Abstract

Integrated marketing communications is an important strategy in customer relationship management. In the context of digital marketing, Human Resources (HR) competency in management strategy will influence marketing performance. The decline in bookings for tour packages to Mount Bromo through Manjah Tour & Travel is due to the lack of effective communication strategies implemented. This community service activity (PKM) aims to implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) with the QH (Quadruple Helix) approach as an effort to increase the number of bookings for tour packages to Mount Bromo. The method for implementing PKM (Community Service) activities is digital marketing training and assistance and increasing human resource capacity. The results of PKM activities show the achievement of optimizing the integrated use of Manjah Tour & Travel's website and social media. There was an increase in the number of tour package orders to Mount Bromo within 2 months after the implementation of the activity, where previously it was 4-6 packages to 15-20 packages per week. This training activity had an impact on increasing the strategic ability of partner management in implementing IMC with the QH approach, which previously had a value of 62 percent but then increased to 88 percent. This model can provide valuable insight in implementing IMC strategies in service businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational game called “Eduquiz: Classification of Living Organisms” to improve the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students. The background of this study is the lack of engaging digital media in junior high school science instruction, and the fact that many students’ learning outcomes have not yet met the minimum passing standard. The solution to the problems outlined in the background is the development of “Eduquiz: Classification of Living Organisms” to improve the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students. “Eduquiz: Classification of Living Organisms” was developed using the Scratch and Canva platforms to create engaging and interactive features and visuals. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Four-D research model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were obtained from the results of validation tests by subject matter experts and media experts, as well as from pretest and posttest scores. The data analysis techniques used in this study were prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing, which included normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain score tests, and paired simple t-tests. The validity test results from the subject-matter expert validators showed an average of 85%, categorized as “valid,” while the results from the media expert validators showed an average of 72%, categorized as “sufficiently valid.” Additionally, the reliability test yielded a result of 0.90 > 0.70. The effectiveness test results indicate an improvement in performance before and after the use of the “Eduquiz: Classification of Living Organisms” learning media. This is evidenced by the N-Gain score test result of 0.34, categorized as moderate, and the paired-sample t-test yielding a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which means rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. Therefore, it can be concluded that the “Classification of Living Organisms” Eduquiz is deemed valid and effective for use in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the Lagrange polynomial and Newton Gregory Forward polynomial interpolation methods in estimating new student enrollment trends in several study programs at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri. Historical data on new student enrollments over the past five years was analyzed. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and comparative designs. The descriptive approach is used to depict new student enrollment trends, while the comparative approach compares the prediction accuracy between the two interpolation methods. The results indicate that the Gregory Forward interpolation generally provides more accurate results than the Lagrange interpolation, particularly for study programs such as Islamic Education Management and Arabic Language Education, as evidenced by lower MAE, MAPE, and RMSE values. However, the Lagrange interpolation performs better in some study programs, such as Indonesian Language Teaching and Natural Sciences Teaching. For example, the Lagrange interpolation for the Indonesian Language Teaching program has an MAE of 6.8, MAPE of 1%, and RMSE of 13.05, significantly lower than the Gregory Forward method. The conclusion of this study suggests that no single method is consistently superior for all study programs. Therefore, selecting the most appropriate interpolation method should be based on the specific data characteristics of each study program. This research contributes significantly to academic planning by providing a more accurate predictive model, which is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri.

Abstract

=================================================Abstract :The Internal Quality Audit (IQA) is a core component of the university’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), aiming to ensure the implementation of the tridharma complies with national quality standards. However, IQA processes often face issues such as auditor subjectivity, delayed reporting, and lack of integrated digital documentation. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System for Internal Quality Audit based on IAPS 4.0, integrating the Profile Matching algorithm to enhance the objectivity and efficiency of evaluations. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework with a Model–View–Controller (MVC) architecture and MySQL database. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Waterfall model, including needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was evaluated using black box testing and validated by comparing the algorithmic results with manual audit outcomes. The findings indicate that the system operates effectively with an accuracy level of 94.2% (average deviation of 5.8%) compared to manual audits. It also reduces audit time by up to 40% and minimizes auditor subjectivity. Integrating the Profile Matching method with IAPS 4.0 indicators represents a novel contribution, particularly in the context of Islamic higher education institutions. Therefore, the system serves as a data-driven decision support model that enhances the effectiveness, efficiency, and objectivity of the internal quality audit process.
