Abstract

Aceh, a post-conflict region in Indonesia, continues to face challenges in fostering social cohesion and reconciliation through education. Despite its crucial role in peacebuilding, peace education remains insufficiently integrated into the formal curriculum. This study investigated the systematic incorporation of peace education within the junior high school Social Studies curriculum in Aceh through a Research and Development (R&D) design. The research consisted of three phases: (1) curriculum mapping to identify opportunities for peace-related themes, (2) development of a structured peace education module, and (3) evaluation of its effectiveness through classroom observations, focus group discussions (FGDs), interviews, and pre- and post-tests involving 70 students and 9 teachers in Pidie Regency. Findings showed that values such as tolerance, mediation, and conflict resolution are implicitly present in existing materials but lack structured pedagogical integration. The developed module, validated by experts and teachers, significantly improved students’ understanding of peace concepts, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Embedding peace education into existing curricula, rather than introducing it as a separate subject, proved more sustainable and contextually effective. The study highlighted the importance of comprehensive teacher training and supportive policy frameworks to enable large-scale implementation, this research supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4 and SDG 16), advancing quality education, peace, and strong institutions. The model offers a scalable framework for integrating peace education into Social Studies curricula in other post-conflict regions.

Abstract

In the context of Aceh, the word “Ulama" refers to an Islamic scholar who own boarding school (In Aceh language known as Dayah) or a leader of an Islamic boarding school (known as Teungku Dayah). Ulama become "the backbone" of any social problem and play strategic and influential roles in Acehnese society. However, The Ulama roles have changed in the post-conflict era in Aceh. The assumption that Ulama are unable running their authorities in Acehnese society especially in the post-conflict era. Ideally, their roles are needed in the reconciliation regarding the agents of reconciliation who have authority like the Ulama and are trustworthy by Acehnese society. Therefore, this article aims to discuss the position of Ulama in the process of post-conflict reconciliation in Aceh. To investigate the problem, a descriptive qualitative method was used, where the method is to describe the nature of a temporary situation that occurs when the research is carried out in detail, and then the causes of the symptoms were examined. The data were literature studies, participatory observation, and in-depth interviews. The results of this research showed that during an important period of Aceh's history, the Ulama constantly become guardians that provide a religious ethical foundation for each socio-political change in Aceh, and subsequently they also act as the successor to the religious style that developed in the society. Even the formation and development of the socio-political and cultural system occurred partly on the contribution of the Ulama. The position of Ulama in the process of post-conflict reconciliation in Aceh can be found in four ways. Firstly, knowledge transmission. Secondly, as a legal decision-maker which refers to Sharia law, especially related to the reconciliation process. Thirdly, as a mediator. Fourthly, cultural roles in the form of ritual or ceremonial guides that are carried out when the parties of the conflict have met an agreement to reconcile.

Abstract

This study focuses on the role of interpersonal communication, mainly through the Peer Mentorship program, in developing students’ character in madrasahs. The main objective of this study is to explore and evaluate the effectiveness of Peer Mentorship in shaping students’ moral, social, and spiritual character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis and analyzed using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of the study indicate that interpersonal communication facilitated by Peer Mentorship significantly improves students’ leadership, responsibility, and self-confidence. In addition, this program also helps students internalize moral and ethical values relevant to contemporary social challenges such as cultural diversity and digital ethics. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the interpersonal communication approach in character education, which other madrasahs in Indonesia can adopt to improve the overall quality of character education.

Abstract

The selection of potential executor combinations is the initial stage in planning the development of an e-procurement system. The aim is to conduct studies and analyze each combination of executor vendors and consultants based on their impact and scale of importance on cost, time, quality, and flexibility. This study will lead to selecting a recommended combination with the least risk value and the most important based on the current conditions of PT XYZ. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the MANOVA test to assess differences in the influence of each executor combination on costs, time, quality, and flexibility. Next, a risk analysis is carried out using the FMEA method to assess the Risk Priority Index and determine risk mitigation. After that, the best combination of executors is selected based on the risk value and the interest scale. The research results show that there are differences in the influence on cost and quality of all combinations of executors, but different combinations of executors do not have a different influence on time and specificity. The results of the risk analysis show that there are influences of risk management in the relationship between each type of executor on costs, time, quality, and flexibility, which can be seen from the decrease in the Risk Priority Index value for each risk event that has been identified due to risk mitigation. Finally, the results of selecting potential executor combinations using AHP show that combination 8 is the first potential with a value of 0.136, followed by combination 5 in second place with a value of 0.112, and third place is achieved by combination 7 with a value of 0.111. The fourth, fifth, and sixth places are each occupied by Combination 3 with a value of 0.101; combination 2 with a value of 0.098; and combination 1 with a value of 0.097.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali warga panti asuhan dalam menumbuhkembangkan usaha mikro pelaku usaha kripik bawang berbasis ekonomi kreatif yang dilakoni oleh warga panti asuhan abadi Aisyiyya Kota Parepare. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah rendahnya motivasi entrpreneurhip warga panti asuhan, kapabilitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pengetahuan dalam manajemen keuangan usaha serta minimnya skill dalam strategi pemasaran produk. Solusi dan metode pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan memberikan beberapa rangkaian pelatihan secara terstruktur dan sistematis kepada warga panti asuhan abadi agar memiliki motivasi wirausaha yang tinggi, pengelolaan keuangan yang terencana dan profesional serta mengetahui strategi sistem pemasaran produk. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi dalam bentuk Forum Group Discussion dengan mitra dan stakeholder, pelatihan peningkatan motivasi wirausaha, pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan usaha, serta strategi pemasaran produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah warga panti asuhan abadi memiliki motivasi wirausaha dengan membentuk satu unit usaha yang dapat menjadi sumber pendapatan panti asuhan, mengetahui cara pengeloaan keuangan usaha serta strategi pemasaran produk.  Abstract. This community empowerment aims to equip orphanage residents in developing micro-enterprises of creative economy-based onion chip entrepreneurs carried out by residents of the Aisyiyya Abadi orphanage in Parepare City. The problems partners face are the low entrepreneurial motivation of orphanage residents, human resource capabilities, lack of knowledge in business financial management, and minimal skills in product marketing strategies. The solution and method in this PKM activity is to provide several series of structured and systematic training to residents of the Abadi orphanage so that they have high entrepreneurial motivation, planned and professional financial management and know the product marketing system strategy. The stages of implementing the activity began with socialization through a Forum Group Discussion with partners and stakeholders, training to increase entrepreneurial motivation, training in business financial management, and product marketing strategies. The results of this activity are that residents of the Abadi orphanage have entrepreneurial motivation by forming a business unit that can be a source of income for the orphanage, knowing how to manage business finances and product marketing strategies.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the complexities behind sustainable peace by employing the frameworks of durable peace theories and recurring conflict theories. The research methodology is a qualitative approach, with a primary focus on literature review. Through a critical analysis of relevant literature, this study adopts an inductive analysis method to identify, comprehend, and synthesize the factors that influence the sustainability of peace in Aceh. This process involves a critical evaluation of previous studies, related theories, and both historical and contemporary data concerning conflict and peace in Aceh. The findings of this research indicate that the sustainability of peace in Aceh cannot be attributed to a single factor. Instead, the results affirm that a combination of several factors plays a role. These factors include: (1) the duration and the level of damage caused by the conflict, which affect community perceptions and desires for peace; (2) the quality of the peace agreement, including provisions that facilitate reconciliation and social integration; and (3) the inclusion of former activists from the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) into the political and social structure, facilitating the transition from conflict to peace.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami kompleksitas di balik perdamaian yang berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan kerangka teori damai bertahan (durable peace theories) dan teori konflik berulang (recurring conflict theories). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan fokus utama pada tinjauan literatur. Melalui analisis kritis terhadap literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode analisis induktif untuk mengidentifikasi, memahami, dan mensintesis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan perdamaian di Aceh. Proses ini melibatkan penilaian kritis terhadap studi-studi sebelumnya, teori-teori terkait, serta data historis dan kontemporer yang berkaitan dengan konflik dan perdamaian di Aceh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan perdamaian di Aceh tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh satu faktor tunggal. Sebaliknya, hasilnya menegaskan bahwa ada kombinasi dari beberapa faktor yang berperan. Faktor-faktor ini meliputi: (1) durasi dan tingkat kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh konflik, yang mempengaruhi persepsi dan keinginan masyarakat untuk perdamaian; (2) kualitas dari perjanjian damai, termasuk ketentuan-ketentuan yang memungkinkan untuk rekonsiliasi dan integrasi sosial; serta (3) inklusi mantan aktivis Gerakan Aceh Merdeka (GAM) ke dalam struktur politik dan sosial, yang memfasilitasi transisi dari konflik ke perdamaian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas pelanggan di Tokoweb.co, sebuah perusahaan digital yang menyediakan jasa pembuatan website dan layanan digital lainnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari satu staf CRM Tokoweb.co dan satu klien yang telah menggunakan layanan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CRM di Tokoweb.co diimplementasikan melalui komunikasi intensif menggunakan WhatsApp Business, personalisasi layanan, dan tindak lanjut berkala kepada klien. Strategi pelayanan yang diterapkan berfokus pada kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keramahan. Tokoweb.co juga menerapkan bauran pemasaran 4C (Consumer, Cost, Convenience, Communication) untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan klien. Temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa CRM tidak hanya berperan dalam menjaga hubungan pelanggan, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas klien secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi CRM di sektor jasa digital dan menjadi rujukan bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengoptimalkan layanan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh PT Indiga Nusa Digitama dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di era media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital perusahaan meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok, penggunaan Google Ads dan artikel SEO, serta penerapan pendekatan content marketing dan engagement yang terstruktur. Strategi tersebut terbukti efektif meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui tiga tahapan: kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang fleksibel, sistematis, serta budaya kerja kolaboratif menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Evaluasi menggunakan bauran pemasaran 7P menunjukkan bahwa setiap elemen strategi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, sementara analisis SWOT membantu mengidentifikasi faktor kunci keberhasilan dan kendala yang mempengaruhi implementasi strategi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti bahwa pendekatan pemasaran yang adaptif dan edukatif dapat membuka peluang pemberdayaan pelaku UMKM, termasuk perempuan, dalam ekosistem digital yang inklusif.
