Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi banyak aspek kehidupan manusia dalam satu tahun terakhir. Beberapa kebijakan telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah guna mengurangi kasus kejadian COVID-19 salah satunya pengadaan vaksinasi untuk seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Namun masih banyak masyarakat yang enggan melaksanakan vaksinasi seperti pada masyarakat RT 09 RW 03 Desa Tegalrejo Kecamatan Tempusari Kabupaten Lumajang. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini guna memberikan edukasi dan mematahkan perspektif negatif masyarakat di RT 09 RW 03 Desa Tegalrejo Kecamatan Tempusari Kabupaten Lumajang yang diikuti sebanyak 20 orang terkait kasus yang sudah ada setelah pelaksanaan vaksinasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah melalui video call whatsapp pada hari Kamis, 12 Agustus 2021 dengan dibagi menjadi (3 ronde) yakni pada pukul (13.00 -13.45 WIB, 16.30-17.15 WIB, 18.00-18.45). Kegiatan dilanjutkan pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2021 dengan melakukan pemasangan poster dan banner. Untuk mengukur pengetahuan masyarakat telebih dahulu dilaksanakan pre test menggunakan google form dan diakhiri dengan post test. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi program terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan presentase 93,5% dari yang sebelumnya tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat hanya sebesar 74%. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penulis setelah mendapatkan edukasi maka sebaiknya melaksanakan vaksinasi sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada guna membantu untuk mengurangi rantai penularan COVID-19.

Abstract

Objectives: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) had experienced physical and psychological complications that affect their daily life, and contribute to poor the quality of life. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the quality of life of people withT2DM based on the SF-36 questionnaire, to improve the factors that can be changed to improve the quality of life of people with T2DM. Methods: This literature review search from 3 databases used including google scholar, PubMed, and the garuda portal with the year of publication of the article in 2015-2021. Some of the literature states similar factors that affect the quality of life of people with T2DM.. Results: Factors that affect the quality of life of people with T2DM, include age, gender, education, complications, and duration of diabetes. Influence is given aspect or the overall value of quality of life Conclusion: The education factor can be improved with the intervention given by peers, so that they can manage T2DM well, and have an impact on improving the quality of life of T2DM patients.

Abstract

The increasing number of Social Security Agency of Health (BPJS Kesehatan) participants who are inactive or drop out be a threat to participation in the health insurance program in Indonesia. Inactive participants in August 2022 recorded 45,987,956. The most common cause is not paying premiums according to applicable regulations. The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay for BPJS Kesehatan participants using the contingent valuation method approach. This research used quantitative methods with an analytic observational approach through surveys. The unit of analysis in research was the individual. The reachable population for the study were BPJS Kesehatan participants in the category of non-Recipients of Contribution Assistance (non-PBI) in the BPJS Kesehatan Jember working area (Jember and Lumajang Regencies). The sample size was 167 respondents taken using the quota sampling technique. Data analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Perceived Benefit Package, Perceived Sacrifice, and Free Mentality contributed to the formation of willingness to pay premiums regularly. Only the Conformity Effect does not significantly contribute of willingness to pay premiums regularly. Perceived Sacrifice and Free Mentality contribute in opposite directions. This means that if the respondent's Perceived Sacrifice and Free Mentality are high, it will affect the low willingness to pay premiums. It is necessary to develop a program that can provide added value for Non-PBI participants who so far rarely or have never used health services. This aims to maintain the motivation of participants to remain willing to pay premiums regularly.

Abstract

The childbirth planning and complication prevention (P4K) program is one of the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR. One activities of P4K is to record and report on mothers and babies. In 2019, Bondowoso district published a maternal and infant recording and reporting application called SIBUBA. During its use, the SIBUBA application experienced errors when officers entered data but the data did not appear in the system. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the success of the SIBUBA information system in supporting the recording and reporting of the P4K program in Bondowoso district. This research is an analytic study with a cross sectional design. The research is conducted in 5 health center areas selected by cluster sampling with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis is conducted with logistic regression test. The results showed that system quality (p = 1.182), information quality (p = 0.629), service quality (p = 0.551) have no effect on usage. System quality (p = 0.017), information quality (p = 0.003), service quality (p = 0.011) affect user satisfaction. The usage (p = 0.222) has no effect on net benefits. User satisfaction (p=0.001) affects net benefits.

Abstract

Single mothers bear two significant burdens: domestic responsibilities and earning an income. The role of a mother determines the nutritional status of a toddler. Until now, policies about stunting have not focused on specific target areas. The study aims to establish a policy target for reducing stunting among Indonesian toddlers with single mothers. The cross-sectional study examined 5,387 toddlers. Eight independent factors were considered: place of residence, mother’s age, occupation, education, socioeconomic status, antenatal care (ANC), children’s age, and sex. A binary logistic regression test was used for data analysis. 20.0% of Indonesian toddlers who had single mothers were stunted. Rural youths were 1.171 times more likely to be stunted (95%CI 1.149-1.192). All maternal ages were more likely to have stunted kids than ≥45. Lower education increases the risk of stunted toddlers. Unemployed mothers were 1.170 times more likely to have stunted kids (95%CI 1.148-1.192). The wealthier the household, the less likely the under-fives are to be stunted. Mothers without ANC were 1.194 times more likely to have stunted toddlers (95%CI 1.116-1.278). Toddlers were more likely than infants (0-11 months) to be stunted, and girls had a higher risk of stunting. The policy targeted rural areas, low-income families with young, uneducated, unemployed mothers, no ANC, older toddlers, and girls.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas kerap mendapatkan perlakuan diskrimitatif seperti masih terbatasnya akses untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan peneliti, Ketua Dewan Pembina PERPENCA (Persatuan Penyandang Cacat) Kabupaten Jember menyebutkan bahwa infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan belum terdistribusi secara merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana implementasi pemenuhan hak kesehatan berdasarkan variabel isi kebijakan, konteks implementasi dan dampak kebijakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Implementasi kebijakan pemenuhan hak kesehatan berupa upaya pelayanan kesehatan preventif dan promotif serta penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Jember telah disesuaikan dengan isi kebijakan dalam Peraturan Daerah Nomor 7 Tahun 2016. Berdasarkan konteks implementasi kekuasaan kebijakan mencakup pada wilayah Kabupaten Jember. Karakteristik lembaga pelaksana sebagai yang menyediakan fasilitas dan merancang penganggaran dana, dirasa belum seluruhnya pelaksana mengetahui adanya peraturan daerah terkait. Meskipun, secara garis besar kepatuhan dan daya tanggap lembaga legislatif maupun eksekutif dalam implementasi dinilai baik oleh masyarakat. Implementasi kebijakan ini juga memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif yang dirasakan mulai dari kalangan pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Kebijakan pelindungan dan pemenuhan hak kesehatan penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Jember telah diimplementasikan, namun perlu dilakukan evaluasi kebijakan untuk selanjutnya dapat dilakukan perbaikan serta pengembangan kebijakan.

Abstract

AbstrakGancang Aron (Gugus Antisipasi Cegah Antrian Panjang dengan Antar Obat ke Rumah Pasien) merupakan program inovasi RSUD Blambangan untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu pelayanan obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien pengguna program Gancang Aron dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis di RSUD Blambangan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atribut dianggap penting namun kinerjanya masih ada yang dianggap kurang baik dan belum memenuhi harapan, yaitu petugas kurang tepat waktu dalam melayani pasien, petugas kurang menerima dan mendengarkan keluhan pasien dengan baik, instalasi farmasi memiliki persediaan obat yang kurang lengkap, dan ruang tunggu kurang memadai. Tingkat kepuasan pasien pengguna program Gancang Aron ditinjau dari dimensi kompetensi teknis, akses terhadap pelayanan, kelangsungan pelayanan, keamanan, efektivitas, hubungan antar manusia, dan efisiensi ialah sangat puas, sedangkan ditinjau dari dimensi kenyamanan ialah puas, namun atribut ruang tunggu memadai dan tersedianya AC/televisi/majalah di ruang tunggu belum memenuhi harapan pasien. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius diketahui bahwa atribut tersebar dalam empat kuadran. Atribut yang dianggap penting dan telah baik kinerjanya sebanyak 7 atribut, sedangkan atribut yang dianggap kurang penting dan belum baik kinerjanya sebanyak 8 atribut.Kata kunci: diagram kartesius, gancang aron, kepuasan pasien AbstractGancang Aron (Anticipation Group to Prevent Long Queues by Delivering Medicines to Patients' Homes) is an innovation program at the Blambangan Hospital to reduce waiting time for drug services. This study aims to analyze the level of patient satisfaction using the Gancang Aron program using the Importance Performance Analysis method at Blambangan Hospital, Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples as many as 96 respondents determined by simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most of the attributes were considered important but their performance was still considered unfavorable and did not meet expectations, namely officers were less punctual in serving patients, officers did not receive and listen to patient complaints properly, pharmacy installations have inadequate drug supplies, and inadequate waiting rooms. The level of patient satisfaction using the Gancang Aron program in terms of the dimensions of technical competence, access to services, service continuity, security, effectiveness, human relations, and efficiency is very satisfied, while in terms of the comfort dimension it is satisfied, but the attributes of the waiting room are adequate and the availability of air conditioning/television/magazines in the waiting room have not met the patient's expectations. Based on the cartesian diagram, it is known that the attributes are spread in four quadrants. Attributes that are considered important and have good performance are 7 attributes, while attributes that are considered less important and have not performed well are 8 attributes. Keywords: cartesian diagram, gancang aron, patient satisfaction
