Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important requirement for community-based organizations to improve governance and information services. The Sukodono branch of ‘Aisyiyah faced several challenges, including the absence of an integrated information system, limited digital literacy among administrators, and unstandardized activity documentation. This program aimed to enhance the organization’s digital capacity through website development and digital literacy improvement. A needs-based participatory approach was employed with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. The activities included digital needs assessment, CMS-based website development, content management training, social media integration, and three months of intensive mentoring. The participants consisted of 18 active administrators. The results show that the organizational website was successfully developed and utilized as a digital information hub, reaching 1,428 users within the first three months. The average digital literacy score increased from 58.1 to 87.2 after the intervention. In addition, content publication frequency improved, and social media integration contributed to increased digital visibility, as reflected in higher follower growth and engagement rates. The implementation of documentation SOPs also improved activity recording consistency from 38% to 100%. These findings indicate that a needs-based and participatory intervention can gradually improve digital capacity and information systems within community organizations. However, the results are limited to a small organizational scope and a relatively short implementation period, suggesting the need for long-term evaluation to assess sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of tourism policies on local economic empowerment in the Jember Regency through a literature study. The tourism policy implemented focuses on the development of community-based destinations with an inclusive, participatory, and sustainable approach. The results of the study show that the policy can improve community welfare through increasing employment, income, and cultural and environmental preservation. Success factors for economic empowerment include active community involvement, multi-stakeholder collaboration, capacity building through training, and the use of digital technology. However, challenges such as inequality of benefits, socio-cultural damage, and environmental risks must be a concern so that economic empowerment can run sustainably. The study recommends strengthening adaptive policies and further empirical research to support inclusive and sustainable tourism development

Abstract

Pengelolaan ekowisata di kawasan konservasi menghadapi tantangan kompleks akibat ketegangan antara tujuan konservasi, kepentingan ekonomi, dan dinamika sosial masyarakat lokal. Kondisi tersebut menuntut model tata kelola yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan ekowisata berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Tengger di Desa Ngadas serta mengkaji perannya dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan kawasan konservasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dan kelembagaan untuk memahami relasi aktor, struktur kebijakan, serta dinamika sosial-ekologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan ekowisata masih didominasi pendekatan hierarkis, sehingga partisipasi masyarakat bersifat prosedural dan kearifan lokal belum terinstitusionalisasi secara memadai dalam kebijakan formal. Kondisi ini berdampak pada lemahnya legitimasi kebijakan dan risiko ketidakseimbangan antara perlindungan ekologi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal ke dalam kerangka collaborative governance merupakan strategi kunci untuk meningkatkan kapasitas adaptif kebijakan dan keberlanjutan ekowisata di kawasan konservasi.

Abstract

Indonesia is the biggest archipelago country in the world. As the largest archipelagic country in the world, Indonesia has a variety of regional languages, all of which are regional languages ​​that must be developed for its sustainability. In addition to building the preservation of regional languages, the task of preserving not only the Government but also all components of the nation must work hand in hand in preserving it, along with the incessant influx of foreign cultures coming from abroad. because of the world's free trade, especially in ASEAN. The writing of this research theme is considered important because of the importance of language culture in the world of communication, especially in expressing a political statement delivered by a Minister of Foreign Affairs at the level of Minister of Foreign Affairs in the field of state politics. As a country that has influence in its culture and language, Indonesian is also able to influence English, even though the percentage is small, but it is felt necessary that one day Indonesian will become a serious competitor to English in the world, so the author feels the need to review the influence of Indonesian. towards the English language, especially in relation to its metaphorical culture. This study uses a qualitative method. The data used comes from or is obtained through interviews, field notes, personal notes and other official documents.   Keywords: Culture, idiomatic expression, metaphor.
