This study explores the role of the Bai'at Santri at the Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) of Pangalengan in strengthening religious moderation among students. To achieve these objectives, the research employs a qualitative method with a positivist approach, enabling an in-depth exploration of data within its natural context. Data were collected through triangulation techniques, and the analysis was conducted qualitatively using an inductive approach based on existing facts. The findings indicate that the Bai'at Santri at the pesantren is not an extremist ritual, but rather a pledge by students to adhere to the pesantren's rules and respect the values of Islamic moderation. This activity supports the indicators of religious moderation developed by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, such as national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and accommodation of local culture. Through Bai'at Santri, students are expected to develop moderate attitudes, which include understanding differences, applying just laws, and utilizing science and technology to solve problems. This study concludes that Bai'at Santri is proven to be an effective strategy in strengthening religious moderation at PPI 259. This activity not only fosters tolerance among students but also reinforces the integration of moderation values into daily life at the pesantren. Future research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of Bai'at Santri on the surrounding community and to analyze factors that can enhance the effectiveness of religious moderation programs at other pesantren. Additionally, the perspectives of students and alumni should be considered to gain deeper insights into the influence of Bai'at Santri on their attitudes and behaviors after leaving the pesantren.

Digital technology is currently widely used to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of operations in a business/enterprise, both large and small, micro, or medium scale. Financial reporting in MSMEs often only uses simple recording methods and is carried out conventionally. The use of technology in this case is limited to calculating addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division using a calculator while the recording system is carried out traditionally. This community service (PkM) activity is focused on direct assistance and guidance with simulation and participatory methods for MSME Eatspot.id to create accountable financial reporting based on technology. The results of PkM concluded that MSME Eatspot.id has been able to manage and report finances by utilizing technology independently. MSME Eatspot.id partners have been able to implement the transfer of knowledge received regarding the use of the Akuntansiku application

Hotel tax and restaurant tax are two types of local taxes whose potential continues to grow in line with the increasing attention to supporting components such as the service sector, infrastructure development, and tourism in regional development policies. This study aims to examine the effect of hotel tax and restaurant tax on revenue in Banjarmasin City. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing time-series data from 2019 to 2023. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests. Based on the research findings, the hotel tax variable has a significance value (Sig) of 0.377, which is greater than the alpha value (0.05), indicating that hotel tax (X1) does not have a significant effect on the regional revenue (Y) of Banjarmasin City. Meanwhile, the restaurant tax variable has a significance value (Sig) of 0.000, which is smaller than the alpha value (0.05), indicating that restaurant tax (X2) has a significant effect on the regional revenue (Y) of Banjarmasin City. Furthermore, based on the research results, the p-value is 0.00 < 0.05, which suggests that not all independent variables (hotel tax and restaurant tax) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, which is the regional revenue of Banjarmasin City. The implications of this study encourage the optimization of local tax revenue in Banjarmasin City.

Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze the performance of employees at the Murung Raya Village Office, South Banjarmasin District. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all employees at the Murung Raya Village office, South Banjarmasin District. Sample withdrawal uses a saturated sample technique, where all populations are respondents in this study. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Findings: The results of the study can be concluded that employees are able to position their abilities in the tasks given by their superiors to complete and be responsible for all these tasks. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to descriptive analysis so that researchers can further explore methods, techniques, and larger populations. Practical implications: The performance of the employees has also been categorized as very good, because the performance they do is in accordance with the expectations of the superiors and what is applied so that the performance carried out goes well, in accordance with the expectations of the superiors at the village office. Originality/value: This research is useful for the development of employee performance in the village

Purpose: The Village Fund is a government program in supporting and realizing developments in the village. The purpose of this study is to find out the utilization of Village Funds (DK) in Murung Raya Village, South Banjarmasin District. As well as the fulfillment of the principles of village development in the Utilization of Village Funds. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, the subjects of the study are the Head of the Village, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Development and the community. Data collection is based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman approach.Research Findings: The result of this study is that the use of Village Funds in supporting the development of Murung Raya Village Infrastructure has been effective. This can be proven by the number of development programs that have been realized in accordance with the development plan. The involvement of the community in the utilization of village funds is quite good, this is one of the expectations that are desired for the community. The community has been involved in the preparation of the plan and is directly involved in the development work even to the development stage of the program. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the Murung Raya Village government to further mature development planning in the Village and empower the local community. Tujuan Penelitian: Dana Desa merupakan program pemerintah dalam mendukung dan mewujudkan pembangunan di desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Dana Desa (DK) di Desa Murung Raya, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan, serta pemenuhan prinsip-prinsip pembangunan desa dalam pemanfaatan Dana Desa. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam studi ini meliputi Kepala Desa, Sekretaris, Bendahara, Kepala Pembangunan, dan masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Miles & Huberman. Temuan Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Dana Desa dalam mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur Desa Murung Raya telah efektif. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya program pembangunan yang telah terealisasi sesuai dengan rencana pembangunan. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan Dana Desa cukup baik, yang merupakan salah satu harapan yang diinginkan dari masyarakat. Masyarakat telah dilibatkan dalam penyusunan rencana serta terlibat langsung dalam pekerjaan pembangunan hingga tahap pengembangan program. Kontribusi Teoretis/Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi pemerintah Desa Murung Raya dalam memperkuat perencanaan pembangunan desa serta memberdayakan masyarakat lokal.

Depression is a common mental illness among older people. Earlier research has proven that poor social support is a major risk indicator for later-life depression. The present research has a goal of analyzing the relationship between support from friends and depressive symptoms among older people living at social institutions. A descriptive correlational design was used with a total sampling method. The population subjected to the research was 44 older people who lived at the Tresna Werdha Social Home Wisma Kartika Yatira. A structured questionnaire to rate support from friends was applied, containing validated items to assess both perceived and provided support. The results indicated that 25 respondents had moderate levels of support from their friends, whereas 19 had poor levels of support from their friends. Regarding depression, 23 respondents had no signs of depression, and 21 had slight signs of depression. There was a statistically significant relationship between support from their friends and depression (r = 0,722, p = 0.000). The evidence indicates that levels of support from their friends are linked with higher levels of depressive signs. From the findings, a proposal is made to adopt the SMB (Sharing Motivation Together) intervention—a peer-based intervention aimed at promoting mutual encouragement, emotional attachment, and activity among older persons at institutional settings.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018 yaitu meningkatnya angka gangguan kesehatan mental pada remaja diatas 15 tahun sebanyak 5,3% dari tahun 2013. Masa remaja adalah masa yang penting bagi mental seseorang, tidak semua remaja yang dapat mengelola stresnya. Pada kondisi ini diperlukan mekanisme koping yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi stressor. Kecerdasan spiritual adalah salah satu faktor yang berdampak pada remaja dalam memilih upaya koping. Remaja yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual tinggi maka akan mampu memilih koping yang konstruktif. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian crosssectional dengan pendekan analitik kategorik, bertempat di SMAN 6 Bandung, jumah sample sebanyak 86 respinden yang di pilah menggunakan teknik proportionale stratified random sampling. instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner tingkat kecerdasan spiritual di adaptasi dari teori King & DeCicco yaitu SISRI-24 (The Spiritual Intelligence Self Report Inventory) dan mekanisme koping yang di adaptasi dari teori Carver & Cornor B-COPE (Brief from of the Coping Orintation to Problem Experience). Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan diuji menggunakan menggunakan uji kolerasi Chi Square. Hasil uji statistik tentang hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja di SMA Negeri 6 Bandung diperoleh p-value 0,000 (p=0,005) dalam artian terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dengan mekanisme koping pada remaja di SMA Negeri 6 Bandung. Perlu adanya peningkatan konsistensi keberlangsungan program pembinaan spiritual yang sudah ada dan memperkaya materi dengan lebih berragam sebagai upaya memperbaiki mekanisme koping remaja

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL terhadap pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Bone kelas XI. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran PjBL dan pembelajaran konvensional, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar pada materi menulis laporan ilmiah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MAN 3 Bone Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 10 kelas, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang dan kelas XI IPA 6 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar pada materi menulis laporan ilmiah berupa pretest dan post tes. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan uji Pengujian normalitas data hasil belajar menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Data hasil belajar dari populasi akan berdistribusi normal apabila sig > α dengan taraf nyata α = 0,05t. Hasil penelitian yang berupa data mentah diolah dengan menggunakan teknik persentase. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa H_o ditolak dan H_1 diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dianggap efektif untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran menulis laporan ilmiah kelas XI MAN 3 Bone. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PjBL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar menulis laporan siswa kelas XI MAN 3 Bone
