Abstract

ABSTRAKKetika suatu pesawat terbang mengalami kecelakaan terjatuh ke dalam air, maka lokasi keberadaannya dapat dideteksi oleh alat yang disebut receiver beacon black box locator acoustic (pingers receiver). Pingers receiver berfungsi untuk menerima sinyal dengan frekuensi 37,5 kHz ± 1 kHz dari pingers transmitter atau Underwater Locator Beacon (ULB) yang berada pada black box pesawat. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat perancangan pingers receiver yang tersusun dari rangkaian Band Pass Filter (BPF), detektor selubung, penguat audio, dan loud speaker. Frekuensi sinyal 37,5 kHz ± 1 kHz yang dikirim oleh pingers transmitter akan diterima oleh pingers receiver, dimana tahap pertama melewati rangkaian Band Pass Filter (BPF) selanjutnya sinyal akan dideteksi oleh detektor selubung untuk mengambil kembali sinyal informasi yang berupa sinyal pulsa dengan lebar pulsa 10 milidetik dan interval 1 detik sebagai sinyal pingers yang nantinya mampu didengar oleh telinga manusia. Berdasarkan perancangan yang telah dibuat, output sinyal yang dihasilkan oleh prototipe pingers receiver tersebut memiliki lebar pulsa 14 milidetik dengan interval 1 detik. Kata kunci: pingers receiver, band pass filter (BPF), detektor selubung, loud speaker.ABSTRACTWhen an aircraft caught in an accident and crashes into the water, its location can be detected using a device called a receiver beacon black box locator acoustic (pingers receiver). The pingers receiver functioned as a reciever signal with 37,5 kHz ± 1 kHz frequency from trnasmitter pingers or Underwater Locator Beacon (ULB) which is on air plane black blox. In this research made design pingers receiver composed of a series of  Band Pass Filter (BPF), envelope detector, audio amplifier, and loud speaker. The signal of 37,5 kHz ± 1 kHz  frequency sent by pingers transmitter will bereceived by pingers receiver, after which the signal will be processed by the Band Pass Filter (BPF) circuit before being detected by envelope detector for take back the signal information which like pulse signal with 10ms width and 1 second interval as pingers signal tha can  be to  be heard by human ear. Based on the  design that  was made, the signal ouput generated by the prototype has a 14 ms width with 1 second interval. Abstract

Abstract Static magnetic fields always exist the environment around us; besides being useful there are also negative impacts on humans, therefore it is necessary to have a tool to measure static magnetic fields. The purpose of this research is to produce a static magnetic field meter that can measure weak magnetic field. In this research, the design and realization of a static magnetic field meter using rotating search coil method is carried out, including: search coil, instrumentation and calibration amplifier, and display. Based on the results of measurements and tests that have been carried out, a static magnetic field meter with a coil area A = m2 and the number of turns N = 14 at a certain angular frequency (ω), can detect and measure a fairly small static magnetic field density (B) from various sources, for stable conditions: in the laboratory without any source of magnetic field can detect B = 2.127 to 2.375 mT, and with magnetic source (circular can detect B = 7.422 to 8.194 mT, neodymium can detect B = 11.03 to 11.84 mT, and smartphone X can detect B = 10.37 to 11.78 mT). Overall the device can work to detect and measure weak static magnetic fields with good measurement stability as seen from the relationship curve between supply voltage and the DC motor rotation which is linear, and measurement sensitivity up to B = 2.127 mT.

Abstract

At this time there are various types of equipment for electronic communication or often called telecommunications equipment that can be used by the public. Difficulties for students who do not have or master the use of the latest telecommunications equipment, and live in areas that are not covered by telecommunications networks. Of course there must be an appropriate alternative technology that can be used. Where one of them uses broadcast technology through "community radio". Community radio is a radio broadcasting station that is owned, managed, earmarked, initiated, and established by a community. Community radio to disseminate or broadcast information in the form of sound (audio) such as talk, news, or music, through radio waves at a certain frequency. Community radio is useful for distance learning activities, both in situations where there is a pandemic that limits face-to-face activities, or situations without a pandemic, such as overcoming technological limitations in areas that are not covered by cable or cellular telecommunications networks for internet applications.

Abstract

Understanding smart home technology is increasingly important as automation and IoT become integral parts of modern living and industry. Arduino is a microcontroller that is widely used in practical technology applications, including smart home technology. Smart home systems are computer-based systems that provide comfort, safety, security, and energy savings automatically. They can be programmed via a computer connected to the internet and can manage electrical equipment that can be controlled, monitored, or accessed remotely. To connect Arduino to the internet, the ESP8266 is used. The ESP8266 is a low-cost Wi-Fi microchip with built-in TCP/IP networking software and microcontroller capability. The Arduino system for education and learning at SMK Al Falah Dago is based on an ESP8266 microcontroller embedded in the Arduino Uno Smart Home Installation for connecting to cellphones, relays, lights, and fans as controlled electronic devices. SMK AL Falah Dago is a vocational high school that offers a program in electrical engineering scope, so this training is crucial to equip students with the necessary expertise to design, install, and maintain smart home systems, preparing them to meet the demands of the evolving technological landscape.

Abstract

Background: Doping remains a persistent issue in martial arts, exacerbated by the easy access to over-the-counter medications containing banned substances. Despite existing regulations, athletes often lack comprehensive knowledge of anti-doping measures, leading to unintentional violations.Aims: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a doping management program in improving knowledge and awareness of doping among martial arts athletes.Methods: A convergent parallel mixed-methods design was employed. Twenty-one national-level martial arts athletes were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured interviews and standardized questionnaires. The doping management intervention included a web-based doping screening tool, an anti-doping educational module, and a 24-hour online consultation clinic implemented during the 2024 National Sports Week (PON) training period.Results: Results showed a significant increase in athletes' knowledge of doping, with the mean score rising from 54% to 76% (p = 0.002), especially in terms of understanding Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs). However, the study also found low utilization of online doping clinics, confusion regarding TUE procedures, and continued reliance on coaches for drug use. Document analysis and institutional mapping showed that coordination between stakeholders was fragmented, and socialization of anti-doping services was not optimal.Conclusion: The findings underscore that coaches play a pivotal role in doping management, serving as primary sources of information and guidance for athletes. Strengthening the involvement of coaches in anti-doping education is essential to maintaining a doping-free environment and ensuring the success of doping prevention strategies in martial arts.

Abstract

The third mission of a university is a community service. Based on this mission, this paper presents the activity of community service. The activity was training for senior high school students and teachers. The subjects of the training are actuators, IoT, and IP address. These components or subsystems are very important basic industrial instrumentation for further automation. These subsystems are very correlated with each other. Some actuators are electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic types. There are many applications of IoT and IP addresses, such as smart grids and communications.

Abstract

Mortar adalah campuran yang terdiri dari pasir, bahan perekat serta air, dan diaduk sampai homogen. Mortar mempunyai fungsi yang penting dalam suatu bangunan seperti pada pekerjaan pasangan pondasi, pasangan batubata ataupun pada pekerjaan dinding. Khusus untuk pekerjaan dinding, sekarang banyak dijumpai pekerjaan dinding yang retak pada plesterannya dan tidak kedap air, akibat dari retaknya plesteran yang ada pada pasangan dinding akan mengakibatkan pada pasangan dinding ini selalu terlihat basah akibatnya rembesan air dari bagian luar dinding dapat menyebabkan rusaknya cat dan timbulnya jamur pada dinding tersebut. Saat ini campuran mortar yang banyak dipakai untuk plesteran dinding menggunakan perbandingan semen dan pasir adalah 1 : 2, hingga 1 : 6, tetapi dengan campuran yang ada ini masih terdapat banyak kelemahannya Masyarakat masih sering menggunakan semen portland sebagai bahan pengikat utama dalam pembuatan mortar. Penggunaan bahan pengikat lain terkadang ditambahkan di dalam pembuatan mortar. Salah satunya adalah dengan penambahan kapur yang berfungsi sebagai bahan ikat mortar yang mengurangi jumlah semen dan menaikkan kuat tekan mortar. Oleh karena itu perlu dicoba bahan tambah lain yang fungsinya hampir sama dengan kapur dan semen portland yang berfungsi sebagai bahan pengikat yang mengurangi penggunaan semen portland. Peneliti akan mengadakan penelitian mengenai penggunaan epoksi sebagai bahan matrik pengganti semen pada pembuatan mortar. Resin epoksi banyak digunakan untuk bahan komposit di beberapa bagian struktur, resin ini juga dipakai sebagai bahan campuran pembuatan kemasan, bahan cetakan (moulding compound) dan perekat. Resin epoksi sangat baik digunakan sebagai matriks pada komposit dengan penguat serat gelas. Pengunaan resin epoksi pada beton dapat mempercepat proses pengerasan, karena resin epoksi menimbulkan panas sehingga membantu percepatan pengerasan. Penelitian ini diharapkan didapat campuran yang menghasilkan kuat tekan optimum.

Abstract

Kadar air merupakan salah satu parameter utama dalam menentukan mutu beras. Penelitian ini menyajikan perancangan dan realisasi alat ukur kadar air beras berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Sistem terdiri dari sampel beras dalam wadah plastik, sensor kelembapan tanah resistif (YL-69), sensor kelembapan tanah kapasitif, Arduino Uno (ATmega328) sebagai unit pemroses dan pengendali, serta liquid crystal display (LCD) 16 × 2 sebagai output. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa Arduino Uno berhasil memproses data masukan dan mengendalikan seluruh perangkat. Sensor resistif dan kapasitif mampu mendeteksi kadar air beras dengan keluaran tegangan analog masing-masing 5,012 s.d 5,062 V dan 2,135 s.d 2,155 V. LCD menampilkan kadar air beras dalam persentase (%) sesuai dengan data yang terdeteksi. Secara keseluruhan, hasil perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur ini berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Terhitung sejak tanggal 30 April 2022 di sejumlah wilayah Indonesia mulai dilakukan proses analog switch off (ASO) atau mematikan seluruh siaran TV analog, bersamaan dengan itu siaran TV digital mulai mengudara menggantikan siaran TV analog.  Sedangkan kondisi  sebagian besar pesawat TV yang ada di Indonesia saat ini adalah jenis analog, sehingga masyarakat akan mengalami kesulitan untuk mengakses siaran TV digital karena tidak memiliki pesawat TV digital, oleh karena itu diperlukan perangkat yang dapat menjembatani atau menjadi interface antara siaran TV digital dari penyelenggara siaran TV digital dan pesawat TV analog yang ada milik masyarakat tanpa menggantinya dengan pesawat TV digital. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai TV digital dan penggunaan set top box (STB) untuk menerima siaran TV digital bagi masyarakat di Jawa Barat. STB yang berfungsi sebagai penerima (Rx) dapat menjadi jembatan antara siaran TV digital dan pesawat TV analog. Dengan bantuan STB, masyarakat masih bisa menikmati siaran TV digital menggunakan pesawat TV analog-nya. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini masyarakat khususnya di Jawa Barat, menjadi lebih paham mengenai siaran TV digital dan penggunaan STB, dan pada akhirnya akan memudahkan dalam memperoleh informasi yang berkualitas serta berguna melalui siaran TV digital.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the needs for developing materials to improve Arabic writing skills at University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor). The study utilized the preliminary stage of a research and development research design, aiming to address current deficiencies in instructional materials. The primary objective was to analyse the requirements of both students and lecturers. The data were collected using a combination of observation, documentation analysis, and questionnaires. The documentation analysis showed UNIDA Gontor's dedication to multilingual competency, ensuring focused and comprehensive Arabic writing instruction. The results of survey questionnaire revealed the existence of variations in instructional material, which caused disparity in how materials were understood. The data also demonstrated that there was a need for alignment of teaching materials with UNIDA's language standards. This research summarized the needs of both lecturers and students for developing Arabic teaching materials that met the requirements of the university and enhanced students’ proficiency in Arabic writing.
