Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu setiap perusahaan termasuk perusahaan pialang salah satunya seperti PT. Victory International Futures Spazio Surabaya saat ini menghadapi tantangan untuk menarik, mengembangkan dan mempertahankan karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh person organization fit, person job fit, dan work engagement terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Victory International Futures Spazio Surabaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam peelitian ini berjumlah 72 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk dapat menguji hubungan variabel. Diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa person organization fit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, person job fit memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, competence, and placement on the job satisfaction of employees of the East Java Province Pamong Praja Police Unit. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the employees of the East Java Province Civil Service Police Unit. The sample in this research was 83 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis process is assisted by the SmartPLS software program. The result of this research indicates that transformational leadership contributes to job satisfaction, competence does not contribute to job satisfaction and placement contributes to the job satisfaction of employees of the East Java Province Civil Service Police Unit. Overall, transformational leadership, competence, and placement variables together have an influence of 78.1% on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of work experience, teamwork, and creativity on employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani. In this case, work experience, teamwork, and creativity are considered important in improving employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach by utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The study's population consists of employees at PT Karya Kreasi Madani, with a sample size of 43 respondents. The data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings revealed that work experience positively and significantly impacts employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani, as well as teamwork and creativity influence the employee performance of PT Karya Kreasi Madani. These findings indicate a relationship that mutually influences work experience, teamwork, creativity, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of employee incentives and job satisfaction on employee loyalty in the new normal period after the Covid-19 pandemic takes place. This study used the object of study, namely the Amaris Hotel. The respondents in this study were all employees at the Amarism Hotel Surabaya with a total of 50 respondents who were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study show that incentives have an original sample value of 0.609 with a significance of 0.000 (0.05) which means that incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction has an original sample value of 0.371 with a significance of 0.000 (0.05) which means that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Investment interest is the desire to invest, which is followed by a lot of information seeking. Everyone, including a lecturer, may be interested in investing in any form, either real assets or financial assets. Investments are made to obtain a benefit in the future. This research aims to determine how a lecturer's behavior in fostering interest in investing in financial assets, especially stocks, considers the factors that influence it. Participants in this study were lecturers in Surabaya who were certified lecturers and were permanent lecturers at public and private universities. This study uses three exogenous latent variables consisting of financial literacy, attitude, and motivation. One endogenous latent variable, namely investment interest and one moderating variable, namely family. Of the five variables used measured by a total of 21 indicators. The participants in this study were 103 participants. The participants in this study were 103 participants. This study indicates that the variables of financial literacy and motivation have a significant influence on the interest in investing in financial assets. This study suggests that financial literacy and inspiration variables have a considerable impact on the interest in investing in financial assets.

Abstract

Product branding is a methodology in worldwide contests that generates plans, brand images and impressions that appeal to shoppers. The easiest thing that can be done for product branding is through a decent and attractive catalog photo. However, MSMEs that have not been able to take advantage of product branding are an obstacle for business actors in RW 09 Klampis Ngasem Village in developing their market. Most MSMEs are on average aged 40 and over which is of course very difficult to get involved in using marketing in digital business models. On this basis the community service carried out on Jl. Klampis Sacharosa, Kelurahan Klampis Ngasem by students from group 76 KKN-Thematic UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted counseling and training on branding. This activity resulted in new innovations for MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Sub-District in the form of product photos according to standards and making Whatsapp Business which aims to facilitate the sale of MSMEs products in Klampis Ngasem Sub-District and is able to improve partners' ability to do branding. Through the use of digital branding as a marketing medium, the products produced can be recognized by more people and have greater opportunities to expand existing markets.

Abstract

The era of globalization demands companies to boost competitiveness by optimizing human resources. Employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals, influenced by work motivation, work discipline, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees in the production department of UD. Suwarlandono Art. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The population in this study was 50 employees in the production department of UD. Suwarlandono Art, which was also used as a sample with a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. High work motivation, good work discipline, and a conducive work environment can improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving company goals and maintaining competitiveness. Problems related to work discipline and less than less-than-optimal work environment can negatively affect employee job satisfaction, which ultimately affects company productivity and performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on the job satisfaction of operational employees of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 55 operational employees of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi uses saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings in this study indicate that work discipline and work environment contribute to the job satisfaction of operational employees of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the implementation of digital marketing and branding strategiesin building trust and increasing sales within financial service companies, particularly at PT Agrodana Futures. The research was conducted using an internship based practical method over a four month period, during which the researcher was directly involved in the planning, execution, and evaluation of the company's marketing activities, especially those based on digital platforms. Observation indicates that PT Agrodana Futures employs digital marketing strategies by using social media platforms (Instagram and YouTube) its official website, and regularly held educational. webinars to deliver market information, investment education, and to strengthen its image as a legal and professional company. The branding strategy is reinforced through consistent visual identity and emphasis on the official regulations that oversee the company, such as BAPPEBTI and the Jakarta Futures Exchange. The success of this strategy is reflected in increased participation in digital activities, greater public trust as evidenced by feedback and digital interaction and a rise in the number of new customer accounts during the internship period. This study concludes that the synergy between education based digital marketing strategies and credibility oriented branding has a significant impact on customer perceptions and decision making. This research provides practical contributions for financial service companies seeking to build trust amidst competition and the dynamics of the digital industry.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Morning briefing as an internal communication strategy to enhance employee productivity and performance at PT. Agrodana Futures. Effective communication serves as a key element in building coordination, task comprehension, and work motivation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach, including problem identification, literature review, field observation, activity documentation, data collection, and conclusion. The results indicate that regular morning briefings significantly contribute to faster decision-making, stronger team collaboration, and improved work efficiency. These findings affirm that Morning briefing functions as a strategic medium capable of comprehensively boosting employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the briefing format be further developed to become more interactive and goal-oriented to maximize its effectiveness.
