Abstract

Based on preliminary studies conducted by the author at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital Bandung with an average of 760 of KSM Child Health patients per month while the number of completions filling electronic medical resumes is only 87%. The author is interested in examining the completeness of filling out an electronic medical resume to support the quality of medical record files at RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung.The research method used is a quantitative research method. Population is the total number of patients going home KSM Child Health in December 2019 and the sampling used by the author with the Slovin formula method obtained a sample of 90 files of Medical Records. Data collection techniques are with Documentation, Interview, and Literature Study. The results showed that as many as 22.62% of electronic medical resume files were not completely filled. The procedure for filling out an electronic medical resume has not been carried out well due to the doctor's busyness, the large number of KSM Child Health patients, there is still a medical resume written manually, There are still inadequate infrastructure.The author recommends conducting socialization to the patients in charge of patients to always complete electronic medical resume filling, provide adequate infrastructure, and provide rewards and punishments for doctors who do not complete electronic medical resumes completely.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study, the authors found several factors that hindered referrals in the Cimahi Utara Public Health Center. The referral system procedure at Cimahi Utara Public Health Center did not work as it should because there were obstacles.The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.Research results obtained by the author namelyfactors that hinder the BPJS referral system include lack of communication between referrals and referral purposes, socio-cultural conditions of the community that can slow down the referral process are: culture of negotiation, fear of being referred and treated and the process carried out with the help of a shaman, most people tend to access the nearest health care or perhaps the cheapest without regard to the competence of institutions or operators that provide services, the problem experienced by the puskesmas in serving public health inside the building or outside the building is the lack of energy, distance constraints are geographical factors. Suggestions to overcome the problem of the referral system procedure is that it is better for the referral officer to communicate more with the patient so that the patient knows the importance of the referral and the officer should also tell the referral flow to the patient so that the patient is not confused.

Abstract

Completeness of filling medical record summary sheets primarily in and out is one of the indicators of medical record quality. This research aims to know the description of the completeness of the summary sheet in and outpatient medical record inpatient internal medicine to support the quality of the medical record in a general hospital area RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. The research method used is descriptive research method. Research on data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation and library studies. The results showed that the completeness of the summary sheet in and out conducted by the authors obtained the percentage of completeness of charging for the months of January and February Year 2019 with a total 228 medical record file is 175 (77%) and for the incompleteness of filling of 53 (23%). The authors suggest to the hospital that: (1) Carry out the completion of the incoming and outgoing hospital outpatient submission sheets must be in accordance with the operational standards of the established procedure. (2) Increased coordination to all room officers of physicians and nurses or personnel concerned about the importance of completeness and filling in medical records. (3) Creating incomplete data on filling in incoming and outgoing summary sheets to be presented to the relevant physician.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui capaian hasil peserta didik dalam praktik making bed dan mengetahui respon guru mata pelajaran making bed sebagai pengguna aplikasi VE.Rubric. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif untuk mengimplementasikan alat penilaian berbasis VE.Rubric pada praktik making bed. Data yang diperoleh didukung oleh hasil dari observasi langsung dalam penilaian praktik di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan dan dari angket yang diberikan kepada guru mata pelajaran making bed dalam menggunakan aplikasi VE.Rubric. Hasil capaian peserta didik selanjutnya diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan metode Cronbach Alpha. Berdasarkan dari hasil implementasi ditemukan bahwa seluruh peserta didik kompeten dalam melaksanakan praktik making bed menggunakan alat penilaian yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya dan aplikasi VE.Rubric memberikan kemudahan pada guru dalam manajemen penilaian peserta didik. Hasil uji reliabilitas capaian peserta didik dinilai reliabel karena berada di atas batas minimal realibilitas dengan nilai 0,747.

Abstract

The industrial practice assessment tool that can objectively measure the competency achievements of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program during Industrial Practice at the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) is essential. The research objectiveis to produce a digital assessment model for Industrial Practices on the job performance of the social worker. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through expert judgment and the limited availability of exams and responses. Participants are industry practitioners, PUSPAGA external consultants, and a team of government agency experts. Researchers collect data Research results show that a digital assessment model on the job performance of social workers is very feasible to implement and achieve student performancein the implementation of Industrial Practices at PUSPAGA; all of them are declared competent.External Mentors on Industry Practice as a digital assessment user t responds strongly agree thatthe digital assessment model on the job performance of socialworkers is the application: (a) which makes it easier to assess student performance objectively online; (b) more practical, systematic, and efficient in assessing practicum performance; (c) who helps and provides user satisfaction in providing an objective assessment of practicum performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for a performance assessment on the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school which can measure the competence of students objectively according to the Hotel SOP. This research is the implementation stage of Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP on the Housekeeping competency test which has been tested for validation through expert judgement at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, by choosing the location of the Hospitality Accommodation Vocational School in West Java. The purpose of this study is to implement Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP in the Housekeeping competency test at Hospitality Accommodation vocational high school to determine the feasibility of the application developed from user responses. Research participants were selected by students and teachers who teach Housekeeping subjects at Accommodation Hospitality vocational high school as well as hotel practitioners in West Java. The findings showed that Ve.Rubric based on Sop Hotel was declared very feasible and the interrater reliability result data obtained by the cronbach alpha value of 0.818 had good reliability on very high criteria. Usability analysis obtained the results that, Ve.Rubric provides convenience in assessing performance at the time of competency tests and is more effective and feels satisfied as a user. The results of this study contain the implication that, Ve.Rubric based on Hotel SOP can be implemented on the Housekeeping competency test at SMK Hospitality Accommodation both in West Java and in other provinces in the wider clause.

Abstract

This study aims to develop audio-visual learning media in the form of video tutorials on selling and promotion materials. The video tutorial presents a visualization of the move, which comes from a collection of various objects arranged in a sequence according to a predetermined flow at each time. The method used in this study is descriptive with a PPE approach, namely Planing, Production, Evaluation. Based on the results of validation carried out by material experts and media experts, it is stated that the video tutorials developed are suitable for use as learning media at SMK Hospitality Accommodation.

Abstract

Program Desa Mandiri merupakan salah satu program pembangunan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat pedesaan untuk mengembangkan usaha produktif berbasis sumber daya lokal meningkatkan ketersediaan pangan, meningkatkan daya beli dan akses pangan rumah tangga.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Program Desa Mandiri Dalam Mencapai Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi Kasus Pada Desa Soreang Kecamatan Soreang Kabupaten Bandung). Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik Triangulasi, teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Program Desa Mandiri Dalam Mencapai Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Soreang Kecamatan Soreang Kabupaten Bandung belum berjalan efektif. Hal tersebut terjadi karena belum optimalnya perencanaan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah, Belum terjalinnya kerjasama dan kordinasi yang baik antara perangkat desa yang satu dengan yang yang lainnya, belum optimalnya pemerintah dalam menunjang sarana dan prasarana dalam menaungi proses pelaksanaan program, belum optimalnya partisipasi masyarakat sekitar terhadap Program Desa Mandiri.

Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif khususnya kemampuan berpikir simbolik pada anak kelompok B di TK Al-Hikmah masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya stimulus dan media pembelajaran yang diberikan guru. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, peneliti menggunakan media lembar kerja anak melalui aplikasi quizizz. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan media lembar kerja anak menggunakan aplikasi quizizz untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dijadikan metode dalam penelitian ini. Subyek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B di TK Al-Hikmah, dengan jumlah tujuh anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian dilakukan selama lima kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari tujuh anak yang diteliti, tiga anak sudah berkembang sangat baik dan tiga anak sudah berkembang sesuai harapan dan satu anak yang mulai berkembang, karena masih membutuhkan arahan dari guru. Dalam kegiatan tersebut anak mampu menyebutkan simbol bilangan dari 1 sampai 10, mengasosiasikan bilangan dengan simbol bilangan, menggunakan simbol bilangan untuk menghitung dan menyajikan berbagai benda berupa gambar dan hurufmelalui media tersebut.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa melalui media lembar kerja anak menggunakan aplikasi quizizz meningkat dalam perkembangan berpikir simbolik setelah dilakukan penelitian di TK Al-Hikmah.   Cognitive abilities, especially symbolic thinking skills, in group B children in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten are still low. This is due to the lack of stimulus and learning media provided by the teacher. To overcome this, researchers used children's worksheets through the Quizizz application. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of children's worksheets using the Quizizz application to improve symbolic thinking skills. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is used as the method in this study. The research subjects were group B children in Al-Hikmah Kindergarten, with a total of seven children. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion, or verification. The research was conducted in five meetings. The results showed that of the seven children studied, three have developed very well, three have developed as expected, and one is starting to develop because they still need direction from the teacher. In this activity, children can name number symbols from 1 to 10, associate numbers with number symbols, use number symbols to count and present various objects in the form of pictures and letters through the media. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the use of children's worksheets using the Quizizz application increased the development of symbolic thinking after research was carried out at Al-Hikmah Kindergarten.

Abstract

Every child experiences a golden age in their development stage so they can easily learn from the environment around them. This momentum is very appropriate to incorporate the values of Islamic religious education into children's identity using various types of media, including film media. A film is a series of moving images that can attract everyone's attention. This research focuses on the Islamic values contained in the Upin and Ipin cartoon film Ramadan episodes for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I and what are the benefits for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I. This research aims to find out the values of Islamic education contained in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode, as well as the instillation of Islamic educational values in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode for class 1 at MI Al-Huda I. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection through interviews and observations. The results and discussion of this research show that there are 2 worship services in the animated film Upin and Ipin Ramadhan episodes, namely mahdah worship such as prayer, fasting, paying zakat. Meanwhile, ghiru mahdah worship includes respecting elders, spreading kindness, helping each other, praying, and being patient.Keywords: Islamic Education Values, Upin and Ipin Films, Ramadhan Episodes, Internalization of Islamic Values
