Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja program Ipteks bagi Kewirausahaan dalam mengembangkan wirausaha mahasiswa di Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Program ini dijalankan karena melihat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi para lulusan, di mana waktu tunggu pekerjaan yang cukup lama dan ketidaksesuaian antara pekerjaan dengan bidang keilmuan mereka.  Studi ini dilakukan melalui beberapa metode intervensi, di antaranya coaching dan konsultasi bisnis, fasilitasi teknologi, seminar dan pelatihan, fasilitasi pemasaran dan permodalan, serta pengembangan jaringan. Terdapat 20 tenant wirausaha mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program ini yang menjalankan berbagai jenis usaha berbeda selama program berlangsung. Studi ini menemukan bahwa program Ipteks bagi Kewirausahaan sudah dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, akses pasar, jaringan, dan pendapatan para tenant wirausaha mahasiswa. Dari studi ini juga ditemukan bahwa metode intervensi yang paling efektif dalam mengembangkan wirausaha mahasiswa adalah pendampingan intensif case in case dan pendekatan personal per tenant. Di samping itu, pengembangan komunitas bisnis juga efektif dalam membangun kerjasama antartenant.Kata kunci: evaluasi kinerja, kewirausahaan berbasis pengetahuan, pengembangan wirausaha mahasiswa

Abstract

This research tries out the ESCAP’s manual on Impact Evaluation for PovertyAlleviation Program in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region. There are several indicators of program evaluation in this method, i.e.: income indicator, poverty reduction, efficiency in program delivery, financial viability, and other aspects. The program clasified into two categories, Self Employment Program (SEP’s) and Public Work Program (PWP’s). SEP carried out by giving revolving block grant to the poor and PWP is carried out by developing physical building as public utilities. The research produces quantitative estimate of program success/failure, which can be useful to evaluate or to improve the implementation of poverty alleviation programs in the future.Keywords: targeted Poverty Alleviation Program, self employment program, public work program, income generating, poverty reduction, efficiency in programdelivery, financial viability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work placement, work stress and teamwork on the performance of Aviation Security personnel at PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) Branch who worked at the terminal with a total of 240 people. In calculating the Slovin formula, a sample of 36 people was obtained. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that good work placement and teamwork have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while work stress has no effect on employee performance. In conclusion, to improve the performance of security personnel, management needs to pay attention to appropriate work placement, reduce work stress through employee support programs and strengthen teamwork.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and career development on the performance of employees of the secretariat of the D.I. Yogyakarta regional people's representative council. The population in this study were employees of the secretariat of the D.I Yogyakarta regional people's representative council with a research sample of 70 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The instrument test results stated that the data in the research were proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test states that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The instrument test results stated that all items in the questionnaire were proven to be valid and reliable. The research results prove that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance, Teamwork, and Person Job Fit on the performance of Generation Z employees in Yogyakarta City. Generation Z, who are familiar with digital technology and were born between 1997 and 2012. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires to collect data from respondents who are Generation Z employees in Yogyakarta. The instrument test results stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The research results show that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results have implications for future researchers to study more deeply the influence of work life balance, teamwork, person job fit on employee performance in different objects to broaden their horizons. The managerial implication of this research is the need for companies to pay attention to work life balance, teamwork, and person job fit to improve the performance of generation Z employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagement, Gaya Kemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kota Yogyakarta dengan sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil Uji Instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada Uji Asumsi Klasik dinyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi secara normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari heteroskedastisitas dan multikolonieritas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa : (1) Employee Engagement secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Budaya Organisasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (4) Employee Engagement, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,410 atau sebesar 41%, nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 41,1% dan sisanya 58,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Kolombo Market is the one of the traditional market in Sleman, Yogyakarta.. Kolombo Market is one of the markets affected by the online market. Based on these problems, the solution is the Sepasar application as a Hybrid Education and Online Marketing media. Sepasar as a solution to the problems faced by providing online courses according to the needs of Kolombo market traders . The Sepasar application also helps increase sales for Kolombo Market Merchants by promoting products, events, and services. Expected output targets from the joint community empowerment program Sepasar is existence enhancement knowledge, skills , HR and organizational capacity, as well as digital literacy of Kolombo market traders in using various digital media that help them in marketing, finance and organizational management .

Abstract

Product quality is a characteristic of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy customer needs, whether stated directly or implied. Product quality influences purchasing decisions. Encouragement of product quality has become a need that must be met by companies, if consumers do not want it, they must switch to other competing products which are considered to have better product quality, the higher the product quality they have. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle on the decision to purchase iPhone brand cellphones in generation Z. The population in this study is all iPhone users in generation Z using a purposive sample. This research used 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a survey method with research tools used in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale, and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. The results of this research analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research effort aims to examine the influence of Work Life Balance, Happiness At Work and Work Overload on Turnover Intention at PT Multi Garmenjaya Yogyakarta. This research sample includes 107 employees employed at PT Multi Garmenjaya Yogyakarta. The methodology used for data collection involves the utilization of a survey approach with the use of research tools such as questionnaires. Data analysis requires the application of multiple linear regression to ensure the influence of each independent variable on Turnover Intention. The findings of this research reveal that (1) Work Life Balance shows a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention, indicating that increasing the balance between work responsibilities and staff's personal lives leads to a reduced tendency to leave the organization. (2) Happiness At Work also has a negative and substantial influence on Turnover Intention, indicating that individuals who experience satisfaction and satisfaction in their work environment tend to have lower resignation intentions. (3) Work Overload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, indicating that the increase in workload felt by employees corresponds to an increase in the tendency to leave the organization. These results underscore the importance for companies to foster a harmonious and enjoyable work atmosphere while effectively managing employee workload to reduce Turnover Intention. Implementation of policies and initiatives that promote Work Life Balance and increase workplace satisfaction can serve as a viable approach to personnel retention.

Abstract

Sekolah Pasar (Sepasar) Srigading bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen bisnis pedagang Pasar Srigading, Kabupaten Bantul. Program edukasi Sepasar Srigading diselenggarakan menggunakan metode hybrid, baik secara offline dan online dengan materi sesuai kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi pedagang pasar. Program juga dijalankan melalui pendampingan pedagang dengan sistem insentif bagi peserta aktif berupa pembuatan apron dan logo usaha pedagang pasar. Sepasar Srigading sudah dijalankan selama dua bulan melalui empat kali kelas offline di pasar dan enam kali kelas online melalui video di aplikasi Sepasar. Sepasar Srigading sudah bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, motivasi belajar, serta literasi digital para pedagang pasar Srigading. Sepasar Srigading sudah dapat meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen bisnis pedagang, khususnya dalam penggunaan media digital dalam pemasaran, keuangan dan pengelolaan organisasi/koperasi pasar.
