Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menggambarkan tentang kesiapan menerima perubahan organisasi di masa pandemi bagi Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dalam hal 1) Struktur Organisasi, 2) Perkembangan Teknologi, 3) Pegawai. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelian deskriptif kuantitatif . Populasi penenlitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga administrasi sekolah mengenai perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi terkait kegiatan pegawai administrasi sekolah di masa pandemi di SMP Negeri se- Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan jumlah 268 orang, dengan besar sampel 73 orang Instrumen dari penelitian ini berupa kuesioner model Skala semantik differensial. Sebelum digunakan, terlebih dahulu di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan mencari skor rata-rata dan persen capaiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kesiapan Struktur Organisasi menerima perubahan berada pada kategori siap dengan jumlah rata-rata 6,11, (2) kesiapan perubahan terhadap perkembangan teknologi bagi tenaga administrasi sekolah berada pada kategori siap dengan hasil rata-rata 6,05, (3) kesiapan menerima perubahan Organisasi terhadap pegawai yaitu tenaga administrasi sekolah di masa pandemi berada pada kategori siap dengan jumlah rata-rata 5,98. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan menerima perubahan terhadap tenaga administrasi sekolah di setiap sekolah di tingkat SMP Negeri se- kabupaten pasaman barat dengan kategori siap dengan jumlah rata-rata 6,05.

Abstract

The study was conducted to obtain data and information regarding the readiness of school administration staff in dealing with organizational changes during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of the accuracy of changes, confidence in their abilities, management support, and personal benefits. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of school administration staff in this study amounted to 166 administrative staff. Therefore, this research sample was taken using the 4-level Cluster Sampling technique so that 35 school administrators were selected as samples. The research instrument is a semantic differential scale model questionnaire which has 7 alternative answers. The results of data analysis show that the readiness of school administrative staff in dealing with organizational changes during the COVID-19 outbreak at SMPNs in South Solok Regency is in the ready category with an achievement percentage of 74.29.

Abstract

This article discusses how to compare the implementation of education, especially art education in the music sub-field at home and abroad. With a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, researchers used observation and literature review. The implementation of art education is basically how to develop, provide opportunities and guide students in using their senses to be creative in solving problems. Music education abroad, such as Europe, Korea-Japan and America, is considered fast in the development of art education, especially music education. On the other hand, Indonesia, which has a wealth of culture, including a wealth of regional music, certainly has the opportunity to exist in the midst of a musical education style that tends to be oriented towards western music. Differences in the history of the nation at home and abroad, different methods and instruments also play a role in the development of music in each country.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai Persepsi Guru Tentang Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengelola Peserta didik di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan dilihat dari: (1) Mengatur penerimaan peserta didik baru, (2) Mengatur orientasi peserta didik baru, (3) Mengatur penempatan siswa (pembagian kelas) dan (4) Mengatur pembinaan dan pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurukuler peserta didik. Populasi penelitian ini semua guru di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan sebanyak 171 orang .sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 guru terpilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner) model skala likert yang telah diuji cobakan untuk melihat validitas dan reliabilitas angket. Dalam hal ini Persepsi Guru Tentang Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengelola Peserta didik di SMK Negeri Kecematan Koto IX Tarusan Dan IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan, dalam kategori kurang mampu

Abstract

Efforts to improve and improve the quality of the learning process cannot be separated from the role of professional teachers and principals. In the context of efforts to improve the quality of educational resources, especially teachers, it is necessary to carry out programmed and continuous supervision by school principals who also have competence in carrying out supervision. The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge and skills to school principals in implementing teacher category-based supervision. The method of implementing this training is through lectures, discussions, case studies, and assignment methods (recitation). Supervision competency improvement training in this proposal is grouped into 2 major activities, namely the delivery of material and guided assignments. Supervised assignments are carried out for three months after the training is given. In this guided assignment the school principal implements the supervision program documents that have been prepared at the training stage. During its implementation, the principal is guided by the service team and resource persons with an agreed schedule. Activity evaluation is carried out 3 times, namely before the main activity, during the process, and after the activity. Evaluation prior to core activities is carried out in the form of a pre-test. The results of the Pre-test and Post-Test of Solok city school principals showed that there was an increase in the principal's understanding of 27.5% in the aspects of: (1) supervisory competence, (2) understanding of curriculum content, approaches, and assessment based on literacy and numeracy, and (3) understanding related to the psychology of communication in the implementation of supervision.

Abstract

Indonesia and Japan have different education systems. The Japanese and Indonesian education systems each have unique advantages and disadvantages. Indonesia is currently ranked 72 out of 77 countries, Indonesia's education system needs greater attention. There are many education experts born in Indonesia who can improve the education system in Indonesia. Indonesia's education system is moving on the right track. Comparing Indonesia with countries that have strong education systems, such as Japan, is one strategy to move the Indonesian education system in the right direction. with countries that have strong educational institutions, such as Japan. Children in Japan are taught moral principles, politeness, and discipline starting from the age of 0 to 4. Children in Japan who have reached the fourth grade of elementary school have to take exams that are not too tough for other students. Exams that are not too burdensome for students. The Japanese education system has a lot to offer Indonesia.

Abstract

Education policies certainly vary from country to country. To achieve the main goal of education, the Indonesian and Australian governments should work to improve the quality of education in their respective countries by conducting possible curriculum comparisons with other countries. The main objective of this study is to compare the primary school mathematics curriculum in Indonesia and Australia. What are the parallels and differences between the paradigms embedded in the Australian and Indonesian curricula? The research also aimed to find information that would allow a more thorough comparison of the two countries' education systems and mathematics curricula. Mathematics curricula and textbooks from both countries were analyzed for this study, making document analysis the main methodological choice. The research method used was a comparative analysis using qualitative techniques conducted to highlight the similarities and differences between the two. Results show that the Australian mathematics curriculum follows the guidelines set by the National Mathematics Standards Teacher Council of the United States, New Zealand, Finland and the United Kingdom. The topics covered outline the curriculum to be presented to students i.e. Comprehension, fluency, problem solving and reasoning are all addressed as part of the skillset. It is different with Indonesia which is currently using the 2013 curriculum. The 2013 curriculum which is often called Kurtila is a competency-based curriculum. Competency-based curriculum is a curriculum designed to help students learn and practice the skills and knowledge covered in the SKL.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan suatu negara dan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan masyarakat dan ekonomi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi komparatif antara sistem pendidikan Indonesia dan Jepang dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan kesamaan antara kedua sistem tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan komparatif untuk menganalisis kebijakan, struktur, kurikulum, metode pengajaran, serta hasil dan prestasi pendidikan dalam kedua negara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari berbagai literatur, laporan, dan studi sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan oleh para peneliti pendidikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendidikan Indonesia dan Jepang memiliki perbedaan signifikan dalam beberapa aspek. Secara umum, pendidikan di Jepang dikenal dengan pendekatan yang sangat terstruktur, fokus pada disiplin, serta memiliki kurikulum yang ketat dan terstandarisasi. Di sisi lain, sistem pendidikan Indonesia memiliki keberagaman yang lebih besar dalam hal kurikulum, metode pengajaran, dan keterlibatan komunitas lokal dalam pendidikan.Meskipun demikian, kedua sistem pendidikan ini juga memiliki kesamaan dalam beberapa aspek. Keduanya memiliki penekanan yang kuat pada pengembangan karakter dan nilai-nilai moral, serta pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan anak-anak.Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang penting dalam memahami perbedaan dan kesamaan antara sistem pendidikan Indonesia dan Jepang. Dalam konteks globalisasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini, pengetahuan tentang sistem pendidikan negara lain dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi dan pembelajaran untuk pengembangan sistem pendidikan yang lebih baik di masa depan

Abstract

Character problems in school-age children who deviate from the norms and values ​​in society. This is a problem in society. For this reason, character education is needed, especially in schools. Several countries have implemented character education in the school curriculum, for example Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. Furthermore, the governments of the three countries have made character education a topic of discussion and priority in human resource development. Through character education, quality human beings are produced in all dimensions of personality. The purpose of this research is to describe and compare character education in Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. This type of research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Next, character education will be described and compared in the three countries.
