Abstract

The high turnover rate is a major problem in the company. The factor of turnover intention are work stres and leadership style. Prupose of this research are is know how much the influence of Job Stres and Transformational Leadership Style on Turnover Intention PT. Kreasi Edulab Indonesia employees. type of research is explanatory with a population of 129, the sample of respondents are permanent and contract employees as many as 57 people. Using stratified random sampling technique. Analysis using correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and classical assumption with SPSS. Results and discussion, the majority of work stres levels is low but there is still a high work stres due to lack of pay and rewards, transformational leadership style is suitable but there are respondents were not suitable because of the lack of attention and turnover intention in the company's is high. Correlation of job stres is 0.324 and have weak cohesion. The regression equation for the stres work is Y = 8.923+0,497X1 and determination coefficient of 10.5%. t test is t count 2,540 > t table 2,004. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Stres on Turnover Intention partially. Correlation for Transformational Leadership Style is 0,243 and have a weak cohesion. T test is 1,861 t count < t table 2,004. There was no relationship between Transformational Leadership Style on Turnover Intention partially. Conclusions and suggestions, a multiple regression equation Y = 7.282 + 0,414X1 +0,145X2 and the coefficient of determination variables is 11.4%. t test for variables simultaneously are 3.458 F count > F table 3,17 and free of classical assumptions. there were positive and significant relationship between both independent variables on turnover intention. Suggestions for the company are prioritizing the rights of employees, socialization of reward and punishment policies and better communications to the employees.

Abstract

BPR Restu Artha Makmur is one of the companies that provide banking services. In order to achieve better corporate goals, management companies need to increase employee productivity. One aspect that can be done is by providing a fair and adequate compensation to all employees and providing a work environment that supports. Although the company has provided good compensation and good working environment, but employee productivity has not maximized yet. Problems in this study were decreased employee productivity seen from the employee's performance appraisal data does not match the target has accepted by the company. Research purposes to determine the effect of compensation and working environment on the productivity of employees. This type of research is explanatory research with a sample of 40 respondents taken by using saturated sampling techniques. Measurement scale with a Likert scale. Data was collected by interview using questionnaires. In the analysis of test data using simple linear regression test and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0 program. While hypothesis testing using t and F test. The results explain that the compensation provided by corporate was enough good, work environment by corporate was enough good, and work productivity of employees was good. But there are few respondents who said that compensation and working environment that is not good. Compensation has a positive influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.683 and coefficient of determination of 46.7%, and the work environment has a positive influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.713 and coefficient of determination of 50.9%. Both compensation and work environment together have a significant influence to work productivity of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.797 and coefficient of determination of 63.5% with the equation Y = 3.942 + 0.541X1 + 0.274X2. Conclusion, compensation and work environment have a positive effect on employee work productivity. There are few employees who claim that the application of the provision of compensation and work environment is poor. Suggestions for the company, should improve good and right providing appropriate compensation and working environment to the employees work productivity better than before.

Abstract

This research purpose to find out the influence of product and price on the decision satisfaction customers using Telkom Speed. This type of research used is explanatory research, with the samples of as many as 100 respondens. Sample decision uses the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses test validity, test realibility, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression. Result of research and discussion be explained product positive effect on customer satisfaction, which is the better product, the higher the customer satisfaction Telkom Speedy. Price positive effect on customer satisfaction, which is the cheaper the price, the higher the customer satisfaction. There is the influence product effect customer satisfaction, and price effect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Business development and industry that occurred lately felt more stringent and full of competition. This competition eventually forced an effort to receive a situation where they have to innovate by continue to adhere to competition. Eiger as a brand over products outdoor equipment, is trusted brand but the outdoor brand product development providers equipment  is bigger. it has been steadily declining sales especially in Semarang city. This study attempts to affect influence attributes products (X1) and word of mouth (X2) the decision to buy (Y2) through the brand image (Y1) users on brand in products eiger Semarang city. The type used is explanatory. The sample used technique combined purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The measured of scale is using likert scale. In the analysis data using the validity, reliability, a correlation coefficient, regression analysis linear multiple, the determine coefficient , t, f and sobel test by using the SPSS tools. The results show all of variable independent in this study had influence on variables depends, whether partial and simultaneous, while variable attributes products affect the purchase through the brand image mediation perfect happened and variable word-of-mouth affecting the purchase through the brand image mediation partial. For advice, making braver design again, maximize print and electronic to advertise and delivery of services sales more educate, things are useful for more interesting and ensure consumers to products that produced.

Abstract

Today the growth of Islamic banking services is growing in Indonesia. Bank Muamalat Indonesia as a provider of Sharia-compliant banking services in Indonesia seeks to meet the needs of its customers with a wide range of attractive savings products.            The aim of the research is to find out the influence of the profit-sharing and integrated marketing communication to customers for savings. The population this research is all of our customers Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch Semarang, with 100 respondents as sample. The type of this research is explanatory research with primary data collection through questionnaires using purposive sampling technique.Analysis techniques used linier regression with SPSS version 15.            Results of research partially shows the extent influence the profit-sharing against the ruling customers of 51.6 percent, test result T 10.230 > 1.9845, and a simple regression Y = 12.823 1.807 X1. There is a degree of influence to the profit-sharing of the decision of the customer to saving. While integrated marketing communications to customers of 52.1 percent, test result T 10.315 > 1.9845 and a simple regression Y = 5.061 0.590 X2. There is a degree of  integrated marketing communication to customers for savings. Simultaneously great the influence high for the result and integrated marketing communications to customers of 61.8 percent, test result F 78.398 > 3.09 and multiple regression Y = 4.178 1.067 X1 0.354 X2. There is a degree of the profit-sharing and integrated marketing communication to customers for savings.            Based on the results of the study concluded the level of profit-sharing and integrated marketing communications has a positive and significant influence on the decision of the customer to save money. Researchers suggest that Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang branch remains stabilize for a given outcome, improving performance public relations and optimize facilities car around to make it more closely with our customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of NOM and BOPO on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia and at the same time analyze the impact of covid 19 as a moderating variable. The analysis tool to fulfill the goodness of fit model uses the classical assumption test including the normality test; multicollinearity test; heteroscedasticity test; autocorrelation test; and linearity test. Path analysis to test direct and indirect relationships, moderating regression analysis (MRA), and hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study were 13 Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study are that the NOM and BOPO variables affect ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2018-2020 which means that Islamic banks are able to obtain net operations so that the average ability of productive assets to generate profits is known. Abstract

The activities of Corporate Social Responsibility has become a liability for the company. Inaddition to these activities can enhance citra peruahaan and customer loyalty. The last time the development in some of the fast-food restaurant in Indonesia is growing increasingly rapidly, such as in Semarang city McDonalds already held a variety of Corporate Social Responsibility activities. However, there are still customers do not know the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility and corporate image that exists so that the causes of low customer loyalty. This research type is explanatory research with engineering data collection questionnaire with accidental sampling method. Because the number of populations unknown then according to Emory and Cooper (1997) sampled in this study amounts to 100 respondents who is a customer of McDonalds in the city of Semarang. With a test with test validity, reliability, cross-tabulations, coefficient of correlation, simple regression analysis, the determination coefficient, test of significance (t-test), and test results of f. this research concluded that Corporate Social Responsibility a positive and significant effect against the corporate image, Corporate Social Responsibility and positive effect significantly to customer loyalty. Influential positive corporate image against customer loyalty, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility and corporate image effect positive customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examined the impact between capital structure and existence of an oversight committee to dividend policy. The oversight committee such as risk management committee, nominations and remuneration committee. Data was collected from the annual reports food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) the period 2014, 2015 and 2016. Analysis tools used multiple regression. The results showed that the variable capital structure and risk management committee has a significant effect on dividend policy. The simultan test showed that capital structure and oversight committee has a significant effect on dividend policy.Studi ini meneliti dampak antara struktur modal dan keberadaan komite pengawasan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Komite pengawasan seperti komite manajemen risiko, komite nominasi dan remunerasi. Data dikumpulkan dari laporan tahunan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI) periode 2014, 2015 dan 2016. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal dan komite manajemen risiko memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan komite pengawasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors driving women working in SMEs convection sector and those working women’s contribution to family income. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interview. The research found that reasons to work are economic factor, because the husband works as a laborer and cannot meet their daily needs, the women may help meeting their family needs by working, productive spare time, and also socializaton with friends. The reasons to work at SMEs convection are the company’s nearby location, comfortable working environment, lenient rules and minimum penalties, easy permit to take a day off, not early starting working hours, and friendly small business owners. It is recommended that female workforce increase their knowledge and skills and improve their productivity by being more diligent and motivated. SMEs must provide salary that meets the minimum wage standard and give proper overtime pay. To avoid delay in providing raw materials, it is necessary to have technicians and give production benefits.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find the financial performance of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. (BMI) by analyzing the profitability and the risk through financial ratio analysis based on the regulations of Bank Indonesia (BI) from 2005 to 2009.This descriptive analysis research employs ROA and ROE technique followed by ratio analysis, namely KPMM, KAP, NOM, STM, and MR. The result of this research shows positive trend of the value of ROA and ROE in the period of 2005-2008, while in 2009 there was significant decrease. The value of KPMM decreased in 2005-2007 and increased in 2008-2009. The value of KAP was inclined to decrease from 2005 to 2009. The value of the company’s NOM experienced increasing trend in 2005-2008 butdecreased up to 6.17% in 2009. The value of STN was stable from 2005 to 2009 eventhough there was a slight decrease and increase whose value was not significant. The value of MR experienced significant decrease in the period of 2006-2007 and followed by the decrease in 2008-2009 up to the level of 5.81%. It can be concluded that in terms of its ROA and ROE, BMI did not have maximum financial performance, yet based on the risk analysis of the regulations of BI, BMI has good financial performance.Better management is needed to obtain more profit and to comply with current regulation.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Muammalat Indonesia,Tbk (BMI) dengan cara menganalisis profitabilitas dan risiko melalui analisis rasio keuangan berdasarkan peraturan Bank Indonesia (BI) dari tahun 2005-2009. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis ROA dan ROE yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis rasio yaitu rasio KPMM, KAP, NOM, STM, dan MR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan positif dari nilai ROA dan ROE pada periode 2005-2008, sedangkan pada tahun 2009 ROA dan ROE mengalami penurunan yang cukup besar. Nilai KPMM turun pada 2005-2007 dan meningkat kembali pada tahun 2008-2009. Nilai KAP cenderung menurun dari tahun 2005-2009. Nilai NOM perusahaan mengalami tren meningkat pada tahun 2005-2008 sedangkan pada tahun 2009 nilainya turun sampai 6.17%. Nilai STM stabil dari tahun 2005-2009 walaupun terjadi penurunan dan peningkatan tetapi nilainya tidak signifikan. Nilai MR memiliki penurunan yang signifikan pada periode 2006-2007 dan dilanjutkan penurunan periode 2008-2009 hingga ke level 5.81%. Kesimpulannya adalah kinerja keuangan PT. BMI dari komponen ROA dan ROE kurang maksimal, sedangkan dari analisis risiko peraturan BI kinerja keuangan cukup baik. Sehingga perlu pengelolaan yang lebih baik lagi dalam kemampuan menghasilkan laba dan memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku.Keywords:Financial Performance, Financial Ratio Analysis Kinerja Keuangan, Analisis Rasio Keuangan
