Abstract

Abstract: Law Enforcement Against Children as Perpetrators of Violence in Takalar Regency, Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Department of Civics and Busi|ness Law, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Supervised by Heri Tahir and Manan Sailan. This research aimsto, (1) To fi|nd out the causes of children bei|ng i|nvolved i|n acts of physical violence in the Takalar Police jurisd|iction. (2) To determi|ne patterns of law enforcement in cases of physical violence committed by children. The results of the research show that: (1) the causes of children being involved in acts of physical violence in the Takalar Police jurisd|iction are as follows, there are misunderst and|ings, such as words that offend each other. The influence of social media, children who don't understand the impact of social media can say bad things and easily offend other people's feelings. the influence of the school environment, mutual teasing of each other, teasing in the form of calling each other's parents' names, social jealousy and friends who are under bad influence and influence from the social environment, the influence of social interactions in friendships to find one's identity. (2) The law enforcement pattern in cases of physical violence committed by children is a diversionary law enforcement pattern

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peranan perpustakaan keliling dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak nelayan di Kelurahan Untia Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat minat baca kepada anak nelayan melalui perpustakaan keliling di Kelurahan Untia Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap Penerapan Literasi Kepada Anak Nelayan Melalui Perpustakaan Keliling di Kelurahan Untia Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar.Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peranan perpustakaan keliling dalam meningkatkan minat baca Anak Nelayan adalah sebagai penyedia bahan informasi, sebagai fasiliator dalam rangka mengembangkan minat baca, serta memberikan manfaat terhadap anak nelayan. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat minat baca kepada anak nelayan yaitu: faktor pendukung: tersedianya buku sebagai bahan bacaan, adanya anak nelayan sebagai sasaran perpustakaan keliling, ikut sertanya Pemerintah setempat, dan orang tua dari anak nelayan. Adapun Faktor Penghambat: buku bahan bacaan tidak terbaru, serta anak yang lebih memilih bermain game daripada membaca buku menurut anak nelayan membaca itu membosankan. Kata Kunci:

Abstract

Leaders are the main agents of change. PP No. 33 of 2018 The governor is the representative of the central government in the region, his duty is to oversee the provincial regulations The governor has the task of coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and supervising the implementation of local government. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the research object of the Governor of South Sumatra collecting data observation interviews documentation, conducted to regents and mayors in South Sumatra using Robert House's path goal theory analysis derective, supportive, participative and achievement oriented. As well as presenting data in qualitative case studies. The results showed that of the four aspects of the leadership style of the path goal theory, there are three aspects that have generally gone well including, in the derective leadership aspect, in the supportive leadership aspect and in the achievement oriented leadership aspect, all of these aspects are optimal. However, in the participative leadership aspect, it is not optimal for the special allocation funds that have been disbursed as much as IDR 3.9 trillion, there are BPK RI findings on the realization of the distribution of special funds for governor assistance that do not have standardized standards in their distribution. the dominant determinant factor is the supportive leadership factor Herman Deru's attitude brings the work atmosphere to feel more fun, the popilarity factor, the communication factor and the development factor.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Program IbM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) dalam bentuk Pelatihan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat (Kamtibmas) di SMA Negeri 1 Majene menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam pengembangan karakter dan motivasi para guru. Selama tiga hari kegiatan tatap muka, peserta menunjukkan sikap proaktif dengan aktif berdiskusi, bertanya, serta memberikan masukan konstruktif. Kerjasama yang terjalin antara Polres, Dinas Pendidikan, dan pihak sekolah berpotensi memperkuat upaya Kamtibmas di masa depan. Hasil kegiatan IbM ini mencakup laporan hasil, sertifikat peserta, dan draft Program Sadar Kamtibmas Tahunan, yang dianggap sebagai acuan penting untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang. Mengingat kompleksitas tantangan Kamtibmas yang semakin meningkat, disarankan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan ini secara berkelanjutan dan terencana, serta melibatkan lebih banyak peserta melalui kerjasama dengan aparat terkait. Kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kepedulian dan semangat guru, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan tertib di Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Find out strategies for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. (2) Describe the character values developed in teenagers in the Tobonga Cultural School activities in Bonto Salama Village. This research approach is descriptive with a qualitative research type. The data sources for this research consist of primary data sources, namely data obtained directly from informants and secondary data sources, namely data obtained through literature study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques.The results of the research show that: (1) The strategy for developing adolescent character in Tobonga Cultural Sikola activities is gathering and discussing together, theater performances, natural schools, as well as exemplary and habituation methods. (2) The character values developed in teenagers after participating in the Tobonga Culture Sikola activities are self-confidence, cooperation, caring for others and the environment, love for local culture and responsibility.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (1) determine the strategies used by teachers in implementing diversity values at SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (2) Knowing efforts to implement diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (3) Knowing the inhibiting factors in implementing diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sources of this research are Civics teachers and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques.
