Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of consumptive behavior, overconfidence, and loss aversion on stock investment decisions, with risk tolerance as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative associative approach with PLS-SEM analysis, data were collected from 150 active investors in Pontianak City who had at least one year of stock investment experience. The results show that loss aversion and risk tolerance have a direct and significant influence on investment decisions. Investors who tend to avoid losses and have higher risk tolerance are more likely to make investment decisions. Meanwhile, consumptive behavior and overconfidence showed a positive but insignificant influence, indicating they do not strongly drive investment actions. In terms of indirect effects, risk tolerance significantly mediates the relationship between overconfidence and investment decisions, as well as between loss aversion and investment decisions. However, no significant mediation was found between consumptive behavior and investment decisions. These findings highlight the dominant role of psychological factors particularly risk perception and aversion in shaping investment behavior. Understanding these aspects is essential for designing financial education strategies aimed at improving decision-making quality among investors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of earnings management, debt to equity ratio (DER), firm size, and current ratio on the bond ratings of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is an associative study with logistic regression techniques because the dependent variable is bond rating categories (investment grade and non-investment grade). The research sample consists of 62 industrial sector companies that meet the purposive sampling criteria. The analysis results show that earnings management and DER have a significant influence on bond ratings, with earnings management having the strongest influence. Conversely, firm size and current ratio do not have a significant partial effect on bond ratings. The logistic regression model is deemed fit based on the Hosmer and Lemeshow test (p=0.225), and the simultaneous model fit test indicates that the variables influence bond ratings collectively. The Nagelkerke coefficient of determination of 76.5% indicates that the variation in bond ratings can be explained by the independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings emphasize the importance of earnings management and capital structure as key indicators in determining bond rating quality and provide a basis for investors and stakeholders in making more informed investment decisions.

Abstract

Banking and Financial Management on the Financial Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Melawi Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to collect data from MSME owners in the area. The focus of the research is to explain and identify the association between financial literacy, use of Mobile Banking services, financial management, and financial performance of MSMEs.Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to selected samples of MSME owners in Melawi Regency. Regression analysis is used to evaluate the extent to which financial literacy, mobile banking, and financial management variables can explain variations in MSME financial performance. The research results are expected to contribute to understanding the impact of financial literacy, use of Mobile Banking, and financial management on the financial performance of MSMEs. It is hoped that these findings will provide valuable information for business people, financial institutions and local governments in designing more effective MSME development strategies in Melawi Regency. This research confirms that financial literacy, mobile banking and financial management have an important role in supporting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs, with the implication that increasing financial understanding and adaptation to banking technology can improve the financial performance of MSMEs at the local level.

Abstract

Sejak munculnya globalisasi, teknologi informasi telah maju dengan cepat dan menyebar ke banyak negara. Uang elektronik tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai media transaksi cashless dan tunai. SpayLater adalah layanan Paylater versi Shopee. SPayLater Shopee adalah satu-satunya produk Bayar Nanti yang ditawarkannya. Pengguna dapat melakukan pembelian praktis dengan SPayLater. Mahasiswa, khususnya Generasi Z, senang menggunakan SPayLater karena kemudahannya menyimpan dana setiap bulan berdasarkan nominal tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Riset ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan dan TAM terhadap minat penggunaan SPayLater. Seratus lima puluh orang memenuhi persyaratan dan mengisi survei melalui formulir Google. Untuk memverifikasi tabulasi data, kami menggunakan SPSS 25. T-statistics menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan untuk beberapa variabel sehingga sampai pada kesimpulan variabel Literasi Keuangan tidak mempengaruhi minat penggunaan SPayLater. Abstract

Era transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk evaluasi pembelajaran. Artikel ini mengulas kesiapan guru IPA SMP di Jakarta dalam mengikuti pelatihan perancangan evaluasi digital melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Terbuka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis data kuesioner yang mencakup aspek keterampilan teknologi, pengalaman digital, serta persepsi terhadap keunggulan dan kelemahan evaluasi digital. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil berdasarkan gender, yaitu guru laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar guru memiliki akses memadai terhadap perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak digital serta pengalaman menggunakan platform seperti Kahoot dan Google Form. Guru perempuan lebih berpengalaman menggunakan platform evaluasi digital, sedangkan guru laki-laki lebih sering menggunakannya. Keunggulan utama evaluasi digital yang disepakati adalah kemampuannya menjadikan pembelajaran lebih interaktif, dengan banyak variasi jenis evaluasi dan umpan balik real-time yang meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Guru laki-laki mencatat keterbatasan fitur gratis sebagai kelemahan utama, sementara guru perempuan menyoroti berkurangnya interaksi personal. Temuan ini menjadi dasar pelatihan perancangan evaluasi digital, dengan fokus pada penggunaan Blooket sebagai salah satu platform interaktif yang diangkat dalam pelatihan luring.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHaploid breeding through anther culture allows shortening of the breeding cycle and production of homozygous lines from a segregating population in the immediate generation. This technique has been used for crop improvement especially in rice. The objective of this research was to determine regeneration ability of twelve F1s, derived from reciprocal crossing between high yielding rice variety and rice tolerance to salinity, through anther culture. Completely randomized design with 20 replications was used in this research. Medium for callus induction was based on N6 medium + 2.0 mg NAA L-1 + 0.5 mg kinetin L-1 + 1 mM putrescine, while regeneration medium was based on MS + 0.5 mg NAA L-1 + 2.0 mg kinetin L-1 + 1 mM putrescine. Rooting were done in MS medium + 0.5 mg IBA L-1 + 1 mM putrescine. The result indicated that F1 derived from IR77674/Inpari 29 (3.1% green plants/total anther) was the most responsive genotypes in rice anther culture (high anther culture ability). After greenhouse grow out 125 putative double haploid plants were obtained (41.5% from total acclimated green plantlets).  Keywords: double haploid, green planlets, indica rice, salt tolerance

Abstract

Changes in learning patterns that are taking place rapidly due to Covid-19 have made every educational institution able to quickly adapt, especially in the use of learning technology. Teacher readiness in optimizing the use of technology to support the learning process is a new problem that arises when the concept of digital learning begins to be echoed. The use of technology can help teachers visualize material (such as in science learning Physics) and assist teachers in conducting evaluation activities in a practical and efficient manner. The limitations of teachers, especially in several educational institutions in South Tangerang to utilize technology in learning, are the background of the importance of training activities carried out. The results obtained after implementation refer to the evaluation of tasks and practices observed during the training process, indicating that there was an increase in teacher skills in utilizing technology to support the learning process. The teachers who have attended the training have been able to integrate the use of virtual laboratory applications and evaluate student learning outcomes using the quizizz application. The training on the use of learning technology is one of the forms of support from the Physics Education Study Program of FKIP UT to assist and assist teachers in carrying out technology-based learning activities, especially in Physics Science learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
