Abstract

Abstract The research is motivated by various problems that the authors encounter in the field which shows that the performance of employees is still not realized. The aspects studied were productivity, quality and timeliness. This research is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were al employess totaling 58 employess whose entire population was sampled. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The result is that the employess’s performance is in a good category.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan penjelasan perihal pengetahuan pendidik tentang kepemimpinan transformasional pemimpin di SMP Negeri se-Kec. Rao Selatan Kab, Pasaman yang dilihat dari: (1) Memotivasi dan Mengispirasi, (2) Intelektual Stimulasi dan (3) Pertimbangan Individu. Adapun pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan adalah seberapa baik kepemimpinan transformasional pemimpin di SMPN se-Kec. Rao Selatan Kab Pasaman yang dilihat dari: (1) Motivasi dan Inspirasi, (2) intelektual Stimulasi dan (3) Pertimbangan Individual berdasarkan persepsi guru. Seluruh guru di SMPN se Kecamatan Rao Selatan sebagai populasi berjumlah 102 orang sehingga contoh riset berjumlah 51 orang guru yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik propotional random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner model skala Likert yang telah diujicobakan untuk melihat validitas dan reliabelitas angket. Hasilnya adalah tanggapan guru terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional kepala SMPN 1 se-Kec. Rao Selatan Kab. Pasaman sudah dilaksanakan secara efektif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kurikulum berbasis teknologi informasi yang dilihat dari aspek: 1) ketersediaan informasi, 2) ketanggapan dan 3) kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru se SMK-Kota Padang Panjang yang berjumlah 149 orang guru dan sampel sebanyak 62 orang guru. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian menunjukkan ketersediaan informasi dari pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kurikulum berbasis teknologi informasi mencapai skor 3,83 dalam kategori baik, aspek ketanggapan mencapai skor 4,04 dengan kategori baik dan aspek kemudahan penggunaan mencapai skor 4,02 dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut secara keseluruhan pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kurikulum berbasis teknologi informasi di SMK se-Kota Padang Panjang sudah berjalan baik dengan ketercapaian skor 3,96.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the service of school administration personnel for information technology-based personnel at SMK in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study discusses the service of school administrative personnel for personnel affairs, which can be described based on indicators, namely: 1) awareness in providing services has a value of 4.4 in the good category, 2) the ability to provide services has a value of 4.42 in the good category, 3) means of providing services has a value of 4.49 in the good category. Overall, information technology-based staffing services at SMK in Padang City have a score of 4.45 in the good category.

Abstract

In this study regarding the service of information technology-based financial affairs administration staff in SMK in Bukittinggi to find out and study how well the services provided by the financial affairs administration staff. Have provided good service to service recipients. This can be seen from the aspects of 1) simplicity, 2) clarity, 3) time certainly, 4) accuracy, 5) security, 6) responsibility, 7) completeness of facilities and infrastructure, 8) comfort. This study uses a population research method, namely all populations are subjects to be studied. Therefore, the population of this study is all administrative staff of financial affairs at vocational high schools in Bukittinggi, amounting to 25 people from 9 schools. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a likert scale. From the results of the study, it has been found that the service of information technology-based financial affairs school administrative staff at SMK in Bukittinggi City get a score of 4,17 with a good category.

Abstract

Riset ini maksudnya untuk menunjukan pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah urusan kesiswaan berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se kabupaten tanar. Tujuan riset ini untuk menunjukan 1) prosedur pelayanan, 2) waktu penyelesaian pelayanan, 3) biaya pelayanan, 4) produk pelayanan, 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan, 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan dan 7) penggunaan teknologi. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar berjumlah 347 orang. Sampel yaitu 79 guru didapat dengan rumus slovin dan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumentresearch dengan angket model skala likert dan 5 jawaban yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan spss 20.0. hasilnya adalah 1)prosedur pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,18. 2) waktu penyelesaian memperoleh kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,72. 3) biaya pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,20. 4) produk pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 3,99. 5) sarana dan prasarana pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,27. 6) kompetensi petugas pemberi pelayanan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,13 dan 7) penggunaan teknologi berada pada kategori tinggi dengan memperoleh skor 4,08. Kesimpulan nya pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah berbasis teknologi informasi di Smk se Kabupaten Tanah Datar sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

This research was made to determine what factors are influenced by organizational climate and what factors affect organizational climate. Factors influenced by organizational climate: 1) job satisfaction, 2) employee performance, 3) work motivation. Factors that influence organizational climate: 1) leadership style, 2) organizational culture, 3) work culture, 4) interpersonal communication, 5) commitment. Sources of data from this research are taken from journal articles, theses and supported by books related to organizational climate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the observations and interviews of the authors of several teachers at SMKN 1 Padang that showed that the school administration services for surveying and archiving based on information technology have not been good. The research aims to obtain information on Administrative Personnel Services School of Research Affairs and Information Technology-Based Archiving as seen from the aspects of (1) Physical Evidence, (2) Reliability, (3) Response. This study is descriptive quantitative with a population of all 458 teachers in vocational schools in Payakumbuh City. While the sample size was taken using Slovin formula with a 10% error rate using Proportional Random Sampling techniques ratified by 82 teachers. The assessment instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire with five alternative answers. The results showed the ministry of administrative personnel services school administration affairs surveying and archiving based on information technology from aspects tangible (physical evidence) with a good category average score of 4.20, school administration services for surveying and archiving based on information technology from reliability aspects (reliability) is in a good position with an average score of 4.09, school administration services survey affairs and information technology-based archiving from responsiveness aspects (responsiveness) has been carried out well at the level of 4.00. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. The purpose of this study was to obtain information on: 1) employee performance, 2) achievement motivation, and 3) the relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. The population of all civil servants and non civil servant employees in the Department of Education and Culture of Fifty Cities Regency is 89 people. The sample used was 47 people who were obtained based on the use of the Slovin formula based on the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The use of this research instrument is the use of a Likert Scale with 5 selected answers it have test for validity and reliability. Validity and reliability were tested with the help of SPSS 16.0 with the Product Moment correlation formula. The results of the analysis show 1) high category employee performance, namely 89.58%, 2) achievement motivation is in the high category 87.9%, and 3) there is a clear relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance in the Education and Culture Office of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. That is, r count 0.754> r table 0.288 and the t value is 7.717> t table 2,000 at the 95% confidence level, which shows a relationship between achievement motivation and employee performance. This means that achievement motivation is one of the factors that influence the performance of employees in the Education and Culture Office of Fifty Cities Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi penulis di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kab. Padang Pariaman bahwa terdapat indikasi bahwa pengelolaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pamong belajar belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan seberapa baik persepsi siswa tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran oleh pamong belajar di SKB Kab. Padang Pariaman. meliputi: 1) perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 3) evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang berada di SKB Kab. Padang Pariaman dengan jumlah 230 siswa, diambil sampel sebanyak 77 orang dengan rumus Slovin dan perhitungan persentase. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan model skala, dengan analisis data menggunakan rumus mean. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran oleh pamong belajar di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kab. Padang Pariaman dilihat dari aspek 1) perencanaan pembelajaran memiliki kategori baik dengan skor hasilnya 3.92 dengan tingkat ketercapaian 78,4%, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4.23 dengan tingkat pencapaian 84.6%, 3) evaluasi pembelajaran dengan kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4.39 dengan tingkat ketercapaian 87.8%, 4) secara keseluruhan persepsi siswa tentang Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Oleh Pamong Belajar Di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Kab. Padang Pariaman termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor temuan 3.97 dengan tingkat ketercapain 79.4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaturan dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Pamong Belajar sudah berjalan dengan baik dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran.
