties rooted in sultanate traditions, soa structures, and the influence of bobato and informal figures. This study concludes that the political dynamics of the indigenous people of Ternate reflect a blend of traditional values and modern political practices, which as a whole make an important contribution to the local democratic process in North Maluku in the 2024 gubernatorial election.

Abstract

In response to rapid organizational change and increasing environmental complexity, leadership has become a critical factor in determining organizational effectiveness. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the dynamics of leadership theories within the context of Indonesian organizations, a setting characterized by distinctive cultural, social, and institutional values. The review was carried out following a structured SLR procedure consisting of planning, identification, screening, eligibility, and synthesis stages. Articles were selected based on explicit inclusion criteria, including peer-reviewed journal publications, empirical studies focusing on leadership in Indonesian organizational contexts, publications in English or Indonesian, and studies published within a defined time frame. A total of selected studies were systematically analyzed to identify dominant leadership styles, key influencing factors, and their impacts on organizational outcomes such as employee performance, motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The findings indicate that transformational, transactional, and culturally embedded leadership styles are most prevalent, with cultural values, organizational structure, and leader–follower relationships playing significant roles. This study contributes by providing an integrative mapping of leadership theories in Indonesia, highlighting contextual challenges and opportunities, and offering clear directions for future research on culturally adaptive and evidence-based leadership development in Indonesian organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi digital dan adaptasi penyuluh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pera efektivitas komunikasi terhadap kepuasan peternak ayam padaKemitraan Peternak Ayam di Kabupaten Pemalang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta penyuluhan peternak ayam di Pemalang, dengan pengambilan sampel dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 133 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak, adaptasi penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak. Kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran efektivitas komunikasi, adaptasi penyuluh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran efektivitas komunikasi. Efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peternak. Efektivitas komunikasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi digital terhadap kepuasan peternak.  Efektivitas komunikasi dapat memediasi pengaruh adaptasi penyuluh terhadap kepuasan peternak.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah merambah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan anak usia dini. Pengenalan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi AI melalui aplikasi face swap sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif TK Perguruan Buddhi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi partisipatif terhadap siswa usia 4-6 tahun. Pengenalan teknologi face swap dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan pemahaman konsep identitas diri pada anak, aplikasi ini memungkinkan anak - anak untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai ekspresi wajah sambil mengenali emosi, karakter dan menggambarkan cita - cita. Namun, implementasi teknologi ini memerlukan pendampingan intensif dari pendidik untuk memastikan penggunaan yang aman dan edukatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatkan antusiasme siswa sangat sebesar 4,89 menunjukkan kegiatan menarik yang disukai anak, interaktivitas kemampuan pengenalan emosi anak sebesar 4,78 dan media pembelajaran interaktif dinilai sebesar 4,67. Meskipun demikian, perlu adanya protokol keamanan digital dan pedoman etis dalam penggunaan AI untuk anak usia dini. Pengenalan ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum digital yang terstruktur untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi AI dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.
