Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of disbursing consumptive credit and productive credit of conventional banks to ROA (Return On Assets) before and after the covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study is Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2020. The analytical methods used in this study are Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Independent Sample T-Test. From the results of research conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, bank lending experienced problems with the increase in NPL (Non-Performing Loans) and had an effect on banking ROA (Return On Assets). Based on NPL (Non-Performing Loan) data, NPL has more dominantly increased than decreased after the pandemic and vice versa, the ROA (Return On Asset) of banking was dominantly decreased after the pandemic compared to before the pandemic. And also from the results of the Independent Sample T-Test conducted by NPL, it was concluded that there was no significant difference in average or mean before and after the pandemic, while ROA had a significant difference in average or mean before and after the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

At the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the mosque was used as a center for Muslim activities, such as the center of worship, government, politics and the economy. Economic institutions located in the mosque environment will be the safest investment places. It can be seen the physical construction of the mosque which is increasingly magnificent and beautiful, and the crowds of the community if inviting the popular Da'I. This can be more useful in a more productive way, namely by collaborating with MSMEs in the mosque environment to open up the widest possible employment opportunities. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the MSME sector, which has experienced a decline in marketing due to the difficult economy. In addition, it also causes social impacts such as in4creasing unemployment and children dropping out of school. So it is necessary that the Mosque Economic Institute can be a support in the economy. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews (interviews), field surveys, and documentation. The place of research is a mosque in Medan Municipality. The results of the study are recommendations to the Medan City Government and build a Mosque-Based Economic Institution Model in accordance with Mission 1 Medan Berkah, Program 3: Aid for Houses of Worship and Activation of Economic Institutions/Cooperatives for Houses of Worship Target Number 3 Establishment of an economic economic institution for the people assisted by the Medan City Government.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh  kualitas pelayanan, harga dan diferensiasi produkterhadap minat beli Kanayam Harapan Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda,dan uji hipotesis baik parsial maupun simultan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan, harga dan diferensiasi produk terhadap minat beli Kanayam Harapan Indah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Diferensiasi Produk, Minat Beli

Abstract

This examination means to determine the impact of social association, abilities and management on the presentation of representatives of the Batu Bara Regime Faculty and HR Improvement Organization. The example in this examination was all representatives of the Batu Bara Rule Faculty and HR Improvement Organization, adding up to 49 individuals. The information examination strategy in this exploration is Various Direct Relapses. Social interaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, according to the findings of this study: employee performance is partially and significantly impacted by skills; fractional oversight significantly affects representative execution; and social cooperation, abilities and oversight at the same time affect representative execution.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying and live streaming on Shopee e-commerce users and to determine the influence of flash sales, live streaming and impulsive buying on purchase intention on Shopee e-commerce users. The research population was undergraduate (S1) students from the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, class of 2020, totaling 160 people. Sampling in this study used probability sampling with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include data quality testing, validity and reliability testing. Based on the analysis results, flash sales have an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also have a significant effect. Live streaming has an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also has a significant effect. Impulsive buying has a significant effect on purchase intention

Abstract

This exploration expects to determine the impact of an authoritative environment, prepare and pay somewhat, and at the same time, fulfill representative work at the DJP North Sumatra I Provincial Office. The examination was led at the North Sumatra I DJP Provincial Office Jalan Sukamulia No. 17A Medan, with a population of 145 individuals and an exploration test of 59 individuals. Abstract

This study analyzes sustainable economic development strategies in Lalat Regency, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced. The research methods used include in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies to identify the implementation of strategies in key sectors such as agriculture, tourism, and MSMEs. The results of the study show that Langkat Regency has implemented several positive steps, including the development of sustainable agriculture and nature-based tourism. However, there are significant challenges, such as environmental degradation, social inequality, and lack of supporting infrastructure. Opportunities that can be taken advantage of include the potential for abundant natural resources and support from the central government and international institutions. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of farmers and MSME actors, improving infrastructure, and implementing more inclusive and sustainable policies. In conclusion, to achieve a sustainable economy, Langkat Regency needs to adopt a more coordinated approach and involve all stakeholders to ensure that the economic growth achieved is not only economically sustainable, but also socially and environmentally.

Abstract

This study explores efforts to optimize tourism potential to improve the regional economy in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. With abundant natural and cultural potential, such as Gunung Leuser National Park and Bukit Lawang, Langkat has a great opportunity to develop as a leading tourist destination. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study show that, despite having great potential, Langkat Regency still faces various challenges, including limited infrastructure, lack of tourism promotion, and low local community participation. Inadequate infrastructure is the main obstacle in tourism development, while limited promotion results in low awareness of tourists' tourism potential. The active participation of local communities needs to be increased through empowerment and education, so that the economic benefits of tourism can be felt equally. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of careful planning, infrastructure improvement, and effective promotion strategies to optimize the tourism potential of Langkat, which in turn can encourage sustainable regional economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate conflict management in BAPPEDA Langsa City and its implications for employee productivity. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from 20 employees. The results of the study show that the conflicts that occur are interpersonal and intrapersonal, with a negative impact on employee motivation and mental health. Despite management efforts through open discussions and informal mediation, minimal management support and unclear policies hamper their effectiveness. This study found that conflicts that are not managed properly lead to decreased productivity and increased attendance. The proposed recommendations include increased communication skills training, the development of more concrete conflict management policies, and an encouragement to create a work culture that supports collaboration. This finding is expected to be the basis for BAPPEDA and other government agencies to improve conflict management, thereby creating a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Abstract
