Abstract

The general objective of this research is to produce an e-portfolio-based authentic assessment model for the PNFI Learning Media Development course in the Foreign Education Study Program. School (PLS) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pattimura University. The findings of this study indicate that developing an authentic portfolio-based assessment model has met all the criteria for an e-portfolio-based assessment model, and can be implemented as an assessment model in the PNFI Learning Media Development Course in the Out-of-school Education Study Program (PLS) Faculty of Teacher Training and Science. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of character education in training early childhood independence at Anugerah Ameth PAUD. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research approach. Through this approach, it is hoped that researchers can produce descriptive data in order to reveal the causes and processes that occur in the field. The results showed that: 1) the teacher's process of implementing character education in training children's independence at Anugerah Ameth PAUD, TNS Subdistrict, Central Maluku Regency had been well planned and implemented, 2) Efforts to train children's independence, the teacher must be a good example so that children's independent abilities can develop according to the expected results, 3) Children's independence can develop if a teacher must be patient in understanding each child's character in educating him, 4) The level of independence of children has met the specified target. This can be seen when children are able to do everything themselves

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of the Blended Learning Learning Model with the Learning Motivation of Xaverius Ambon High School students. The type of research used in this research is Qualitative Research. The conclusion in this study is that there are student perceptions of the blended learning model with student learning motivation. These results can be seen in data analysis and hypothesis testing with product moment correlation, the value of rcount > rtable is 0.469 > 0.374 at a significance level of 5%. Because rcount > rtable, H0 is rejected, which means there is a perception of the blended learning model with student learning motivation at Xaverius Ambon High School, and it can be seen from the results of the coefficient of determination which shows a value of 21.99% the contribution of variable X to Y

Abstract

Tingkat pendidikan guru-guru pada Program Penddikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari di kota Ambon masih banyak guru pada Program Penddikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari belum memiliki kualifikasi yang memadai. Sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah di atas Yayasan Sulinama yang memprakasai Program Penddikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari berupaya memberikan pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan layanan pendidik PAUD serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan yang relevan dengan tuntutan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelatihan guru dengan kinerja guru Program Penddikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari di Kota Ambon.  Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif koresional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Program pendidikan anak usia dini Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari Kota Ambon berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan guru dengan kinerja guru program Berbasis Bahasa Sehari-hari di kota Ambon

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and sociology learning outcomes for Package C learning residents at PKBM KADEWA DEWA, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. The type of research used in this research is correlational research which aims to improve learning in the classroom. The results of the descriptive analysis of the data show that residents learning PKBM Kadewa Dewa Desa Batu Merah, Sirimau District, Ambon City have good results, this is related to good learning motivation. using the product moment correlation formula

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and work discipline with teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri Baguala District, Ambon City, involving 123 teachers. The research results explained that for the data description obtained work motivation in this study 107 teachers (86.99%) had high work motivation and 16 teachers (13.01%) had moderate work motivation. Work discipline was obtained by 43 teachers (34.95%) having very high work discipline, 78 teachers (63.42%) had moderate work discipline and 2 teachers (1.63%) had low work discipline. Furthermore, for teacher performance, it was found that 41 teachers (33.33%) had very high teacher performance, 77 teachers (62.60%) had moderate teacher performance and 5 teachers (4.07%) had low teacher performance. Based on the results of the analysis of the three hypotheses, the following conclusions can be obtained (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and teacher performance, this is evidenced by the r count of 0.414 with the price tcount 5.002 > from ttable 1,979. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and teacher performance. this is proved rcount 0.531 at the price tcount 6,891 > from ttable 1.979, this means. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline together with teacher performance, this is evidenced from R 0.557 with a priceFcount27.019 > from Ftable 3,07.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of a scientific approach to increase the naturalist intelligence of children in Unit X One-Stop Public Kindergarten, Waelata District, Buru Regency. This study used a scientific approach using the classroom action research method (CAR), which consisted of 2 cycles with 19 research subjects with an average age of 5-6 years. The naturalist intelligence of children referred to in this study includes the following aspects 1) Children can observe plant species. 2) Children can ask the names and uses of the types of plants. 3) Children are able to distinguish the characteristics and benefits of plants. 4) Children can communicate and be able to retell. The results showed that the results obtained were 42% in cycle I and 79% in cycle II. The conclusion in this study is that the method of increasing children's naturalist intelligence using a scientific approach can improve children's naturalist intelligence in Unit X One-Roof State Kindergarten, Waelata District, Buru Regency.

Abstract

The overall goal of the study is to determine and analyze the utility of PKBM deployment as an educational tool in Ambon Municipality. With a focus on the PKBM program as a hub of resources for community learning in the city of Ambon, this study is evaluation research based on the CIPP evaluation paradigm (context, input, process, and product). This method is superior because it allows for a thorough examination of social phenomena by researchers. In an effort to identify research issues, the research technique is utilized as a manual or tool to aid researchers in carrying out the various parts of the research. The findings demonstrated that the people of Ambon City needed PKBM as a hub for community learning resources, particularly in the wake of the city's social unrest. The community's active participation was required to rebuild educational activities by empowering local talent, particularly that of those who drop out of school or are unable to pursue higher education because of adverse economic circumstances. It can be concluded that the context component (context) of the PKBM package C program in Ambon City has a high or good actuality.

Abstract

The role of professional communities in improving teacher performance is crucial in this era. One such organization is the German language teachers’ community. This research aimed to describe two things: i) The role of the German language teacher community as a pioneer of the teacher community; and ii) The role of teachers as learning leaders in planning, implementing, and evaluating German language learning. The qualitative approach was used in this study. Furthermore, the research subjects were the head of the German language teachers’ community and German language teachers in Ambon City, Indonesia as members. Researchers collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies and analyzed the data following an interactive analysis model with analysis steps including data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results in this study showed that: i) The German language teacher community generally designs programs to strengthen teacher capacity through workshops, seminars, exchanging experiences, and making learning tools; ii) These programs are carried out according to a mutually agreed schedule by presenting competent resource persons; iii) The German language teacher community assists teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating German language learning; and iv) As community members and learning leaders, teachers benefit from the above programs to independently practice the material they have learned at school. Implementing this role can be used as a role model for other communities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning method on the sociology learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Kartika Ambon. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design. The research subjects were 25 students of class XI IPS SMA Kartika Ambon. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the use of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning method on the learning outcomes of class (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, and the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain value of 68.11, including the Fairly Effective category, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, because the significant value is smaller than 0 .05. So, there is an influence of applying the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning method on student learning outcomes. It is hoped that school principals will continue to provide direction to teachers in providing policies to develop learning, teachers are expected to master various learning methods so that they can improve student learning outcomes, and students are expected to always pay attention to teachers and play an active role in learning
