Abstract

In determining the recipients of direct cash assistance for village funds (BLT-DD), Karya Pelita Village still uses a manual method with village meetings. In its application, village meetings are considered less efficient and prone to conflicts of interest. This needs to be overcome with a system that can help the decision-making process quickly, accurately and fairly. The decision support system for direct cash assistance recipients of village funds uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The process involves determining criteria, giving weights, and normalizing data to produce a preference value that is the basis for decisions. This system is designed with PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research produces a system that is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in determining recipients of direct cash assistance for village funds, and reduce conflicts of interest. Based on the results of data testing as many as 14 alternative recipient candidates, the final results showed that 10 alternatives had the highest score and were eligible to receive assistance, and 4 other residents were declared ineligible for BLT-DD assistance.

Abstract

General elections are one of the main pillars of the democratic system in Indonesia. Voter turnout is an important indicator in assessing the success of elections. Seluma Regency shows variations in voter characteristics in each sub-district, in terms of number, gender, and age. This study aims to analyze voter participation trends by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group regions based on similar voter characteristics. The data used includes the number of Permanent Voter Lists (DPT), age categories, and gender, obtained from the Seluma Regency General Election Commission (KPU) in 2024. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with the Python programming language and the Flask framework. The clustering results show that of the 200 villages/subdistricts analyzed, 137 villages/subdistricts (68.5%) were included in the low cluster and 63 villages/subdistricts (31.5%) were in the high cluster. Although the number of villages/subdistricts in the low cluster is more dominant, the distribution of voters based on gender and age group is relatively balanced between the two clusters, with a slight tendency to be more concentrated in the high cluster. This information is expected to serve as a strategic basis for the KPU.in developing a more effective and targeted outreach program. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all functions ran according to plan.

ADHD generally appears in children under 12 years of age, but ADHD that occurs in children can be carried into adulthood. This condition can impact a child's achievement if not treated early. Soeprapto Mental Hospital is one of the specialized hospitals that provides facilities and infrastructure in mental health and drug services for the community in Bengkulu Province. Based on the results of observations conducted at Soeprapto Mental Hospital Bengkulu, an average of 2-5 children per month are found to experience ADHD. One way to diagnose this disorder is to consult with an expert. The Expert System for Early Detection of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) at Soeprapto Mental Hospital Using the Certainty Factor Method was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and can be accessed online through the link https://adhdrsjksoepraptobkl.online/. This expert system for early detection of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) can help the public, especially in Bengkulu Province, to consult by entering the patient's symptoms to obtain information on early detection of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. Based on testing conducted using the black box method both offline and online, it was found that the application's functionality ran well in terms of input, output, and the applied CF method. From the results of alpha testing conducted at Soeprapto Mental Hospital, it can be concluded that this expert system application can be a solution in the process of early identification of ADHD symptoms so that it can be used as a further consideration and faster intervention.
