Abstract

This research is aimed to; 1) describe the marketing system of cabbage, including marketing channels and marketing functions which is done by eachmarketing agencies;2) analyze the structure, conduct, and performance (SCP), marketing margin, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency analysis of cabbage's marketing in Kayu Aro district. The data collection method used in this research was survey. Primary and secondary data were collected and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative method and quantitative method. The findings of this research indicate that; 1) marketing agencies involved in the cabbage marketing structure are farmers, collectors sellers, large sellers, distributor sellers, and retailer sellers. 2) There are four channels of cabbage marketing, and it consists of three channels inside the region and one channel outside the region. 3) Market functions that had been conducted within each marketing channel are exchange function, physic function, and facility function. 4) The market structure analysis of cabbage leads to an oligopoly market. Marketing price is shaped based on a compromise between demand and supply. Furthermore, this study highlighted that marketing channel IV is the most efficient channel for marketing efficiency analysis. Through this study, the writer would like to advise the producers to follow the cabbage marketing structure that had already been formulated, which is marketing channel IV. The local government could create a policy to make marketing efficiency better, for example, by supplying facilities and infrastructure. As for future researchers, there is pressing urgency for further research about marketing efficiency through a market integration approach.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the implementation of Women's Savings and Loans revolving funds and find the factors that cause the implementation of Women's Savings and Loans revolving funds by BKAN in Lembah Gumanti District to continue. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation informants. The results of this study indicate that the management functions consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling have been carried out in accordance with operational standards and procedures (SOP) which are guided by the Solok Regent Regulation Number 26 Year 2016 concerning Protection and Preservation of the Results of the Activities of the Kecamatan Development Program and the Independent Rural Empowerment Community National Program in Solok Regency. The success factor for the SPP revolving fund is due to the use of the Grameen Bank principle, the existence of social capital and social control within the group.

Abstract

Nagari Sungai Pinang is a village with quite a lot of tourism potential and an excellent and exciting view and natural beauty. For this reason, various sector reinforcement is necessary to support the development of tourism potential by formulating a program of tourism development activities that are environmentally sound. The purpose of this activity was to improve the quality of tourism in the Nagari, namely Nagari Sungai Pinang, to increase the economic income of the community and the village itself. At the same time, the purpose of the activity was to facilitate Nagari in developing environmentally friendly tourism businesses by compiling a five-year tourism development program in Nagari Sungai Pinang. The methods used to carry out this activity were Desk Study and Transect Walk, observation, focus group discussion and data analysis. The trial activities were carried out in Nagari Sungai Pinang, Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The activity results were in an activity program for tourism development for five years in Nagari Sungai Pinang. The tourism development strategy is held by empowering tourism actors and involved stakeholders. Moreover, achieve the sustainability of the program. Good planning is carried out in a participatory manner involving various elements to build a sense of belonging to various parties and realize program sustainability.

Abstract

Istana Rendang, as the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), is one of the Rendang businesses located in Nagari Mungka, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota. This business of curry cooked beef has been running since 2003. The problems faced by MSMEs are the problem of marketing conventional products and the absence of a Home Industry Food certificate (P-IRT). The purpose of this community service activity is to help improve the marketing capabilities of Rendang products through the application of a digital marketing system. The implications of the system must be complemented by product quality improvement, which includes compliance with legality and improvement of product packaging. This activity was carried out through 3 stages, namely (1) socialization and assistance in obtaining product P-IRT certificates, (2) modification of product packaging and digital marketing training, and (3) monitoring and evaluation of activities. Through this service activity, P-IRT certificates were obtained for products of Rendang of dried meat, Rendang of dried cow's lung, Rendang of egg, and Rendang of vegetables. Furthermore, there were improvements to Rendang packaging and added digital marketing channels through the Instagram and Shopee applications. Mentoring activities need to be developed to help the Istana Rendang grow by maximizing online marketing.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis pelayanan yang diberikan pemerintah adalah pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Administrasi kependudukan menghasilkan data kependudukanyang sangat dibutuhkan dalam sinergitas pembangunan. Berlakunya Undang-undang tentang pemerintahan daerah, membuat tanggung jawab penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan berada di daerah. Kantor Camat Sijunjung sebagai salah satu organisasi perangkat daerah di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sijunjung bertugas secara langsung memberikan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakatterhadap pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang diberikan Kantor Camat Sijunjung sesuai dengan 14 indikator berdasarkan Kepmenpan No.25/KEP/M.PAN/2/2004 tentang Pedoman Umum Penyusunan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Pelayanan Instansi Pemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuisoner. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Insedential Sample dengan responden yang ditetapkan berjumlah 150 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Camat Sijunjung adalah 76,87 dengan predikat baik. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Camat Sijunjung baik.

Abstract

Pelayanan perizinan khususnya Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB), pemerintah berusaha menciptakan suatu sistem pelayanan yang optimal. Untuk mewujudkan tertib penyelenggaraan bangunan, menjamin keandalan teknis bangunan serta terwujudnya kepastian hukum dalam penyelenggaraan bangunan, maka setiap pendirian bangunan harus berdasarkan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB).Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Seringnya masyarakat mengajukan permohonan IMB dengan keadaan sudah terbangun terlebih dahulu. Hal ini sangat bertentangan dengan ketentuan yang ada karena pada dasarnya IMB diberikan untuk bangunan yang belum berdiri atau hendak mendirikan bangunan. Tidak teraturnya pembangunan Jarak dari jalan ke bangunan, luas ruang terbuka, dan lain-lain. Tanpa pengaturan, bangunan-bangunan akan semakin semrawut dan tidak memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah yang berlaku, dengan tidak melapor IMB dapat juga menyebabkan Pembangunan yang tidak terkendalikan bisa muncul dimana-mana seperti jamur tanpa memperhatikan peraturan yang berlaku. Lahan yang dimaksudkan menjadi taman bisa saja diubah menjadi rumah tanpa pengendalian. Selain itu laju pembangunan perlu diperhatikan. Pembangunan yang begitu pesat juga bisa membawa dampak buruk bagi lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ICN Kerinci Coffee Perfume agroindustry. Data collected from June 2019 to August 2019 were analyzed using the descriptive analysis to describe the business profile and quantitative analysis using the variable costing approach to explore profit and breakeven point. The results showed that the ICN Kerinci coffee perfume business is a medium-scale business with ten workers, including business owners as leaders who concurrently marketers and wives as administrative and financial staff. In fulfilling raw materials in green beans from the Robusta type, business owners collaborate with partner farmers. At the time of research, ICN Kerinci only produced one kind of product with two packaging variants, namely Kerinci original perfume for Rp.22,000/pack (45 grams) and an original variant + oil coffee (package) for Rp.35,000/pack. The study suggested expanding the market, especially to Eastern Indonesia, and increasing good cooperation with farmers to ensure the certainty of supply of raw materials; and provide prices based on sorting and grading to stimulate farmers to improve the quality of their green bean products.

Abstract

Cabai merah merupakan salah satu komoditas strategis di Indonesia dikarenakan perubahan harga cabai merah dapat mempengaruhi inflasi. Perubahan harga cabai merah di Kabupaten Kerinci mempengaruhi usahatani cabai merah keriting. Fluktuasi harga cabai merah mengharuskan Pemerintah untuk membuat kebijakan berupa harga referensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Daya Saing dan Kebijakan Pemerintah terhadap komoditi cabai merah. Penelitian berlokasi di Kabupaten Kerinci yang merupakan sentra produksi cabai merah Provinsi Jambi ditentukan secara purposive. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk menghitung daya saing dan kebijakan pemerintah menggunakan PAM dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil menunjukkan berdasarkan perhitungan dengan tabel PAM, usahatani cabai merah di Kabupaten Kerinci berdaya saing ditunjukkan dengan memiliki keuntungan finansial maupun ekonomi serta memiliki keunggulan Kompetitif dan Komparatif yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai PCR dan DRCR <1. Kebijakan Pemerintah terdiri atas kebijakan input dan kebijakan output. Analisis sensitivitas dengan skenario perubahan harga output dan biaya input menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap usahatani cabai merah di Kabupaten Kerinci. Saran untuk petani dengan menekan biaya input produksi, penciptaan nilai tambah dan menerapkan kemitraan dengan stakeholder. Sementara untuk Pemerintah dengan pelatihan petani, kebijakan harga referensi dan menerapkan kuota dan tarif impor.

Abstract

Patchouli oil is Indonesia's potential essential oil which is widely traded in the world market. This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of patchouli commodities in West Pasaman Regency and analyze the impact of government policies on the competitiveness of patchouli commodities in West Pasaman Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive quantitative using a measuring instrument Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that Patchouli Farming in West Pasaman Regency already has competitiveness based on the acquisition of private and social benefits as well as competitive advantages and comparative advantages. Competitive advantage is expressed by a PCR value of 0.64 < 1. Comparative advantage is reflected by a DRC value of 0.56 < 1. PCR and DRC values that are smaller than one indicate that the commodity has competitiveness. The closer the value is to 0, the commodity has high competitiveness and is very profitable to cultivate. The impact of government policies shows that there are government policies that inhibit commodities with taxes on output and there are government policies that are protective of tradable inputs. This is indicated by the value of the Nominal Protection Coefficient of Patchouli commodity output of 0.89; Nominal Protection Coefficient Input of 0.48; Effective Protection Coefficient of 0.90; Profitability Coefficient of 0.73; and the Subsidy Ratio to Produce of -0.12.
