Abstract

Self-efficacy (Bandura, 1997) reflects the Host's belief in their ability to perform an activity. Furthermore, self-efficacy can influence the host's behavior when facing new challenges and situations. The level of individual self-efficacy is strongly influenced by the individual's ability to cope with the task. This condition is an indication of the form of mindset that affects the level of Host self-efficacy. According to Dweck (Rosyid, 2021), Mindset is the way a person views their ability to understand and face the world. A person's mindset can be seen from his attitude and behavior when responding to events or phenomena he experiences. Dweck (2015) suggests that there are two types of mindset, namely growth mindset and fixed mindset. This study uses quantitative research methods with an inductive approach. Respondents used were 402 Live Streaming Hosts. This research data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive effect of fixed mindset and growth mindset on the self-efficacy of Live Streaming Hosts in the Kitty Live and Mico applications (R2 .019; sig<0.05 and R2 .020; sig<0.05). When Hosts have a growth mindset, it will increase their confidence in their abilities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of cash turnover and receivables turnover on liquidity in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research is quantitative research. The research sample used a purposive sampling method with a total of 30 samples. This research data analysis technique uses classical assumption testing methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial test value of cash turnover tcount 1.825 > ttable 1.703 significance 0.002 < 0.05. Partial test value of receivables turnover tcount 3.730 < ttable 1.703 significance 0.001 < 0.05 Simultaneously Fcount value 9.373 > Ftable 3.35 significance 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of the analysis results shows that cash turnover and receivables turnover partially and significantly influence the company's liquidity. Cash turnover and receivables turnover simultaneously and significantly influence the company's liquidity.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning by using the discussion method. This research is classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were elementary school students. This research data was obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The research results show that the discussion method can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completeness in each cycle with details of pre-cycle 42.91%, first cycle 56.67% and in the second cycle it increased to 87.12%. Thus, the use of videos can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This research data was obtained using test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. Abstract

Kurangnya bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru dalam proses transfer ilmu menjadi permasalahan yang harus dihadapi oleh guru. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan dalam membantu guru dalam menyusun pengayaan yaitu melalui pengembangan modul yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keefektifan modul yang dikembangkan pada kelas VII SMPN 2 Kusan Hilir. Tahap pengembangan meliputi uji small group dan field test. Subjek penelitian 6 siswa untuk small group dan 21 siswa untuk uji field test. Keefektifan modul yang dikembangkan dianalisis berdasarkan data di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara keseluruhan pengembangan modul keanekaragaman kepiting di hutan Mangrof kecamatan Kusan Hilir sebagai upaya pengayaan materi konsep klasifikasi makhluk hidup dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai bahan pengayaan siswa SMP. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul keanekaragaman kepiting di hutan Mangrof kecamatan Kusan Hilir sebagai bahan pengayaan konsep klasifikasi mahluk hidup di SMPN 2 Kusan Hilir yang dikembangkan memiliki keunggulan berupa modul mudah dipahami siswa, menggunakan bahasa yang baku, dan menggunakan foto yang jelas sehingga menumbuhkan ketertarikan dan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pendidikan etika dan profesionalisme guru memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan profil guru yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Meskipun demikian, implementasi pendidikan tersebut dalam kurikulum pendidikan seringkali menemui berbagai tantangan. Metode literatur review digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji tiga jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penguatan profil guru Pancasila melalui mata kuliah etika dan profesionalisme guru.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas mata kuliah etika dan profesionalisme guru dalam menanamkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai Pancasila pada calon guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal-jurnal yang ditinjau meliputi kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, eksperimen dengan desain pra-eksperimen one group pretest-posttest, dan analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi kelas, wawancara dengan dosen dan mahasiswa, serta tes dan observasi. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah etika dan profesionalisme guru efektif dalam menanamkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai Pancasila pada calon guru. Antusiasme mahasiswa dalam mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila dan kemampuan mereka dalam menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan proses pembelajaran menunjukkan potensi besar mata kuliah ini dalam menghasilkan guru yang berkualitas dan berintegritas. Oleh karena itu, penguatan profil guru Pancasila melalui mata kuliah etika dan profesionalisme guru merupakan langkah yang tepat dalam mempersiapkan calon guru yang berkualitas untuk mendidik generasi muda Indonesia. The research methods used in the journals reviewed include qualitative with a case study design, experiments with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design, and analysis of learning documents. Data collection techniques include classroom observations, interviews with lecturers and students, as well as tests and observations. The results of the literature review show that courses on teacher ethics and professionalism are effective in instilling and strengthening Pancasila values ​​in prospective teachers. The enthusiasm of students in learning the values ​​of Pancasila and their ability to apply them in daily life and the learning process shows the great potential of this course in producing teachers of quality and integrity. Therefore, strengthening the profile of Pancasila teachers through courses on ethics and teacher professionalism is the right step in preparing qualified teacher candidates to educate Indonesia's young generation. Abstract

Mahasiswa kerap menghadapi tekanan akademik yang kompleks, seperti tuntutan tugas, ujian, dan penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan sosial di kampus, yang berpotensi memicu kondisi academic burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap tingkat academic burnout pada mahasiswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier sederhana, sebanyak 297 mahasiswa dari Universitas X menjadi sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) dan Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dari empat bentuk dukungan sosial yang diteliti, information support dan self-esteem support memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap burnout. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kualitas dukungan teman sebaya dalam menjaga kesehatan mental mahasiswa dan dapat dijadikan dasar bagi pengembangan program intervensi berbasis komunitas kampus.

Abstract

This research aimed at finding the interpersonal metadiscourse markers in Joe Biden’s speech remarks on Bidenomics 2023. The researchers also attempted to comprehend in depth the context of interpersonal metadiscourse markers through discourse analysis by analyzing how a speaker used language to interact with the audiences, managing social relationship, and conveying meaning, therefore it used qualitative method. Dafouz’s (2008) theory was used to find the types of interpersonal metadiscourse markers, including Hedges, Certainty markers, Attributors, Attitude markers, and Commentaries. While Mai (2016) theory was also used to classify the types of interpersonal metadiscourse markers into the types of persuasive function in metadiscourse including Logos, Ethos, and Pathos. The researchers discovered 45 data of interpersonal metadiscourse in Joe Biden’s speech, including 4 hedges, 3 certainty markers, 8 attributors, 7 attitude markers, and 23 commentaries. This research also found that 45 interpersonal metadiscourse markers were categorized as persuasive function including 29 markers as ethos, and 27 markers as pathos. However, the types of persuasive function were totally 56 markers because self-mention in ethos, and engagement markers in pathos have the same representative of interpersonal metadiscourse markers which were taken from the type of commentaries. Overall, commentaries were the most frequent markers used by Joe Biden in his speech, while certainty markers were the most infrequent markers used by Joe Biden. Policy speech delivered by Joe Biden affected on how persuasive function was shaped.
