Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang menuntut guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan digitalisasi dalam proses penilaian kompetensi peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan alat penilaian praktik pencucian linen hotel menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil pengembangan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa alat penilaian praktik pencucian linen hotel menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric berada pada kategori sangat layak dengan persentase hasil validasi ahli penilaian sebesar 92% dan persentase hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 95%. Hasil uji reliabilitas terhadap alat penilaian praktik pencucian linen hotel dengan menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric menunjukkan bahwa alat penilaian termasuk kedalam kategori cukup tinggi dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha rata-rata sebesar 0,645. Hasil analisis usability yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon guru terhadap penggunaan alat penilaian praktik pencucian linen hotel dengan menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric menunjukkan sebagain besar responden merasa bahwa aplikasi VE. Rubric dapat digunakan dalam menilai kompetensi peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 81%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat penilaian praktik pencucian linen hotel menggunakan aplikasi VE. Rubric dapat digunakan untuk menilai hasil capaian kompetensi peserta didik di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan alat penilaian di sekolah yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional (paper-based). Dalam perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan yang berimplikasi pada pengembangan penilaian. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan rubrik penilaian berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat penilaian praktik Reservation Conversation menggunakan VE. Rubric di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, expert judgement, serta angket respon kepada guru mata pelajaran front office di SMK. Hasil validasi pengembangan alat penilaian adalah: (1) ahli penilaian menilai sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar (85,7%). (2) ahli materi menilai sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar (97,5%). Implementasi dilakukan dengan uji coba terbatas pada 6 orang peserta didik di SMK. Evaluasi diisi dengan kegiatan pengisian angket kuesioner usability respon guru terhadap implementasi yang telah dilakukan, dengan hasil guru menilai layak dengan persentase (79,3 %). Berdasarkan hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa alat penilaian praktik Reservation Conversation menggunakan VE. Rubric layak digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan alat penilaian yang belum sesuai dengan SOP hotel dan perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan, karena alat penilaian yang digunakan masih menggunakan kertas (paper based). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya pengembangan performance assessment berbasis digital untuk penilaian praktik penggunaan vacuum cleaner di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan performance assessment berbasis digital untuk penilaian praktik penggunaan vacuum cleaner di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, expert judgment, tes kinerja, dan kuesioner usability. Hasil validasi pengembangan performance assessment berbasis digital untuk penilaian praktik penggunaan vacuum cleaner adalah: (1) ahli evaluasi memperoleh presentase sebesar (96,8%), (2) ahli materi memperoleh presentase sebesar (97,1%), dan (3) ahli IT memperoleh presentase sebesar (94,1%). Hasil capaian peserta didik pada tahap implementasi yang diuji reliabilitas antarrater menggunakan SPSS dengan metode Cronbach Alpha memperoleh hasil (0.945) dengan keterangan baik. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner usability oleh dua penilai dan memperoleh hasil presentase sebesar (100%) yang dinyatakan setuju seluruhnya pada aspek usability. Hasil perolehan data menunjukkan bahwa performance assessment berbasis digital untuk penilaian praktik penggunaan vacuum cleaner layak diimplementasikan di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Abstract

This study is entitled Review of Medical Information Release Services and Filling in Raharja Service Claim Files for Traffic Accident Victims at Al Ihsan Hospital, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the Medical Information Release Service and Filling in Jasa Raharja Claim Files for Traffic Accident Victims at Al Ihsan Hospital, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The method used in this study is: using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this study is the Medical Information Release Service and Filling in the Raharja Service Claim File at Al-Ihsan Hospital, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The object of this study is the standard operating procedure for releasing medical information and Jasa Raharja claim forms for traffic accident victims who claim Jasa Raharja insurance at RSUD AlIhsan Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Research results: medical information release services at Al-Ihsan Hospital are in accordance with SOPs. There is no written procedure for filling Jasa Raharja's claim file but the implementation is in accordance with the SOP.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary strudy conducted in February 2024 at RS Bhayangkara TK.II Sartika Asih Bandung, out of 58 patient files of BPJS inpatient care in December 2023, there were 13 (22,4%) incomplete files. This study aims to determine the Influence of completeness of BPJS Inpatient Medical Record Documents to Support the Smoothness of INA-CBG’S Claims at Bhayangkara TK. II Sartika Asih Hospital in Bandung. The research method used in descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the medical record summary forms of BPJS patients in the Fajar ward during the 2023 period at RS Bhayangkara TK.II Sartika Asih Bandung, totaling 100 forms. The samples taken from the population consist of all 100 samples. Data collection techniques employed include observation, interviews, and literature study. Research instruments include interview guidelines, sheets, checklists, writing instruments, and recording tools. Data processing techniques involve editing and tabulation. The research result indicate that the implementation of filling out BPJS Patient Medical Record Summaries at RS Bhayangkara TK. II Sartika Asih Bandung has not been carried out according to regulations by the relevant officers due to the absence of Operational Standard Procedure (SPO) governing the filling and flow of medical summaries. Consequently, BPJS patient medical record summaries are not 100% complete. Out of 100 samples of inpatient medicar records in the Fajar ward in 2023, only 83 (82,7%) summaries were complete. The author suggests creating SOP for filling out medical record summaries, conducting awareness campaigns for attending physicians to fill out diagnoses and procedures in BPJS Patient Medical Record Summaries.

Abstract

Health is a very important basic need for everyone. The results of the preliminary study carried out, took a sample of 10 files of informed consent forms from general surgery patients in January. Of the 10 files, there were 7 incomplete informed consent forms (70%). This study aims to determine the completeness of the informed consent form in general surgery cases to support service quality. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the informed consent form for surgical operations in November-January 2023, namely 351. The samples taken from the population were 78 samples. The sampling technique is incidental sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research carried out show that of the 78 samples of informed consent sheets in November-January 2023, namely for completeness in filling out informed consent on patient identification variables, 77 files (98%). Important reporting variables amounted to 64 files (43%). The authentication and identification variables of the person in charge amounted to 66 files (85%). Meanwhile, the good and correct recording variable was 76 files (98%). The completeness results of filling out the informed consent form in the patient's medical record file for surgical operations in November-January 2023 are not 100% complete

Abstract

Hasil observasi di bagian pendaftaran RSUD Bandung Kiwari, terdapat petugas merangkap pekerjaan di luar tugas pendaftaran, dan karyawan pada shift siang tidak cukup melakukan tugas pendaftaran ketika volume pekerjaan banyak kondisi tersebut menyebabkan masalah ketidakpuasan kerja yang berefek kepada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan Pendaftaran di Bagian Pendaftaran Rawat Jalan RSUD Bandung Kiwari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mixed methods dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengolahan data yaitu editing, coding, prosessing, cleaning. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 19 orang responden petugas rekam medis di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan analisis chi square. Proses perhitungan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 29. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square di peroleh nilai p=0,000 (p value <0,05). Ini termasuk hubungan yang memadai dengan arah positif yang bahwasanya semakin banyak kebahagiaan kerja, semakin tinggi kinerjanya. Penulis menyarankan pihak Rumah Sakit bisa mempertahankan kepuasan kerja serta kinerja petugas rekam medis, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana seperti menambahkan loket dan petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan pada shift pagi. Abstract

Every child experiences a golden age in their development stage so they can easily learn from the environment around them. This momentum is very appropriate to incorporate the values of Islamic religious education into children's identity using various types of media, including film media. A film is a series of moving images that can attract everyone's attention. This research focuses on the Islamic values contained in the Upin and Ipin cartoon film Ramadan episodes for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I and what are the benefits for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I. This research aims to find out the values of Islamic education contained in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode, as well as the instillation of Islamic educational values in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode for class 1 at MI Al-Huda I. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection through interviews and observations. The results and discussion of this research show that there are 2 worship services in the animated film Upin and Ipin Ramadhan episodes, namely mahdah worship such as prayer, fasting, paying zakat. Meanwhile, ghiru mahdah worship includes respecting elders, spreading kindness, helping each other, praying, and being patient.Keywords: Islamic Education Values, Upin and Ipin Films, Ramadhan Episodes, Internalization of Islamic Values

Abstract

Twenty four upland rice cultivars from East Kalimantan and control cultivar were evaluated for tolerance to aluminium using nutrient culture with two treatments of 0 ppm and 45 ppm AI. Result showed that eight cultivars (Pimping, Ketan Hitam, Mayas, Padi Bulu, Popot, Siam Kuning, Ketan Merah, Serai) have PAR > 0.5 and were categorized as tolerant cultivar, the other 16 cultivars were categorized as suceptable. Three tolerant cultivars: Pimping, Ketan Merah and Mayas. even have PAR higher than a control, Krowal.   Key words: Rice, AI, PAR, Nutrient

Abstract

The problem addressed in this thesis is the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The purpose of this research is to identify the facilities and visitor satisfaction at Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing Likert scales to respondents who have visited and experienced Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The sampling technique employed is random sampling, with a research sample consisting of 100 respondents selected randomly. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis to measure the influence of facility variables on visitor satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that facilities have a positive and significant impact on visitor satisfaction. The most influential facilities include cleanliness, comfort, and the completeness of public facilities. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of Kiara Artha Park continues to improve the quality and availability of facilities to enhance visitor satisfaction and the park's appeal as a tourist destination.
